REWA TODAY DESK :कक्षा 12 में 75% से कम अंक पाने वालों को आईआईटी में प्रवेश नहीं मिलेगा इस बात का फैसला जस्टिस सुधांशु धूलिया और जस्टिस केवी विश्वनाथ कि पीठ ने देते हुए कहा कोर्ट इस मामले में दखल नहीं देगा यह शिक्षा से जुड़ा मामला है इसे एक्सपर्ट के हाथ में ही छोड़ देना चाहिए शीर्ष अदालत मैं याचिकाकर्ता के वकील ने कहा कोविड-19 के दौरान इन छात्रों को छूट प्रदान की गई थी

अब इन छात्रों के प्रवेश परीक्षा पास करने की काफी संभावना है उन्होंने जेईईमेंस में 98% से ज्यादा का अंक हासिल किए हैं यह लड़के मेघावी हैं और आईआईटी की परीक्षा में बैठने लायक है लेकिन उनके 12वीं में 75% से कम अंक हैं कृपया इन्हें अनुमति प्रदान करने का कष्ट किया जाए लेकिन कोर्ट ने इन को राहत देने से इंकार कर दिया बेंच का साफ तौर से कहना था यह एक्सपर्ट का मामला है एक्सपर्ट ही इसे तय करेंगे  कोर्ट इस मामले में कुछ नहीं कर सकता इसका सीधा सा अर्थ है 75% से कम और 12वीं की परीक्षा में छात्र आईआईटी की परीक्षा में नहीं बैठ सकता उसे आईआईटी में एडमिशन नहीं मिलेगा सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले के बाद अभी पूरी तरीके से साफ हो गया है जो बच्चा आईआईटी में जाना चाहता है उसे 12वीं क्लास में कड़ी मेहनत करनी पड़ेगी 75% से ज्यादा अंक लाने पड़ेंगे तभी वह आईआईटी की परीक्षा देने की पात्रता हासिल कर पाएगा
