Rewa Today : Kotwali Police ने डकैती की योजना बना रहे 04 आरोपियो को अबैध हथियारों के साथ किया गिरफ्तार

Rewa Today Desk :सिटी कोतवाली पुलिस के द्वारा मिली जानकारी के अनुसार 4 अक्टूबर को मुखबिर के द्वारा पुलिस को सूचना मिली कि रतहरी गायत्री मैरिज गार्डन के पास मैदान मैं झाड़ियां के पास मे 4-5 बदमाश बैठे है जिनके पास डण्डा तलवार, चाकू आदि खतरनाक हथियार मौजूद है मुखबिर ने पुलिस को यह भी बताया कि यह लोग रतहरी मैं स्थित अग्रेजी शराब दुकान लूटने की योजना बना रहे है। थाना प्रभारी सिटी कोतवाली रीवा निरीक्षक रुपलाल उईके ने तत्काल ही मौके पर पहुंच कर कार्यवाही करते हुए बदमाशों को घेरा बंदी कर पकड़ने के उद्देश्य पुलिस की 2 टीमे गठित की

जिसमे टीम 01 मे उप निरीक्षक एल.पी. बुनकर प्र.आर. 859 आर.डी. पटेल एवं दूसरी टीम मे थाना प्रभारी के साथ प्र.आर. 559 बलराम पासी प्र.आर. 713 आषीश सिंह एवं प्र. आर. 690 राजकुमार तिवारी के साथ टीम बनाई दोनों टीम में मौके पर पहुंची गायत्री मैरिज गार्डन के पास मैदान की घेरा बंदी कर कार्यवाही किये तो झाडियो के पास 5 बदमाश गोला बना कर बैठे हुये दिखे जो आपस मे बात कर रहे थे कि लोगो की आवाजाही ज्यादा है कुछ देर बाद अग्रेजी शराब दुकान चलते है और सारा रुपया लूट लेंगे तभी कोतवाली पुलिस टीम बदमाशों के समीप पहुचकर बदमाशों को चेतावनी देते हुये हाथ ऊपर रखने का आदेश दिया तो पुलिस को देख कर 04 बदमाश हाथ ऊपर खडे हो गये जिसमे 01 आरोपी पुलिस को चकमा देकर भाग गया जिस पर बदमाशों को अभिरक्षा मे लेकर नाम पूछने पर अपना नाम विकाश उर्फ श्रीनिवास कुशवाहा मनीश कुमार सोनी. दुर्गाशक्ति गुप्ता . विवेक यादव एवं भागने वाले आरोपी का नाम आकाश सोधिया बताए जिस पर बदमाशों की तलासी लेने पर उनके पास, 04 लोहे की चाकू, 01 लोहे की राड एवं 01 पेचकस आरोपियो के पास से बरामद होने पर जप्त किया गया जिस पर से थाना सिटी कोतवाली मे अपराध क्रमांक 730/2023 धारा 399,402, ता. हि. एवं 25- बी आर्म्स एक्ट कायम कर विवेचना में लिया गया तो पता चला आरोपीगण आदतन अपराधी है जिनके खिलाफ थाना सिटी कोतवाली रीवा एवं जिले के कई थाना मे चोरी नकब्जनी मारपीट जैसे कई गंम्भीर अपराध पंजीबद्ध हैं उपरोक्त आरोपियो को गिरफ्तार करके न्यायालय पेश किया गया ।

Kotwali police arrested 04 accused who were planning robbery with illegal weapons.

According to the information received by the City Kotwali Police, on October 4, the police received information from an informer that 4-5 miscreants are sitting near the bushes in the ground near Rathari Gayatri Marriage Garden, who have dangerous weapons like sticks, swords, knives etc. Also told the police that these people were planning to rob an English liquor shop located in Rathari. Police station in-charge City Kotwali Rewa Inspector Ruplal Uike immediately reached the spot and took action and formed two police teams to surround and arrest the miscreants, in which Team 1 included Sub Inspector LP. Patel and the second team along with police station in-charge P.R. 559 Balram Pasi P.R. 713 Ashish Singh and Q.R. 690 Formed a team with Rajkumar Tiwari, both the teams reached the spot, cordoned off the ground near Gayatri Marriage Garden and took action. Five miscreants were seen sitting in a circle near the bushes, talking among themselves that there was more movement of people. After some time, they will go to the English liquor shop and loot all the money. Then the Kotwali police team reached near the miscreants and gave a warning to the miscreants and ordered them to keep their hands up. Seeing the police, 04 miscreants stood with their hands up in which 01 accused dodged the police. Gave it away and ran away, on which the miscreants took him into custody and when asked for his name, revealed his name as Vikash alias Srinivas Kushwaha, Manish Kumar Soni. Durgashakti Gupta. Vivek Yadav and the name of the absconding accused was given as Akash Sodhia, on which when the miscreants were searched, 04 iron knives, 01 iron rod and 01 screwdriver were recovered from them and they were seized from them in the Police Station City Kotwali. Crime number 730/2023 section 399,402, Ta. Hi. And when 25-B Arms Act was invoked and it was investigated, it was found that the accused are habitual criminals against whom many serious crimes like theft, embezzlement, assault are registered in Police Station City Kotwali Rewa and many other police stations of the district. The above accused were arrested and presented in the court.
