विद्युत मंडल के दोनों कर्मचारियों शिकायतकर्ता को बिजली चोरी का केस बनाने एवं ₹1,20,000 का जुर्माना होने का डर बता कर ₹15000 की रिश्वत मांगी थी दोनों आरोपियों को रिश्वत राशि लेते हुए रंगे हाथों ट्रैप किया गया प्रमेंद्र कुमार निरिक्षक लोकायुक्त के द्वारा लोकायुक्त की इस कार्रवाई में डीएसपी राजेश पाठक , निरीक्षक धर्मेंद्र कुमार, दो पंचसाक्षी सहित 12 सदस्यीय टीम द्वारा ट्रैप कार्यवाही की गई खबर लिखे जाने तक, विवेचना जारी थी
