मऊगंज पुलिस ने चलते ट्रक में चढ़कर लूट करने वाले आरोपियों को किया गिरफ्तार

Rewa Today Desk : मऊगंज पुलिस अधीक्षक मऊगंज थाना प्रभारी मऊगंज निरीक्षक गिरीश धुर्वे के नेतृत्व में थाना मऊगंज के पुलिस स्टाफ द्वारा 25 सितम्बर 23को थाना क्षेत्र में हुई लूट की घटना का पर्दाफाश कर आठ आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर लूटा हुआ अनाज (चना) व नगदी रुपए जप्त करने में सफलता पाई है। 25 सितंबर को मऊगंज पुलिस के पास शिकायत दर्ज कराई गई थी बैकुंठ नाथ गुप्ता ने थाना मऊगंज में उनका ट्रैक का व्यवसाय है ट्रैक लेकर वह दूर दराज के इलाके में आते जाते रहते हैं बीते दिनों भी वह अपने ट्रक में वर्धमान नागपुर महाराष्ट्र से ट्रक में बोरियों में चना करीब 31टन लोड करवाकर बिहार ले जाने के लिए 21 सितंबर 23 को रवाना हुआ था और 23 सितंबर को मऊगंज के पास बहुत ओवर ब्रिज की चढ़ाई पर चढ़ रहा था तभी उसे आभास हुआ कि कुछ लोग ट्रक पर बधे रस्से व ट्रिपाल को काटकर चना की बोरियां नीचे फेंक रहे हैं तब ट्रक को रोका तो ट्रक पर चढ़े आरोपी उसके साथ मारपीट करने लगे एवं जेब में रखे ₹2000 व वोटर आईडी आधार कार्ड छीन लिए तथा रिपोर्ट करने पर धमकी देने का भय दिखाएं जिसकी वजह से वह अपने ड्राइवर के साथ डर के कारण भाग गए ।

आगे जाकर देखें तो कुछ चने की बोरियां कम थी। घटना की शिकायत करने थाना आए शिकायतकर्ता की रिपोर्ट पर धारा 394 ,506 ताहि. पंजीबद्ध कर विवेचना में लिया गया तथा प्रकरण में आरोपियों की सघन पता साजी हेतु पुलिस अधीक्षक मऊगंज द्वारा दो टीमें गठित की गई ।दोनों टीमों द्वारा घटना के आरोपियों की सघन तलाश की गई जो आरोपीगण धीर उर्फ धीरेंद्र तिवारी ,जीतू को गोलू, जीतू तिवारी ,रवि प्रसाद कोल उर्फ रवि राजीव उर्फ पल्ले रावत, सूरज दुबे दस्तयाब हुए, जिससे प्रकरण के संबंध में पूछताछ की गई जो आरोप को घटित करना स्वीकार किया तथा घटना के संबंध में बताएं की बहुती ओवरब्रिज पर चढ़ाई है जिसमें मवेशी बैठे रहते हैं जिससे आने वाले लोड वाहन धीमा हो जाने पर वाहन के ड्राइवर की नजर बचाकर ट्रकों में लोड समाज को ट्रिपाल वगैराह काटकर नीचे गिरा देते हैं और उन्हें बिक्री कर लेते हैं इसी तरह उस दिनांक को भी उक्त चारों आरोपियों द्वारा ट्रक में चने की बोरियों को उतारा तथा ट्रक के मालिक ड्राइवर को घटना का आभास होने पर ट्रक रोकने पर ट्रक वालों से मारपीट करना एवं पर्स से नगदी ₹2000 जाहिर किया वह चना खरीदने वाले कृष्ण कुमार गुप्ता और फिर पिंटू गुप्ता, सतीश कुमार गुप्ता और सिंटू निवासी पटेहरा को भी प्रकरण में गिरफ्तार कर आए दिन इस तरह की होने वाली घटना का पर्दाफाश किया अन्य फरार आरोपियों की भी प्रकरण में तलाश जारी है। पुलिस ने धीरेंद्र उर्फ निवारी पिता मेदा प्रसाद तिवारी उम्र 24 साल निवासी घुरेहटा थाना मऊगंज जिला मऊगंज, जितेंद्र उर्फ जीतू कोल पिता मोतीलाल कोल उम्र 27 वर्ष निवासी घुरेहटा थाना मऊगंज जिला मऊगंज, रवि प्रसाद कोल उर्फ रविकोल पिता लालता प्रसाद कोल उम्र 29 साल निवासी घुरेहटा ,शुभम उर्फ गोलू उर्फ जीतू तिवारी पिता प्रमोद तिवारी उम्र 24 साल निवासी थाना मऊगंज , राजीव उर्फ पल्ले रावत पिता रावत पन्ना लाल रावत उम्र 20 साल निवासी थाना मऊगंज,सूरज दुबे पिता राजरखन दुबे उम्र 25 साल निवासी सुरसा माही थाना रायपुर कर्चुलियान ,कृष्णा कुमार गुप्ता उर्फ पिंटू गुप्ता पिता अनिरुद्ध प्रसाद गुप्ता उम्र 30 वर्ष निवासी पटेहरा थाना मऊगंज ,सतीश कुमार गुप्ता पिता अनिरुद्ध प्रसाद गुप्ता उम्र 23 साल निवासी पटेहरा थाना मऊगंज को गिरफ्तार किया ।

इनकी रही महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका इस कार्यवाही में प्रमुख रूप से निरीक्षक गिरीश धुर्वे ,उप निरीक्षक नागेंद्र यादव, उप निरीक्षक एल बी सिंह चौहान, उप निरीक्षक भैया मानसिंह ,उपनिरीक्षक नरेंद्र मिश्रा की अहम भूमिका 275 राजेंद्र सिंह, प्रजार 561 रामकुमार भास्कर,आर. 1193 अवनीश पांडे ,आर. 1168 विवेक यादव, सुरक्षा गार्ड 777 निलेश सिंह, आर.432 जयप्रकाश तिवारी, आर.565 शिकांत, महिला सुरक्षा गार्ड -1090 ,सत्यम बागरी ,महिला 317 सावित्री गुप्ता, एसडीओपी कार्यालय सुरक्षा गार्ड 1111 धर्मराज प्रजापति एवं धर्मराज यादव की भूमिका महत्वपूर्ण रही।

He had loaded about 31 tonnes of gram and left for Bihar on 21st September 23 and on 23rd September he was climbing the bridge near Mauganj when he realized that some people had cut the rope and tripal tied on the truck and were carrying the gram. When the truck was stopped, the accused who were on the truck started beating him, snatched ₹ 2000 and Voter ID Aadhaar card from his pocket and threatened him if he reported the matter, due to which he along with his driver fled. They ran away due to fear. If we went further, we saw that there were less sacks of gram.

On the report of the complainant who came to the police station to complain about the incident, Section 394,506 IPC. It was registered and taken up for investigation and two teams were formed by the Superintendent of Police, Mauganj, for the detailed identification of the accused in the case. Both the teams conducted an intensive search for the accused in the incident, who found the accused Dhir alias Dhirendra Tiwari, Jeetu Ko Golu, Jeetu Tiwari, Ravi Prasad Kol alias Ravi Rajeev alias Palle Rawat, Suraj Dubey were found, who were interrogated in relation to the incident, who accepted the allegations and told about the incident that there is a climb on many overbridges in which cattle are sitting due to which the people coming. When the loaded vehicle slows down, to save the driver’s sight, they cut down the loaded Samaj in the trucks, cut them with tripal etc. and sell them. Similarly, on that date also, the four accused unloaded sacks of gram in the truck and sold them. When the owner driver realized about the incident, he stopped the truck and beat up the truck drivers and revealed ₹ 2000 in cash from the purse. He also arrested gram buyer Krishna Kumar Gupta and then Pintu Gupta, Satish Kumar Gupta and Sintu resident Patehra in the case.

This type of incident was exposed on the day and search for other absconding accused is also going on in the case. Police arrested Dhirendra alias Niwari, father Meda Prasad Tiwari, age 24 years, resident of Ghurehta police station, Mauganj district, Jitendra alias Jeetu Kol, father, Motilal Kol, age 27 years, resident of Ghurehata police station, Mauganj district, Ravi Prasad Kol alias Ravi Kol, father, Lalta Prasad Kol, age 29 years, resident of Ghurehta. , Shubham alias Golu alias Jeetu Tiwari, father Pramod Tiwari, age 24 years, resident of police station Mauganj, Rajiv alias Palle Rawat, father Rawat Panna Lal Rawat, age 20 years, resident of police station Mauganj, Suraj Dubey, father Rajrakhan Dubey, age 25 years, resident of Sursa Mahi police station Raipur Karchulian, Krishna Kumar. Gupta alias Pintu Gupta, father Anirudh Prasad Gupta, age 30 years, resident of Patehara police station Mauganj, Satish Kumar Gupta, father Anirudh Prasad Gupta, age 23 years, resident of Patehara police station Mauganj, were arrested.
