ज्ञानवापी मस्जिद को लेकर पिछले कई दिनों से विवाद लगातार जारी है इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने पिछले दिनों इस पत्थर सहित पूरे परिसर की कार्बन डेटिंग की बात कही थी अत्याधुनिक तरीके अपनाकर उम्र के निर्धारण की बात कही थी जिसके खिलाफ मुस्लिम पक्ष सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुंच गया था सुप्रीम कोर्ट में आज मुख्य न्यायाधीश जस्टिस डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ जस्टिस पी एस नरसिम्हा जस्टिस जेबी पारदीवाला की संयुक्त पीठ के समक्ष सुनवाई हुई सुनवाई के दौरान मुस्लिम पक्ष की ओर से ज्ञानवापी मस्जिद प्रबंधन समिति के वकील हुजैफा अहमदी पेश हुए मस्जिद प्रबंधन समिति के वकील ने तर्क दीया इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने अपील लंबित रहते हुए आदेश पारित किया है मस्जिद प्रबंधन समिति के वकील की दलीलें सुनने के बाद पीठ इस याचिका पर सुनवाई के लिए सहमत हो गई थी शुक्रवार यानी आज याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए शीर्ष अदालत ने कहा है कि फिलहाल इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट के आदेश में संबंधित निर्देशों का क्रियान्वयन अगली सुनवाई तक स्थगित रहेगा

मुख्य न्यायाधीश सहित दो अन्य न्यायाधीश ज्ञानवापी मस्जिद प्रबंधन समिति के वकील की दलीलों पर सहमत होते हुए सुनवाई कर रहे थे हम आपको बता दें दरअसल पूरा मामला क्या है ज्ञान व्यापी मस्जिद प्रबंधन समिति का कहना है इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने 12 मई को कार्बन डेटिंग तकनीक का इस्तेमाल कर विवादित पत्थर की जांच की बात कही है जिसे मुस्लिम समुदाय फव्वारा और हिंदू पक्ष शिवलिंग कह रहा है इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने बनारस जिला आदेश के उस फैसले को रद्द कर दिया था जिसके अंतर्गत पिछले साल मई में ज्ञानवापी मस्जिद परिसर में किए गए सर्वे के दौरान विवादित संरचना का कार्बन डेटिंग सहित अन्य तरीकों से वैज्ञानिक परीक्षण करने की बात कही गई थी हाईकोर्ट ने इस बात से सहमत होते हुए बनारस के जिला न्यायाधीश को फव्वारा या शिवलिंग का वैज्ञानिक सर्वेक्षण कराने के हिंदू पक्ष की मांग पर कानून के अनुसार आगे बढ़ने के लिए कहा था फिलहाल सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने वाराणसी के ज्ञानवापी परिचय में मिली फव्वारा या शिवलिंग जैसी आकृति की कार्बन डेटिंग और पूरे परिसर के वैज्ञानिक सर्वेक्षण पर अगली सुनवाई तक रोक लगा दी है फिलहाल ज्ञानवापी मस्जिद पर विवाद जस का तस है विवाद जल्द हल होने के आसार नजर नहीं आ रहे
