भारत ने अभी तक इस्लामिक अमीरात ऑफ अफगानिस्तान यानी कि तालिबान को मान्यता नहीं दी है इसका सीधा सा अर्थ है भारत में स्थित अफगान दूतावास आज भी पुरानी सरकार के लिए ही काम कर रहा है इसका अर्थ है भारत आज भी इस्लामिक रिपब्लिक ऑफ अफगानिस्तान को ही मान्यता दे रहा है ना कि इस्लामिक अमीरात ऑफ अफगानिस्तान यानी तालिबान को पिछले दिनों भारत में अफगानिस्तान के दूतावास मैं तमाम तरीके के विवाद उस समय देखने में नजर आए जब अफगान राजदूत फरीद मांमुद जइ अपने व्यक्तिगत कारणों से कुछ दिन के लिए छुट्टी में चले गए तो वहां पर मौजूद कदीर शाह नाम के व्यक्ति ने दूतावास के तमाम लोगों को तालिबान के साथ काम करने के लिए मनाने की कोशिश की हालांकि वहां मौजूद तमाम लोगों ने उसकी इस बात को नकार दिया अफगानिस्तान दूतावास में ट्रेड काउंसलर रहे कदिर शाह की बगावत फेल हो गई माना जा रहा है अफगानिस्तान की तालिबान सरकार उन देशों को मनाने का प्रयास कर रही है 

उन दूतावास के कर्मचारियों को मनाने का प्रयास कर रही है जिन देशों ने अभी तक उसे मान्यता नहीं दी है भारत भी उस में से एक है हालांकि इसकी वजह से दूतावास में थोड़ी अस्थिरता जरूर पैदा होती नजर आई पूरी दुनिया में ऐसे कई दूतावास है जो तालिबान का दामन थामने से इंकार कर चुके हैं उसमें से एक भारत भी है तालिबान की हुकूमत अफगानिस्तान में पूरी तरीके से कायम हो गई है दुनिया के कई मुल्क अफगानिस्तान में तालिबान की सत्ता को मान्यता भी दे चुके हैं लेकिन आज भी कई ऐसे दूतावास हैं जो तालिबान के लिए काम नहीं कर रहे तालिबानी सरकार पूरी कोशिश कर रही है ऐसे दूतावास जो आज भी उनके लिए काम नहीं कर रहे उनकी सरकार के लिए काम नहीं कर रहे उनके लिए काम करने लगे तालिबान के लिए काम करने लगे जिससे पूरी दुनिया में तालिबान की छवि में सुधार हो सके तालिबानी सत्ता को पूरी दुनिया में मान्यता मिल सके जिसको लेकर तालिबानी सरकार जमकर प्रयास कर रही है हालांकि भारत में उसके दूतावास में फिलहाल यह प्रयास विफल होता नजर आया है जो कादिर शाह के द्वारा किया गया लेकिन कितने दिन तक धीरे-धीरे कई देश तालिबानी सत्ता को मान्यता दे रहे हैं

In the last few days, all kinds of controversies were seen in the Embassy of Afghanistan in India when the Afghan Ambassador Farid Mammud Zai When he went on leave for a few days due to his personal reasons, a person named Kadir Shah, who was present there, tried to persuade all the people of the embassy to work with the Taliban, although all the people present there rejected his point. The rebellion of Kadir Shah, who was a trade counselor in the Afghanistan Embassy, is believed to have failed. 

The Taliban government of Afghanistan is trying to persuade those countries which have not yet recognized it. India is also one of them, although due to this, some instability was definitely seen in the embassy. Many countries of the world have recognized the power of Taliban in Afghanistan, but even today there are many embassies which are not working for Taliban, Talibani government is trying its best, Not working Not working for their government Started working for them Started working for Taliban so that the image of Taliban can be improved in the whole world Taliban government can get recognition in the whole world for which Taliban government is trying hard Although this attempt seems to have failed in its embassy in India, which was done by Qadir Shah, but for how many days slowly many countries are recognizing Taliban power
