 सफाई कर्मियों को हर माह समय पर भुगतान कराना सुनिश्चित करें – श्री करोसिया

REWA TODAY DESK :मध्यप्रदेश सफाई कर्मचारी आयोग के अध्यक्ष कैबिनेट मंत्री दर्जा प्राप्त  प्रताप सिंह करोसिया ने कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में आयोजित बैठक में सफाई कामगारों के कल्याण से जुड़ी योजनाओं की समीक्षा की। बैठक में अध्यक्ष श्री करोसिया ने कहा कि सफाईकर्मी सुबह 5 बजे से अपने काम में लग जाता है। मौसम चाहे जैसा हो हर दिन सफाई करना अनिवार्य है। सफाई कर्मियों के साथ गरिमापूर्ण व्यवहार करें। सभी कार्यालय प्रमुख सफाई कर्मियों को हर माह समय पर उनके मानदेय अथवा वेतन का भुगतान सुनिश्चित करें। स्वास्थ्य विभाग में निजी संस्थाओं के माध्यम से सफाईकर्मी रखे गए हैं। ठेके में काम करने वाले सभी सफाई कर्मियों को माह की पाँच तारीख तक उनके पारिश्रमिक का अनिवार्य रूप से भुगतान कराएं। सफाई कर्मियों की कठिनाईयों को दूर करने के लिए मानवीय दृष्टिकोण अपनाते हुए प्रयास करें। सफाई कर्मियों का जीवन स्तर बेहतर हो और उन्हें आर्थिक आत्मनिर्भरता प्राप्त हो इसके लिए विशेष प्रयास करें।

बैठक में अध्यक्ष श्री करोसिया ने कहा कि नगर निगम रीवा में कार्य कर रहे 101 सफाई कर्मियों को एक महीने की समय-सीमा में नियमित करने की कार्यवाही करें। इस संबंध में शासन द्वारा निर्देश जारी कर दिए गए हैं। यदि किसी सफाईकर्मी की मृत्यु हो जाती है तो उसके परिजनों को एक माह की समय-सीमा में निर्धारित सहायता राशि अवश्य प्रदान करें। नियमित सफाई कर्मियों के साथ-साथ मस्टर पर कार्य कर रहे तथा ठेके पर कार्य कर रहे सफाई कर्मियों की मृत्यु होने पर उनके परिजनों को भी नियमानुसार सहायता उपलब्ध कराएं। साफ-सफाई जोखिम भरा काम है। साफ-सफाई करने वाले सभी सफाई कर्मियों को वर्दी, दस्ताना, गमबूट, सफाई सामग्री, साबुन आदि नियमित रूप से प्रदान करें। जिला चिकित्सालय तथा मेडिकल कालेज में ठेका कंपनी के माध्यम से काम कर रहे सफाई कर्मियों को हर माह उनके वेतन का भुगतान कराएं। बैठक में अध्यक्ष श्री करोसिया ने सफाई कामगारों के कल्याण के लिए संचालित विभिन्न योजनाओं की जानकारी दी। उन्होंने कहा कि रीवा में वर्तमान में कलेक्टर के रूप में पदस्थ श्रीमती पाल ने नगर निगम इंदौर में शानदार कार्य किया। उन्होंने सफाई कर्मियों को कई सुविधाएं दिलवार्इं। सबके प्रयासों से इंदौर स्वच्छता में लगातार देश में प्रथम स्थान पर बना हुआ है। बैठक में कलेक्टर श्रीमती प्रतिभा पाल ने कहा कि सफाई कर्मियों को शासन के प्रावधानों के तहत सभी सुविधाएं दी जाएंगी। सभी कार्यालय प्रमुख हर माह की पाँच तारीख तक सफाई कर्मियों को वेतन, मानदेय अथवा मजदूरी का नियमित रूप से भुगतान करें। सफाई कर्मियों तथा उनके एसोसिएशन से नियमित संवाद रखें। सफाई कर्मियों की कठिनाईयों को दूर करने के प्रयास करें। बैठक में आयुक्त नगर निगम श्रीमती संस्कृति जैन, अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक अनिल सोनकर, संयुक्त कलेक्टर संजीव पाण्डेय, संयुक्त संचालक नगरीय प्रशासन आरपी सोनी, अतिरिक्त मुख्य कार्ययापलन अधिकारी जिला पंचायत एबी खरे, सीएमएचओ डॉ एपी गुप्ता, सभी सीएमओ तथा सफाईकर्मी संगठनों के प्रतिनिधि एवं संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

Chairman of the Madhya Pradesh Safai Karamcharis Commission Pratap Singh Karosia, who holds cabinet minister status, reviewed the schemes related to the welfare of the sanitation workers in a meeting held at the collectorate auditorium. In the meeting, Chairman Mr. Karosia said that the sweeper starts his work from 5 in the morning. Cleaning is essential every day no matter what the weather. Treat the cleaning staff with dignity. All office heads should ensure payment of their honorarium or salary to the sweepers on time every month. Scavengers have been hired in the health department through private organizations. Compulsorily pay the wages to all the sweepers working on contract by the fifth of the month. Try to remove the difficulties of the cleaning workers by adopting a humane approach. Make special efforts to improve the standard of living of the cleaning workers and make them financially independent.

In the meeting, Chairman Mr. Karosia said that the Municipal Corporation should take action to regularize 101 sweepers working in Rewa within a time limit of one month. Instructions have been issued by the government in this regard. If a scavenger dies, then his family members must be provided the prescribed amount of assistance within a time limit of one month. In case of death of regular scavengers as well as scavengers working on muster and contract scavengers, help should be provided to their families as per rules. Cleaning is a risky job. Provide uniforms, gloves, gumboots, cleaning materials, soap, etc. to all cleaning personnel on a regular basis. Pay the salaries of the sweepers working in the district hospital and medical college through the contract company every month.In the meeting, Chairman Mr. Karosia gave information about various schemes being run for the welfare of the cleaning workers. He said that Mrs. Pal, who is currently posted as Collector in Rewa, did a wonderful job in the Municipal Corporation, Indore. He provided many facilities to the cleaning workers. Due to everyone’s efforts, Indore has consistently remained at the first place in the country in terms of cleanliness. In the meeting, Collector Mrs. Pratibha Pal said that all the facilities will be given to the sweepers under the provisions of the government. All the office heads should regularly pay the salary, honorarium or wages to the sweepers by the 5th of every month. Keep regular communication with the cleaning workers and their association. Try to remove the difficulties of the cleaning workers. In the meeting, Commissioner Municipal Corporation Smt. Sanskriti Jain, Additional Superintendent of Police Anil Sonkar, Joint Collector Sanjeev Pandey, Joint Director Urban Administration RP Soni, Additional Chief Executive Officer District Panchayat AB Khare, CMHO Dr. AP Gupta, representatives of all CMOs and sanitation workers organizations and concerned officers were present.
