मऊगंज पुलिस ने एक ऐसे व्यक्ति पर एफआईआर दर्ज कराई है जिसने झूठा हलफनामा बनवाकर पासपोर्ट जारी करवाने का प्रयास किया था पुलिस ने यह कार्रवाई थाना प्रभारी निरीक्षक गिरीश धुर्वे के नेतृत्व में की है. पुलिस को गुमराह कर पासपोर्ट बनवाने का प्रयास करने वाले पर दर्ज हुई एफ आई आर.
क्या है मामला पासपोर्ट आवेदक दीपक पटेल पिता निवास पटेल निवासी ग्राम पटेहरा थाना मऊगंज जिला ने अपना पासपोर्ट बनवाने हेतु आवेदन 01. जून को किया था जो जिला पासपोर्ट ऑफिस द्वारा सत्यापन की कार्यवाही हेतु थाना मऊगंज की ओर भेजा गया था आवेदक दीपक कुमार पटेल ने आवेदन के साथ संलग्न शपथ पत्र में अपने विरुद्ध किसी भी थाने में कोई भी रिपोर्ट दर्ज नहीं है तथा किसी भी न्यायालय में आपराधिक प्रकरण पंजीबद्ध नहीं है ना ही दण्डित किया गया है। पेश किया था जो थाना के उक्त आवेदक के विरुद्ध पांच आपराधिक प्रकरण पंजीबद्ध होना तथा उक्त पांचो प्रकरणों को न्यायालय में पेश किया जाना तथा प्रकरण न्यायालय में विचाराधीन होने से आवेदन पत्र आपराधिक रिकार्ड होने से पासपोर्ट की अनुसंशा नहीं की जाती है टीप लगाकर वापस कर दिया गया था।जिसके कारण थाना गंज पुलिस की सतर्कता से आवेदक दीपक पटेल पुलिस को गुमराह कर पासपोर्ट बनवाने के प्रयाश में अमफल रहा इस संबंध में पासपोर्ट आवेदन पत्र के आवेदक दीपक कुमार पटेल पिता श्रीनिवास पटेल निवासी पटेहरा के द्वारा अपराध संबंधी जानकारी छुपा कर गलत तरीके से पासपोर्ट बनवाने का प्रयास करने से आवेदक दीपक कुमार पटेल पिता श्रीनिवास पटेल के विरुद्ध थाना मऊगंज में अप क्र. 627/23 धारा 181,193, 199,200,417, भादवि एवं पासपोर्ट एक्ट 1967 की धारा 12(1)(बी) का अपराध पंजीबद्ध कर विवेचना में लिया गया।

अरविन्द मेहरा आर. 777 निलेश सिंह एवं जिला पासपोर्ट सेल रीवा के अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी द्वारा सजगता एवं सतर्कता से कार्य करते हुए उक्त प्रकरण में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई गयी।
आपराधिक प्रकरण दर्ज होने पर पासपोर्ट बनवाने की यदि किसी व्यक्ति के विरुद्ध
कोई भी आपराधिक प्रकरण दर्ज होकर किसी न्यायालय में विचाराधीन है तो सर्वप्रथम आवेदक को पासपोर्ट हेतु
आवेदन करने से पूर्व संबंधित न्यायालय अथवा सक्षम न्यायालय से एनओसी प्राप्त करनी चाहिये जो न्यायालयीन आदेश के प्रारूप में हो एवं कितनी अवधि को पासपोर्ट आवेदक को जारी किया जाय इसका स्पष्ट रूप से उल्लेख हो इसके बाद
पासपोर्ट का आवेदन करते समय पासपोर्ट फार्म में अपने विरुद्ध पंजीबद्ध प्रकरण को उल्लेख करते हुए न्यायालयीन
एनओसी प्रकरण प्रस्तुत करनी चाहिये जिसके बाद पुलिस सत्यापन की कार्यवाही पूर्ण होने के उपरांत क्षेत्रिय पासपोर्ट
कार्यालय भोपाल द्वारा माननीय न्यायालय द्वारा एनओसी में अंकित की गई अवधि के लिये पासपोर्ट जारी कर दिया
जाता है सामान्यतः यह अवधि 1 वर्ष की होती है। अपील-पुलिस द्वारा समस्त पासपोर्ट आवेदकों से अपील की जाती है कि पासपोर्ट का आवेदन करते समय
किसी भी प्रकार की तथ्यात्मक जानकारी को न छुपाये अथवा उनके विरुद्ध नियमानुसार वैधानिक कार्यवाही की जा सकती है।

Mauganj police has lodged an FIR against a person who had tried to get a passport issued by making a false affidavit. What is the matter? Passport applicant Deepak Patel, father Niwas Patel, resident of village Patehra police station Mauganj district, had applied for getting his passport made on 01. June, which was sent by the District Passport Office to Mauganj police station for verification process. Applicant Deepak Kumar Patel applied. In the affidavit attached herewith, no report has been registered against him in any police station and no criminal case has been registered in any court nor has he been punished. Five criminal cases were registered against the said applicant in the police station and all the five cases were presented in the court and the case was pending in the court. Due to the application form having a criminal record, the passport is not recommended and returned with a note. Due to which due to vigilance of police station Ganj, the applicant Deepak Patel was unsuccessful in his attempt to get a passport by misleading the police. In this regard, the applicant of the passport application, Deepak Kumar Patel, father of Shrinivas Patel, resident of Patehara, had done wrong things by hiding information related to the crime. For trying to get a passport made from the applicant Deepak Kumar Patel, a case has been registered against his father Srinivas Patel in Mauganj police station no. 627/23, crime under section 181,193, 199,200,417, Indian Penal Code and section 12(1)(b) of Passport Act 1967 was registered and taken into consideration.
Their important role was played by Mauganj Police Station Deputy Inspector Nagendra Yadav, Suni Narendra Mishra R 432 Jai Prakash Tiwari, Jar 1003
Arvind Mehra R. 777 Nilesh Singh and the officers and employees of District Passport Cell Rewa played an important role in the above incident by working with alertness and vigilance.
If a criminal case is registered against a person for getting a passport
If any criminal case is registered and pending in any court, then first of all the applicant should apply for passport.
Before applying, NOC should be obtained from the concerned court or competent court, which should be in the format of a court order and it should be clearly mentioned for how long the passport should be issued to the applicant.
While applying for passport, mentioning the case registered against you in the passport form,
NOC case should be submitted after which after completion of police verification process, regional passport will be issued.
Passport issued by the office Bhopal for the period mentioned in the NOC by the Honorable Court.
