जनसुनवाई में 169 प्रकरणों की हुई सुनवाई

प्रत्येक मंगलवार को आयोजित होने वाली जनसुनवाई में कलेक्ट्रेट के मोहन सभागार में 169 प्रकरणों की सुनवाई की गयी। जिला पंचायत के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी डॉ. सौरभ सोनवणे, अपर कलेक्टर नीलमणि अग्निहोत्री एवं संयुक्त कलेक्टर संजीव पाण्डेय ने आमजनों की समस्यायें सुनीं तथा उनके निराकरण के लिये संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया।
जनसुनवाई के दौरान हुजूर तहसील अन्तर्गत ग्राम हर्दी के रामविश्वास साकेत, नईगढ़ी अन्तर्गत हर्दी पैपखरा के संजय पटेल, लौरी मनगवां के द्वारिका प्रसाद भुजवा एवं चोरहटा के निवासी ददन प्रसाद पाण्डेय के सीमांकन के आवेदनों पर संबंधित तहसीलदार को सीमांकन कराने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया। सीमांकन कराने के आवेदन पर तहसीलदार को निर्देशित किया गया। इसी प्रकार कठेरी निवासी रामकुशल तिवारी के अभिलेख सुधार के आवेदन पर एसडीएम मनगवां को तथा गुढ़ निवासी विक्रम प्रसाद पाण्डेय के अविवादित नामांतरण के लिये तहसीलदार हुजूर को कार्यवाही हेतु निर्देश दिये गये।
इस दौरान समान निवासी विनोद कुमार ने खसरा सुधार का आवेदन दिया जिसे संबंधित एसडीएम को कार्यवाही हेतु प्रेषित किया गया। जबकि रैपुर्वा सेमरिया के निवासियों को रास्ता खुलवाने के आवेदन को तहसीलदार सेमरिया एवं खैरा हुजूर के अशोक सिंह द्वारा शासकीय आम रास्ता से अतिक्रमण हटाने की कार्यवाही के आवेदन को तहसीलदार हुजूर को कार्यवाही हेतु प्रेषित किया गया। जनसुनवाई में वरवाह सेमरिया निवासी दयानंद तिवारी को सड़क बनाने के आवेदन मनीपुरा अतरैला के शुभकरण ओझा के भूअर्जन राशि के भुगतान के आवेदन उमाशंकर तिवारी के शासकीय तालाब की बिक्री को रोकने के आवेदनो को संबंधित सक्षम राजस्व अधिकारियों को प्रेषित कर कार्यवाही किये जाने के निर्देश दिये गये। गढ़ा रघुवरपुर हनुमना के आशीष तिवारी द्वारा अवैध उत्खनन रोकने के आवेदन पत्र एसडीएम हनुमना को, रामस्वयंवर तिवारी के किसान सम्मान निधि की राशि प्रदाय कराने के आवेदन को अधीक्षक भू अभिलेख के तथा कोनीकला, अतरैला के सुखीनंद द्विवेदी के सार्वजनिक हैण्डपंप में मोटर डालकर एक व्यक्ति विशेष द्वारा पेयजल का उपयोग करने के आवेदन पर संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को कार्यवाही किये जाने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया।
जनसुनवाई में राजस्व, शिक्षा, कृषि, खाद्य, पंचायत एवं ग्रामीण विकास, स्वास्थ्य आदि विभागों से संबंधित आवेदनों को संबंधित अधिकारियों को प्रेषित कर समाधान कारक निराकरण किये जाने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया। इस दौरान विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे

Hearing of 169 cases in public hearing

In the public hearing held every Tuesday, 169 cases were heard in the Collectorate’s Mohan Auditorium. District Panchayat Chief Executive Officer Dr. Saurabh Sonawane, Additional Collector Neelmani Agnihotri and Joint Collector Sanjeev Pandey listened to the problems of the common people and directed the concerned departmental officers to solve them.
During the public hearing, on the demarcation applications of Ram Vishwas Saket of Hardi village under Huzur tehsil, Sanjay Patel of Hardi Papkhara under Naigarhi, Dwarka Prasad Bhujwa of Lauri Mangawan and Dadan Prasad Pandey of Chorhata, the Tehsildar was directed to get the demarcation done. Tehsildar was directed on the application for demarcation. Similarly, instructions were given to SDM Mangawan on the application of record correction of Katheri resident Ramkushal Tiwari and Tehsildar Huzoor for undisputed transfer of name of Vikram Prasad Pandey, resident of Gudh.
During this same resident Vinod Kumar gave an application for improvement of measles which was sent to concerned SDM for action. While the application to open the road to the residents of Rapurwa Semaria was sent by Tehsildar Semaria and Khaira Huzur’s Ashok Singh for action to remove encroachment from the government common road to Tehsildar Huzur for action. In the public hearing, instructions were given to take action by sending applications for road construction to Varwah Semariya resident Dayanand Tiwari, Manipura Atraila’s Shubhakaran Ojha’s application for payment of land acquisition amount, Umashankar Tiwari’s application to stop the sale of the government pond, to the concerned competent revenue officers. . Application letter to stop illegal mining by Ashish Tiwari of Gadha Raghuvarpur Hanumana to SDM Hanumana, Ramswayanvar Tiwari’s application for providing amount of Kisan Samman Nidhi to Superintendent of Land Records and Sukhinand Dwivedi of Konikala, Atraila by putting motor in public hand pump The concerned departmental officers were directed to take action on the application of drinking water.
In the public hearing, applications related to the departments of Revenue, Education, Agriculture, Food, Panchayat and Rural Development, Health, etc. were sent to the concerned officers and directed to settle the resolution factor. During this, officers of various departments were present.
