Rewa Today Desk : अल्ट्राटेक बेला सीमेंट कंपनी में हुआ बड़ा हादसा सीमेंट फैक्ट्री के कन्वेयर बेल्ट में फंसने से एक व्यक्ति की हुई मौत सीमेंट फैक्ट्री में काम करने वाले भोलगढ निवासी रमेश यादव उम्र 25 वर्ष का कन्वेयर बेल्ट में फंस जाने से हुई दर्दनाक मौत. पैकिंग प्लांट घटनास्थल पर ही कर्मचारी की हुई मौत. श्रमिक इंडियन कंस्ट्रक्शन कंपनी के ठेकेदार रवि शर्मा के अंडर में वर्षो से कार्यरत थे, श्रमिक कन्वेयर बेल्ट में फंसने के बाद अपने साथी की मौत को लेकर काफी आक्रोशित नजर आए .उनका गुस्सा ठेकेदार पर ज्यादा नजर आ रहा था .उनका कहना था ठेकेदार पैसा बचाने के लिए चार आदमी का काम एक आदमी से करवाता है. श्रमिकों का कहना था ,अल्ट्राटेक सीमेंट कंपनी की तानाशाही रवैया के चलते हुआ यह दर्दनाक हादसा.

ठेकेदार रवि शर्मा के द्वारा काफी लंबे समय से श्रमिकों पर दबाव डालकर जबरन चार लोगों की जगह एक व्यक्ति रखकर कार्य कराया जाता है, यह पूरी घटना अल्ट्राटेक बेला सीमेंट कंपनी के पैकिंग प्लांट स्थल पर घटी है .जहां कन्वेयर बेल्ट में श्रमिक रमेश यादव उम्र 25 वर्ष निवासी ग्राम भोलगढ़ की कन्वेयर बेल्ट में फंसने से दर्दनाक मौत हो गई. श्रमिक की मौत के बाद फैक्ट्री में अफरा तफरी का माहौल निर्मित हो गया.

प्लांट परिसर में काम कर रहे, अन्य श्रमिक मौके पर एकत्र हो गए. और जमकर हंगामा किया. इसी दौरान किसी श्रमिक ने मृतक के परिजनों को सूचना दी. तत्काल ही मृतक के परिजन घटनास्थल पर पहुंचे. श्रमिक की मौत की खबर पाकर नौबस्ता पुलिस भी मौके पर पहुंच गई. फिर चला समझाइस का दौर. मामले को शांत करने में जुटी पुलिस, तो वही परिजन दोषियों पर कार्यवाही और एक करोड रुपए मुआवजा राशि की मांग पर अड़े थे.

The workers said that this painful accident happened due to the dictatorial attitude of Ultratech Cement Company. For a long time, contractor Ravi Sharma has been pressurizing the workers and forcing them to work by replacing four people with one person. This entire incident took place at the packing plant site of UltraTech Bela Cement Company. Where the worker Ramesh Yadav, age 25, was in the conveyor belt. A resident of village Bholgarh died a painful death after getting trapped in the conveyor belt. After the death of the worker, an atmosphere of chaos was created in the factory.

Other workers working in the plant premises gathered at the spot. And created a lot of ruckus. Meanwhile, a worker informed the relatives of the deceased. Immediately the relatives of the deceased reached the spot. After receiving the news of the worker’s death, Naubasta police also reached the spot. Then came the phase of explanation. While the police was trying to calm the matter, the same family members were adamant on demanding action against the culprits and a compensation amount of Rs 1 crore.
