विधानसभा चुनाव घोषित होने के साथ, निर्वाचन की आदर्श आचार संहिता लागू 21 नवंबर से नामांकन की प्रक्रिया चालू होगी – जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी

Rewa Today Desk : रीवा कलेक्ट्रेट के मोहन सभागार में आयोजित बैठक में कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्रीमती प्रतिभा पाल ने विधानसभा निर्वाचन कार्यक्रम की जानकारी पत्रकारों को दी। उन्होंने कहा कि रीवा जिले के 6 विधानसभा क्षेत्रों रीवा, सेमरिया, सिरमौर, त्योंथर, मनगवां तथा गुढ़ एवं मऊगंज के दो विधानसभा क्षेत्रों देवतालाब तथा मऊगंज विधानसभा के लिये निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा कार्यक्रम की घोषणा कर दी गयी है। इसके साथ ही सभी विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में चुनाव की आदर्श आचरण संहिता लागू हो गयी है।

विधानसभा चुनाव के अधिसूचना 21 अक्टूबर 2023 को जारी की जायेगी। इसी दिन से नामांकन पत्र दाखिल किये जायेंगे। रीवा जिले के 6 विधानसभा क्षेत्रों के नामांकन पत्र कलेक्ट्रेट कार्यालय रीवा में दाखिल किये जायेंगे। मऊगंज जिले की दो विधानसभा क्षेत्रों के नामांकन पत्र कलेक्टर कार्यालय मऊगंज में दाखिल किये जायेंगे। नामांकन पत्र दाखिल करने की अंतिम तारीख 30 अक्टूबर है। दाखिल नामांकन पत्रों की जांच 31 अक्टूबर की जायेगी। उम्मीदवार 2 नवम्बर तक नाम वापस ले सकते हैं।

नाम वापसी की समय सीमा समाप्त होने के बाद उम्मीदवारों की सूची जारी की जायेगी। इसी दिन उम्मीदवारों को चुनाव चिन्ह आवंटित किये जायेंगे। सभी विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में निर्धारित मतदान केन्द्रों में 17 नवम्बर को मतदान होगा। सभी विधानसभा क्षेत्रों की मतगणना जिला मुख्यालय रीवा में 3 दिसम्बर को होगी। मतदान वीवीपैट मशीन के माध्यम से कराया जायेगा। जिसमें मतदाता अपने मतदान की पुष्टिकरण पर्ची देख सकता है।

With the declaration of assembly elections, the model code of conduct for elections will come into force and the nomination process will start from November 21 – District Election Officer.

In the meeting held in Mohan Auditorium of Rewa Collectorate, Collector and District Election Officer Mrs. Pratibha Pal gave information about the assembly election program to the journalists. He said that the program has been announced by the Election Commission for 6 assembly constituencies of Rewa district, Rewa, Semaria, Sirmaur, Teonthar, Mangawan and two assembly constituencies of Gudh and Mauganj, Devtalab and Mauganj assembly. With this, the model code of conduct for elections has come into force in all the assembly constituencies.

The notification for assembly elections will be issued on 21 October 2023. Nomination papers will be filed from this day onwards. Nomination papers for 6 assembly constituencies of Rewa district will be filed in the Collectorate office, Rewa. Nomination papers for two assembly constituencies of Mauganj district will be filed in the Collector Office Mauganj. The last date for filing nomination papers is October 30. The nomination papers filed will be scrutinized on October 31.

Candidates can withdraw their names till 2nd November. The list of candidates will be released after the deadline for withdrawal of nominations is over. Election symbols will be allotted to the candidates on the same day. Voting will be held on November 17 in the designated polling stations in all the assembly constituencies. Counting of votes for all assembly constituencies will take place on December 3 at the district headquarters Rewa. Voting will be conducted through VVPAT machine. In which the voter can see the confirmation slip of his vote.
