 जैकलिन फर्नांडीस श्रीलंका की इस हीरोइन की जलवे ही जलवे बॉलीवुड में नजर आए कई बड़े सितारों के साथ जैकलिन नजर आई खासतौर से सलमान के साथ तो इनकी फिल्म किक सुपरहिट रही थी उसके बाद से जैकलिन एक बड़े ठग सुकेश   चंद्रशेखर के जाल में फंस गई उनके ऊपर लगभग 200 करोड़ से ज्यादा की वसूली का मामला दर्ज हो गया जिसके चलते कोर्ट ने उनके ऊपर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया था देश से बाहर जाने को लेकर अब दिल्ली की अदालत ने जैकलिन को 25 मई से 12 जून तक विदेश जाने की अनुमति दे दी है जैकलिन ने यह अनुमति 25 मई से 27 मई तक आबू धाबी यात्रा के लिए मांगी थी जहां उन्हें आइफा अवॉर्ड्स में भाग लेना था इसी के साथ उनको 28 मई से 12 जून तक एक फिल्म की शूटिंग के सिलसिले में मिलान जाना था जिसके चलते जैकलिन ने न्यायालय से विदेश जाने की अनुमति मांगी थी

 फिलहाल जैकलिन अग्रिम जमानत के आधार पर जेल से बाहर हैं हम आपको बता दें सुकेश चंद्र शेखर की वजह से बॉलीवुड की दो हीरोइन पर गिरफ्तारी की तलवार काफी अरसे से लटक रही है ईडी ने उनके खिलाफ मामला दायर किया था जिसके चलते 26 सितंबर को उन्हें अंतरिम बेल मिल गई थी फिलहाल जैकलिन और नोरा फतेही ने चंद्रशेखर के मामले में अपनी गवाही में बयान दर्ज करा दिए हैं जैकलिन की 7.2 करोड रुपए की संपत्ति और एफ डी ईडी के द्वारा जप्त कर ली गई है ईडी यह मानकर चल रही है जैकलिन ने जानते हुए भी चंद शेखर का साथ दिया गलत तरीके से पैसे कमाए गए पैसे से गिफ्ट ली जैकलिन पर आरोप था चंद्र शेखर की निकटतम सहयोगी पिंकी ईरानी जैकलिन फर्नांडीस के लिए उपहार चुनती थी जो काफी महंगे होते थे जिसका भुगतान चंद्रशेखर किया करता था चंद्रशेखर फिलहाल दिल्ली के तिहाड़ जेल में बंद है जैकलीन फर्नांडिस बेल पर हैं उनका पासपोर्ट ईडी ने जप्त कर रखा था अब जब दिल्ली की एक अदालत से जैकलिन को विदेश जाने की अनुमति मिल गई है वह भी सीमित समय के लिए जैकलिन के लिए यह एक राहत भरी खबर हो सकती है
