कर्नाटक में धर्मांतरण कानून रद्द नहीं पढ़ाए जाएंगे हेडगेवार सावरकर कांग्रेश का बड़ा फैसला

कर्नाटक में कांग्रेस की सरकार बनते ही कुछ बड़े फैसले होते नजर आ रहे हैं ऐसा ही एक बड़ा फैसला धर्मांतरण कानून को लेकर जल्द ही नजर आएगा जिसे कांग्रेस सरकार रद्द करने जा रही हैं अगले महीने कर्नाटक विधानसभा का सत्र 3 जुलाई से प्रारंभ होगा इसी सत्र में कांग्रेश विधेयक पेश कर सकती है जिसकी मंजूरी मंत्रिमंडल की बैठक में हो गई है मुख्यमंत्री सिद्धारमैया की अध्यक्षता में राज्य कैबिनेट की बैठक में कर्नाटक के कानून मंत्री एच के पाटिल ने प्रस्ताव पेश किया जिसमें मंत्रिमंडल ने मुहर लगा दी कांग्रेसमें 2021 में इस कानून का जमकर विरोध किया था लेकिन भारतीय जनता पार्टी की तत्कालीन सरकार ने धार्मिक स्वतंत्रता अधिकार संरक्षण अधिनियम को पास कर दिया था राज्यपाल ने इसे पिछले साल सितंबर 2022 में मंजूरी दे दी थी इस कानून में धोखे से धर्म परिवर्तन कराने के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई का प्रावधान है जबरन लालच देकर अपने प्रभाव का इस्तेमाल कर कर धर्मांतरण अपराध था जिसमें 3 से 5 साल तक की जेल की सजा और 25000 जुर्माना का भी प्रावधान था वही नाबालिक महिलाओं अनुसूचित जाति अनुसूचित जनजाति के संबंध में इस कानून के उल्लंघन पर अधिकतम 10 साल की सजा और ₹50000 जुर्माने का भी प्रावधान था वहीं दूसरी ओर कांग्रेश की कैबिनेट में एक और प्रस्ताव पास हुआ हेडगेवार और सावरकर कर्नाटक में नहीं पढ़ाए जाएंगे कर्नाटक कैबिनेट ने अपनी बैठक में यह भी फैसला किया है कक्षा 6 से 10 तक की कन्नड और सामाजिक विज्ञान की किताबों से कुछ अध्याय निकाले जाएंगे संशोधित किए जाएंगे इसके प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दे दी गई है मौजूदा सत्र में से ही r.s.s. के संस्थापक केशव बलीराम हेडगेवार और हिंदुत्व विचारक वी डी सावरकर समेत अन्य अध्यायों को किताब से हटा दिया जाएगा दूसरी ओर सावित्रीबाई फुले इंदिरा गांधी को नेहरू के पत्र और बी आर आंबेडकर पर कविता का अध्याय जोड़ा जाएगा यह वादा कांग्रेश के चुनावी वादे में शामिल था जिसे कांग्रेस अब पूरा करने जा रही है निश्चित रूप से कांग्रेस के इस कदम का भारतीय जनता पार्टी जमकर विरोध करेगी जिसका असर लोकसभा चुनाव मैं नजर आएगा कांग्रेस अपने चुनावी वादों को पूरा करने में सफल हो गई तो उसका फायदा उसको अगले साल होने वाले लोकसभा चुनाव में भी मिल सकता है राजनैतिक विश्लेषक यह मानकर चल रहे हैं लोकसभा में भारतीय जनता पार्टी की सीटें काफी कम हो जाएंगी

There was also a provision of maximum 10 years of punishment and fine of ₹ 50000 for the violation of this law, while on the other hand, another proposal was passed in the Congress cabinet. Hedgewar and Savarkar will not be taught in Karnataka. Karnataka cabinet has also decided in its meeting. Some chapters will be removed from the books of Kannada and Social Science from 6 to 10. Its proposal has been approved from the current session itself r.s.s. Other chapters, including that of Keshav Baliram Hedgewar and Hindutva ideologue VD Savarkar, will be dropped from the book, while Nehru’s letter to Savitribai Phule, Indira Gandhi and poetry on BR Ambedkar will be added. Congress is now going to fulfill it, of course the Bharatiya Janata Party will strongly oppose this move of Congress, the effect of which will be seen in the Lok Sabha elections. Political analysts are assuming that the seats of the Bharatiya Janata Party in the Lok Sabha will be reduced significantly.
