माता रानी के दर्शन से लेकर विसर्जन तक प्रशासन की रहेगी पैनी नजर. अष्टभुजा धाम नवरात्रि मेला व्यवस्था को लेकर कलेक्टर एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक ने ली बैठक. दिए उचित दिशा निर्देश.

Rewa Today Desk : मेले के दौरान व्यवस्था चाक चौबंद रहे श्रद्धालुओं को किसी भी तरीके की दिक्कत ना हो पूरी तरीके से सुविधा के साथ मूर्ति विसर्जन किया जाए तमाम व्यवस्था चुस्त दुरुस्त रखने हेतु दिए वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों ने निर्देश।मऊगंज जिले के नईगढ़ी स्थित ऐतिहासिक अष्टभुजा धाम माता मंदिर परिसर में आगामी नवरात्रि मेला एवं दशहरा उत्सव पर मूर्ति विसर्जन को लेकर कलेक्टर मऊगंज अजय श्रीवास्तव एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक वीरेंद्र जैन द्वारा जनप्रतिनिधियों श्रद्धालुओं पुजारियों व्यापारियों सहित अधीनस्थ कर्मचारियों की बैठक ली गई। आयोजित बैठक में मेला व्यवस्था में स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों अधिकारियों श्रद्धालुओं एवं मंदिर के पुजारियों से आज तक चली आ रही व्यवस्था के बारे में जिले के दोनों मुखिया द्वारा जानकारी ली गई। मेला व्यवस्था चाक चौबंद रहे किसी भी श्रद्धालु को माता रानी के दर्शन से लेकर मूर्ति विसर्जन में किसी भी परेशानी का सामना ना करना पड़े जिसको लेकर कलेक्टर अजय श्रीवास्तव द्वारा आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गए।

मेला व्यवस्था चुस्त दुरुस्त बनाए रखने हेतु वाहन पार्किंग से लेकर मूर्ति विसर्जन तक विभिन्न पहलुओं पर चर्चा की गई। जिस पर उपस्थित जनप्रतिनिधियों पुजारियों एवं व्यापारियों द्वारा अपनी अपनी राय रखी गई। विद्युत की समस्या, मंदिर परिसर के अतिक्रमण दशहरा उत्सव दौरान मूर्ति विसर्जन साफ स्वच्छता पेयजल दुकानों के लिए निर्धारित एरिया सहित माता अष्टभुजी के दर्शन हेतु श्रद्धालु किस मार्ग से होकर मंदिर तक पहुंचेंगे बृहद चर्चाएं हुई। लोगों द्वारा पाइप के माध्यम से जल चढ़ाने की बात रखी गई।सभी के विचार आने के बाद के कलेक्टर अजय श्रीवास्तव द्वारा निर्देश दिए गए कि जब मंदिर परिसर के साफ सफाई बिजली पानी सहित सभी व्यवस्थाएं नगर परिषद नईगढ़ी द्वारा की जाती है तो बैठकी वसूली का कार्य भी नगर निकाय द्वारा किया जावे। मूर्ति विसर्जन हेतु दोनों नदी घाटों पर आवागवन सुविधा के साथ रात्रि में पर्याप्त प्रकाश हेतु नगर निकाय को निर्देश दिए गए।

कलेक्टर ने कहा कि हालांकि अभी यह प्रारंभिक बैठक है इस पर पुनः बृहद बैठक कर मेला व्यवस्था हेतु अंतिम निर्णय लिए जाएंगे। हम सबको मिलकर कुछ नवाचार करना है एक ऐसा नवाचार जो अनवरत कुछ दिन तक चलता रहे। आने वाले दिन पुनः बैठक आयोजित कर सभी के बीच चर्चा करेंगे उपरांत अंतिम निर्णय लिया जाएगा। ऐसी व्यवस्था बनाई जाएगी कि श्रद्धालु एक तरफ से आए और दर्शन उपरांत दूसरी तरफ से निकल जाएं ताकि किसी तरह की परेशानी जैसी स्थिति निर्मित न हो। शिव मंदिर देवतालाब की तरह माता अष्टभुजी के स्नान हेतु पाइप लगाने की तो इस पर भी विचार किया जाएगा।मुंडन संस्कार कथा स्थान की व्यवस्था प्रसाद बनाने की व्यवस्था के लिए अलग-अलग स्थान निर्धारित किए जाएंगे।

मेला व्यवस्था को अंतिम रूप देने हेतु एक प्रशासनिक समिति का गठन किया गया है जिसमें एसडीएम तहसीलदार मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी मुख्य नगर पालिका अधिकारी थाना प्रभारी इंजीनियर एवं कुछ विशेष लोग रहेंगे। सुरक्षा का दायित्व पुलिस तो अन्य मेंटेनेंस का कार्य पीडब्लूडी एवं वन विभाग के पास रहेगा। मेला परिसर में स्वास्थ्य विभाग के कर्मचारी प्राथमिक दवाइयों के साथ उपस्थित रहेंगे। मूर्ति विसर्जन नदी के दोनों घाटों पर होंगी। दर्शनार्थियों को दो मार्गो से मंदिर तक आने जाने वालों पर विचार किया जाएगा। महिला पुरुष भक्तों की पृथक पृथक से लाइन होगी। नारियल तोड़ने की तीन मशीन मंगाई जाएगी। पूरे मेला क्षेत्र में कम से कम 10 सफाई कर्मी तैनात रहेंगे। कलेक्टर द्वारा विद्युत विभाग को निर्देश दिए गए कि मेला परिसर के आसपास खुले तार को हटाकर केवली करण करें, ध्यान रखा जाए की तार ढीला ना हो। जिससे किसी प्रकार की कोई समस्या न हो। जनरेटर एवं सीसीटीवी कैमरा की सारी व्यवस्था नगर निकाय को करने के लिए निर्देश दिये गये। यह भी निर्देश दिये गये की मेंला परिसर में कम से कम 50 सीसीटीवी कमरे लगाए जाय।

मंदिर गर्भ गृह से लेकर मंदिर परिसर मेला एरिया वाहन स्टैंड एवं मूर्ति विसर्जन स्थलों पर सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगाए जाने के भी निर्देश दिए गए। कलेक्टर मऊगंज अजय श्रीवास्तव पुलिस अधीक्षक वीरेंद्र जैन के विशेष उपस्थिति में नवरात्रि मेला एवं दुर्गा मूर्ति विसर्जन व्यवस्था को लेकर आयोजित बैठक में मुख्य रूप से मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी जनपद पंचायत नईगढ़ी के अलावा पुलिस बिजली स्वास्थ्य लोक स्वास्थ्य यांत्रिकी विभाग राजस्व महिला बाल विकास पशु चिकित्सा जैसे सभी विभागों के अधिकारीयों कर्मचारियों के अलावा नईगढ़ी मंडल अध्यक्ष बृजेंद्र गुप्ता विजय देवतालाव मंडल अध्यक्ष संजय सोनी समाजसेवी रामदयाल शर्मा सरपंच नरेंद्र बहादुर सिंह उर्फ मुंशी शिवानंद पयासी पार्षद नसीम खान रतनलाल मिश्र सहित क्षेत्र के जनप्रतिनिधि व्यापारी मंदिर के पुजारी तथा श्रद्धालु मौजूद रहे।

The administration will keep a close watch from the darshan of Mata Rani till the immersion. Collector and Superintendent of Police held a meeting regarding the arrangements for Ashtabhuja Dham Navratri Fair. Gave proper guidelines.

During the fair, the arrangements were well maintained and the devotees should not face any problem. Idol immersion should be done with complete facilities. Senior officials gave instructions to keep all the arrangements in order. In the historical Ashtabhuja Dham Mata temple complex located in Naigarhi of Mauganj district. Collector Mauganj Ajay Srivastava and Superintendent of Police Virendra Jain held a meeting with public representatives, devotees, priests, businessmen and subordinate employees regarding idol immersion during the upcoming Navratri fair and Dussehra festival. In the meeting held, information was taken by both the heads of the district from the local public representatives, officials, devotees and temple priests regarding the arrangements being made till date in the fair arrangements. The fair arrangements were well maintained so that no devotee should face any problem from the darshan of Mata Rani to the immersion of the idol, for which necessary instructions were given by Collector Ajay Srivastava. To keep the fair system smoothly, various aspects were discussed, from vehicle parking to idol immersion.

On which the public representatives, priests and businessmen present put forth their opinions. There were extensive discussions on which route the devotees would take to reach the temple for the darshan of Mata Ashtabhuji, including the problem of electricity, encroachment of the temple premises, idol immersion during Dussehra festival, clean cleanliness, drinking water and the area earmarked for shops. The issue of offering water through pipes was raised by the people. After everyone’s opinion, Collector Ajay Srivastava gave instructions that when all the arrangements including cleanliness, electricity and water of the temple premises are made by the Municipal Council Naigadhi, then the recovery will be done in the meeting. The work should also be done by the municipal body. Instructions were given to the municipal body for adequate lighting at night along with transportation facilities at both the river ghats for idol immersion. The Collector said that although this is still a preliminary meeting, final decisions for the fair arrangements will be taken in a larger meeting. We all have to do some innovation together, an innovation that continues for a few days.

A meeting will be held again in the coming days and a final decision will be taken after which everyone will be discussed. Such arrangements will be made that devotees come from one side and after darshan, leave from the other side so that no problem like situation is created. Like Shiv Temple Devtalab, installation of pipes for bathing of Mata Ashtabhuji will also be considered. Arrangements for Mundan Sanskar Katha place, separate places will be earmarked for making Prasad. To finalize the fair arrangements, an administrative committee has been formed which will include SDM, Tehsildar, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Municipality Officer, Station Incharge Engineer and some special people. The responsibility of security will be with the police and other maintenance work will be with the PWD and Forest Department. Health department employees will be present in the fair premises with basic medicines. Idol immersion will take place on both the ghats of the river. Consideration will be given to the visitors coming to the temple via two routes.

There will be separate lines for male and female devotees. Three machines for breaking coconuts will be brought. At least 10 sanitation workers will be deployed in the entire fair area. The Collector instructed the Electricity Department to remove the open wires around the fair premises and do Kewali Karan, taking care that the wires should not be loose. So that there is no problem of any kind. Instructions were given to the municipal body to make all the arrangements for generator and CCTV cameras. Instructions were also given that at least 50 CCTV rooms should be installed in the Menla complex. Instructions were also given to install CCTV cameras from the temple sanctum to the temple complex, fair area, vehicle stand and idol immersion sites. Collector Mauganj Ajay Srivastava, in the special presence of Superintendent of Police Virendra Jain, in the meeting organized regarding Navratri fair and Durga idol immersion arrangements, apart from the Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat Naigarhi, all the departments like Police, Electricity, Health, Public Health, Engineering Department, Revenue, Women, Child Development, Veterinary etc. Apart from the officers and employees of the departments, Naigarhi Mandal President Brijendra Gupta Vijay Devtalav Mandal President Sanjay Soni, social worker Ramdayal Sharma, Sarpanch Narendra Bahadur Singh alias Munshi Shivanand Payasi, Councilor Naseem Khan Ratanlal Mishra, public representatives of the area, businessmen, temple priests and devotees were present.
