रीवा जिला न्यायालय के विशेष न्यायधीश SC ST सीएम उपाध्याय की अदालत में आज लड़की को छेड़छाड़ के मामले में साबित होने के बाद विभिन्न मामलों में दो-दो साल की सजा और जुर्माना से दंडित किया गया है यह सभी सजाएं साथ साथ चलेगी लोक अभियोजक राकेश कुमार निगम ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया रीवा के कन्या महाविद्यालय उस समय बीएससी 20 वर्ष की पढ़ाई करने वाली छात्रा जो कि कन्या छात्रावास में रहती थी 23 मई 1915 के दिन जब वह हॉस्टल में थी अभियुक्त में सुबह फोन करके उसे शंकर जी के मंदिर के पास वही कन्या महाविद्यालय के पास बुलाया ना आने पर मम्मी पापा को जान से मारने की धमकी दी लड़की डर गई वह मंदिर के पास पहुंची अभियुक्त गोकुल सोनी लड़की से छेड़छाड़ और अश्लील हरकत करने लगा अभी चाहता था लड़की उसके साथ शादी कर ले अभियुक्त उसे अपनी पत्नी बनाना चाहता था

लेकिन लड़की तैयार नहीं थी लड़की ने उसकी शिकायत पुलिस से की पुलिस ने प्रकरण मे जांच करके मामला न्यायालय में पेश किया यहां पर विशेष न्यायाधीश एससी एसटी सीएम उपाध्याय ने सभी पक्षों के तर्क को सुनने के बाद भारतीय दंड विधान की धारा 354 के तहत 2 साल की सजा ₹1000 जुर्माना धारा 354a में 2 साल की सजा ₹1000 जुर्माना धारा 3(1)(2) एससी एसटी एक्ट में 2 साल की सजा ₹1000 के दंड से दंडित किया है सभी सजाएं साथ साथ चलेंगे अभियुक्त ने दिनदहाड़े लड़की के साथ अश्लील हरकतें की वह भी कॉलेज के बाहर शंकर जी के मंदिर के पास यहां पर आमतौर से दिनभर भीड़ होती है सुबह सवेरे यहीं से लड़कियों के आने-जाने का सिलसिला प्रारंभ होता है जो दिन भर चलता है कॉलेज का गेट यहीं पर है

Upadhyay, after hearing the arguments of all the parties, sentenced him to 2 years’ imprisonment under section 354 of the Indian Penal Code, ₹ 1000 fine, 2 years’ sentence under section 354a, ₹ 1000 fine, 2 years under section 3(1)(2) SC ST Act Punishment Punished with a fine of ₹ 1000. All the sentences will run concurrently. The accused did obscene acts with the girl in broad daylight, that too outside the college, near Shankar ji’s temple.
