Rewa Today Desk : मतदाता सूची में मृत व्यक्तियों के नाम किसी भी स्थिति में न रहे कहा कलेक्टर रीवा ने प्रशासन धीरे-धीरे चुनावी मोड में कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में आयोजित बैठक में कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्रीमती प्रतिभा पाल ने विधानसभा चुनाव के तैयारियों की समीक्षा की। कलेक्टर ने नोडल अधिकारियों को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि सभी नोडल अधिकारियों को उनके कार्यों के संबंध में विस्तृत निर्देश दिए जा चुके हैं। निर्वाचन आयोग की वेबसाइट से सौंपे गए कार्य के संबंध में निर्देश प्राप्त कर उसके अनुरूप व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित करें। नोडल अधिकारी उनके साथ काम करने वाले अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों के आदेश जारी कराकर उनका एक सप्ताह में प्रशिक्षण सुनिश्चित कराएं।

कलेक्टर ने कहा कि सभी रिटर्निंग आफीसर तथा ईआरओ मतदाताओं के घर-घर सत्यापन का कार्य एक सप्ताह में पूरा कराएं। सभी बीएलओ की ड्यूटी लगाकर ग्राम पंचायत तथा नगरीय निकाय से पिछले एक वर्ष में मृत व्यक्तियों की सूची प्राप्त कर उनके नाम मतदाता सूची से निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के अनुसार पृथक कराएं। किसी भी स्थिति में मृत व्यक्ति का नाम मतदाता सूची में नहीं रहना चाहिए। रिटर्निंग आफीसर अपने विधानसभा क्षेत्र के सभी प्रमुख जनप्रतिनिधियों, विशिष्ट व्यक्तियों तथा गणमान्य नागरिकों का नाम मतदाता सूची में शामिल होना सुनिश्चित करें।

मतदान केन्द्रों में निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशों के अनुसार बिजली, पानी, शौचालय, छाया, आदि की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करे। जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी पोस्टल बैलेट के लिए आवश्यक व्यवस्थाएं करें। मतदाता जागरूकता अभियान लगातार जारी रखें। गत विधानसभा चुनाव में जिन मतदान केन्द्रों में मतदान का प्रतिशत कम था वहाँ विशेष रूप से कार्य करें। पिंक मतदान केन्द्र तथा दिव्यांग मतदान केन्द्र शहरी क्षेत्र में बनाए जाएंगे। एसडीएम इसके लिए मतदान केन्द्रों का तत्काल निर्धारण करें। विधानसभा क्षेत्र में बनाए जाने वाले माडल मतदान केन्द्रों का भी निर्धारण कर सूची प्रस्तुत करें।

कलेक्टर ने कहा कि सभी एसडीएम अपने समकक्ष पुलिस अधिकारियों के साथ क्षेत्र का भ्रमण करके मतदान केन्द्रों की व्यवस्था, कानून और व्यवस्था की स्थिति तथा मतदान केन्द्रों की वर्नबेलिटी के संबंध में रिपोर्ट दें। अपराधियों तथा असमाजिक तत्वों के विरूद्ध लगातार प्रतिबंधात्मक कार्यवाही करते हुए बांड भी भराये.

In the meeting held in the Collectorate auditorium, Collector and District Election Officer Mrs. Pratibha Pal reviewed the preparations for the assembly elections. While giving instructions to the nodal officers, the Collector said that detailed instructions have been given to all the nodal officers regarding their work. Get instructions regarding the assigned work from the Election Commission website and ensure arrangements accordingly. Nodal officers should issue orders to the officers and employees working with them and ensure their training within a week.

The Collector said that all Returning Officers and EROs should complete the door-to-door verification of voters within a week. By imposing the duty of all BLOs, get the list of dead persons in the last one year from the Gram Panchayat and the urban body and get their names separated from the voter list as per the prescribed procedure. Under no circumstances should the name of a deceased person remain in the voter list. The Returning Officer should ensure that the names of all the prominent public representatives, distinguished persons and distinguished citizens of his assembly constituency are included in the voter list.

Ensure arrangements for electricity, water, toilets, shade, etc. in the polling stations as per the instructions of the Election Commission. District Education Officer should make necessary arrangements for postal ballot. Continue voter awareness campaign. Work should be done especially in the polling stations where the voting percentage was low in the last assembly elections. Pink polling stations and disabled polling stations will be built in urban areas. SDM should immediately determine the polling stations for this. Also determine and present the list of model polling stations to be built in the assembly constituency.

The Collector said that all the SDMs should visit the area along with their counterpart police officers and give a report regarding the arrangements of the polling stations, the law and order situation and the wearability of the polling stations. By continuously taking preventive action against criminals and anti-social elements, they also paid bonds.
