प्रिंस हैरी ने मेगन और उनकी मां डोरिया  के साथ फाउंडेशन विमेन ऑफ विजन अवार्ड में भाग लिया इस दौरान अमेरिका के न्यूयॉर्क में उनकी कार का 2 घंटे से ज्यादा समय तक खतरनाक तरीके से पीछा किया गया इस दौरान पीछा करने वाली कार की राहगीरों और पुलिस की गाड़ियों के बीच कई बार टक्कर होने से भी बची फोटोग्राफर के लिए यह एक अहम समय था जब किंग चार्ल्स ब्रिटेन के राजा बनने के बाद पहली बार हैरी और मैंगन के साथ किसी सार्वजनिक समारोह में भाग लेने के लिए निकले थे पेपराजी ने उनकी कार का जिस तरीके से पीछा किया कई राहगीरों को पुलिस की गाड़ियों को इस दौरान ठोकर लगी अनायास ही सभी को प्रिंस हैरी की मां डायना की याद आ गई जिनकी इसी तरीके के हादसे में मौत हो गई थी
