 समान कार्य समान वेतन सफाई मजदूर संघ की मांग जानिए क्यों और किससे की

अखिल भारतीय सफाई मजदूर संघ के प्रदेश कार्यवहक अध्यक्ष विवेक चमकेल द्वारा राज्य सफाई कर्मचारी आयोग के अध्यक्ष  कैबिनेट मंत्री दर्जा प्राप्त प्रताप करोसिया का माला और पुष्पगुच्छ से किया गया स्वागत। स्वागत के साथ ही राज्य सफाई कर्मचारी आयोग के अध्यक्ष के माध्यम से मुख्यमंत्री के नाम ज्ञापन सौप कर की गई  मांग की गई NPS को समाप्त कर पुरानी पैंशन योजना लागू की जाए,240 दिन काम कर चुके कर्मचारी को नियमित किया जाए, समान कार्य समान वेतन कानून बना कर DOPT के माध्यम से पूरे मध्य प्रदेश मे लागू किया जाए, नियमित होने वाले सफाई कार्य को ठेकेदारी से मुक्त किया जाए,  महाराष्ट्र में लागू लाड पागे की समिती की रिपोर्ट को मध्य प्रदेश में भी लागू की जाए, सफाई कर्मचारी को आय कर से मुक्त किया जाए, सभी सफाई कर्मचारियों को केशलेस मेडिकल कार्ड दिए जाए, सभी शासकीय अर्धशासकीय विभागो में सफाई कर्मचारी के रिक्त पदों को भरने के लिए विशेष भर्ती अभियान चलाया जाए, सफाई कर्मचारी पद के लिए सफाई पेसे से जुड़े समाज को विशेष आरक्षण दिया जाए।

इसके साथ ही स्वास्थ विभाग आउटसोर्स कर्मचारियों और नगर निगम के कर्मचारियो की समस्याओ से भी अवगत कराया गया । इस दौरान मुख्य रूप से अजीत कुमार,अभिषेक समुंद्रे, कृष्ण प्रिय मैत्रेय, विष्णु भारती,हेमंत चमकेल,सुनील कुमार आर्य,अमित समुंद्रे,सुनील मोगरे, रवि चमकेल, संजय बक्शी,प्रियम समुंद्र,अमन मैत्रेय ,रोहन पंसारी ,आशीष भारती,सुनील ललाई, इंडो बक्शी,अनिकेत मैत्रेय,विष्णु बंसल , सतेंद्र मैत्रेय संदीप रजक, अनुराग इमलिया, रोहित साकेत, विश्वास पंसारी , विवेक साकेत, सहित सैकड़ों कर्मचारी मौजूद रहे।

Along with the welcome, a memorandum was submitted to the Chief Minister through the chairman of the State Safai Karamcharis Commission demanding that NPS be abolished and the old pension scheme be implemented, employees who have worked for 240 days should be regularised, equal work equal pay Legislation should be made and implemented in entire Madhya Pradesh through DOPT, regular cleaning work should be exempted from contracting, Lad Page committee report applicable in Maharashtra should also be implemented in Madhya Pradesh, income tax to cleaning staff Cashless medical cards should be given to all cleaning workers, a special recruitment campaign should be conducted to fill the vacant posts of cleaning workers in all government and semi-government departments, special reservation should be given to the community associated with the cleaning profession for the post of cleaning workers. .

Along with this, the health department was also informed about the problems of outsourced employees and municipal employees. During this mainly Ajit Kumar, Abhishek Samundre, Krishna Priya Maitreya, Vishnu Bharti, Hemant Chamkel, Sunil Kumar Arya, Amit Samundre, Sunil Mogre, Ravi Chamkel, Sanjay Bakshi, Priyam Samundre, Aman Maitreya, Rohan Pansari, Ashish Bharti, Sunil Hundreds of employees including Lalai, Indo Bakshi, Aniket Maitreya, Vishnu Bansal, Satendra Maitreya Sandeep Rajak, Anurag Imlia, Rohit Saket, Vishwas Pansari, Vivek Saket were present.
