Rewa Today Desk : ऑडियो रिकॉर्डिंग लेकर पीड़ित पक्ष पहुंचा एसपी कार्यालय की गुढ़ पुलिस पर कार्यवाही की मांगमामले के तार गोविंदगढ़ थाना ट्रेप कार्यवाही से जुड़े नजर आ रहे हैं थाना गुढ़ पुलिस के षडयंत्र से दर्ज कराई गई झूठी रिपोर्ट की पुलिस के उच्च अधिकारियों से जॉच कराए जाने एव षडयंत्र में शामिल थाना प्रभारी गुढ़ सहित दोषी पुलिस अधिकारियों कर्मचारियों के विरूद्ध प्रशासनिक एवं दण्डात्मक कार्यवाही किये जाने की मांग को लेकर पीड़ित ट्रक मालिक रावेंद्र कुमार पटेल निवासी जमोड़ीकला थाना जमोडी जिला सीधी पुलिस अधीक्षक रीवा से मुलाकात कर न्याय की गुहार लगाई है तथा आवेदनों की एक-एक प्रति गृह मंत्री म0प्र0 शासन प्रमुख सचिव गृह पुलिस महानिदेशक भोपाल पुलिस महानिरीक्षक रीवा रेन्ज को भेजकर कार्यवाही की मांग की है पीड़ित रावेंद्र ने बताया कि वह ट्रका का परिचालन करता है तथा ट्रक के माध्यम से रेत व गिट्टी के परिवहन का कार्य करता है 27 मई 23 को ट्रक क्रमांक एमपी 53 एचए 2045 से ड्राइवर लाल जी यादव रेत लोड कराकर निधपुरी खदान से रीवा की ओर जा रहा था शाम करीब 6ः00 बजे थाना गुढ़ के पुलिस कर्मियों ने तहसील गुढ़ मोड़ संजय ढाबा के पास ट्रक को रोक कर ट्रक से उतार कर थाना ले गये वहॉ लाकप में बंद कर ट्रक की चाभी लेकर दूसरे किसी चालक से जीपीएस डिवाइस तोड़वाकर ट्रक को थाना ले आये
ट्रक ड्राइवर ने बताया कि उसके साथ थाना में काफी मारपीट भी की गई है इसके बाद ट्रक ड्राइवर लालजी यादव के विरूद्ध थाना गुढ़ में अपराध क्रमांक 0193/2023 धारा 279 337 भादवि का अपराध पंजीबद्ध किया गया जब प्रार्थी को 29 मई 2023 को थाना के पुलिस कर्मी संतोष कुमार मिश्रा मोबा नं 9691384542 तथा ठाकुरदीन पटेल मोबा नं 7580886568 से फोन कर बताया कि आपके ड्राइवर के खिलाफ थाना गुढ़ में मामला पंजीबद्ध है तहसील ले जा रहे है आप आ जाओ तब प्रार्थी तहसील पहुंचा और जानकारी हुई कि 151 जाफौ के मामले में पेश किये है और लिखा पढ़ी के बाद तहसील से ड्राइवर को छोड़ दिये इसके बाद प्रार्थी ड्राइवर को लेकर थाना गया और पूंछा कि क्या मामला है तो पुलिसकर्मियों ने बताया कि तुम्हारे ट्रक से एक्सीडेन्ट हुआ है
रोहित पाण्डेय निवासी भीटा ने रिपोर्ट किया है मामला पंजीबद्ध है तब ड्राइवर ने बताया कि कोई दुर्घटना वाहन से नही हुई है झूठा मामला बनाया गया है तब प्रार्थी रोहित पाण्डेय से दिनांक 29 मई 23 को मिलकर घटना के बारे में जानकारी लिया तो रोहित पाण्डेय ने बताया कि उसके साथ कोई घटना नही घटी है वह कथित घटना स्थल गया ही नही न ही मोहनिया टनल घूमने ही गया उसके एवं उसके दोस्त भूपेन्द्र पटेल के साथ कोई घटना नही हुई न ही दोनो के कोई चोट है न ही उसके पास कोई मोटर साइकिल है थाना गुढ़ के पुलिसकर्मी अंकित द्विवेदी आरक्षक बैच क्रमांक 1132 मोबा नं 9479719186 से एवं आरक्षक बैच क्रमांक 1178 अतुल पाण्डेय मोबा नं 7985700129 से क्रमश 08ः41 शाम एवं 08ः45 शाम 27 मई 23 को रोहित पाण्डेय के फोन नं 8602475174 में फोन कर कहा कि थाने आ जाओ एक एक्सीडेन्ट की रिपोर्ट में हस्ताक्षर करना है तब रोहित ने कहा कि कुछ होगा तो नही तब दोनो पुलिस कर्मियों ने कहा कि तुम्हे कुछ नही होगा हम सब संभाल लेगे हमें खास आदमी चाहिये इसलिये तुम्हे फोन किया हॅू तत्काल आ जाओ तब रोहित पाण्डेय ने बतया कि वह रात्रि 09ः30 बजे थाना पहुचा जहां पर थाना प्रभारी प्रवीण उपाध्याय थाना गुढ़ ने कहा कि ऐसी रिपोर्ट तुम्हे करना है कुछ नही होगा तब रोहित पाण्डेय ने कहा कि मेरे साथ कोई घटना नही हुई है तब टीआई ने कहा कि तुम रिपोर्ट नही करोगे तो तुम्हारे साथ कुछ भी हो सकता है तब रोहित ने कहा कि दबाव वश हस्ताक्षर करा लिये है और थाना प्रभारी ने प्रधान आरक्षक क्रमांक 892 राकेश वर्मा को कहा कि जैसे मैने कहा कि रोहित पाण्डेय से आवेदन लिखवा कर एफआईआर दर्ज करो और डायरी जॉच विवेचना के लिये सहायक उपनिरीक्षक तीरथ सिंह गोड़ को दे दी गई इस सारे घटना क्रम की मोबाइल रिकार्डिग रोहित पाण्डेय के मोबाइल में मौजूद थी जिसको रोहित पाण्डेय ने प्रार्थी को दे दिया था जिसकी पेन ड्राइव आवेदन के साथ संलग्न कर पुलिस अधीक्षक को सौंप दी गई है
इसके बाद पीड़ित रावेंद्र विवेचक तीरथ सिंह गोड़ से मिला और कहा कि मैने पता कर लिया है मेरे ट्रक से कोई घटना नही घटी झूठा मामला बनाया गया है तब विवेचक तीरथ सिंह गोड़ ने कहा कि मै जानता हॅू कि आपके साथ गलत हुआ है लेकिन मैं कुछ नही कर सकता थाना प्रभारी का दबाव है मेरा नुकसान हो जायेगा शायद आपकी कोई पुलिस से पुरानी रंजिश है आप लोगो ने पैसे के लेनदेन में थाना गोविन्दगढ़ में टीआई वीरेन्द्र सिंह परिहार प्रधान आरक्षक बबुआ सिंह एवं आरक्षक राजकुमार प्रजापति को ट्रेप कराया था तब प्रार्थी ने कहा कि मैने नही कराया था 13 फरवरी 22 को प्रार्थी के भतीजे मुनीश सिंह ने कराया था इसके बाद 29 मई 23 को ही रीवा कोर्ट में ट्रक छुड़ाने के लिये आवेदन किया और यह कहा कि मै मामले की शिकायत अधिकारियों से करूंगा रीवा कोर्ट में 30 मई 23 को ट्रक रिलीज करने की तारीख मिलने पर डायरी कम्पलीट करने फिर से रोहित पाण्डेय को थाना बुलाए कागजो में हस्ताक्षर कराये तथा एक आवेदन दबाव बनाकर रोहित पाण्डेय से यह लिखाकर लिये कि ट्रक मालिक जॉन से मारने अपहरण की धमकी दे रहा है प्रार्थी के साथ ऐसा दबाव बनाने किया गया फिर 30 मई 2023 को ही शायं 05ः30 बजे टीआई एवं विवेचक तीरथ सिंह गोड़ कोर्ट डायरी लेकर आये बोले लेट हो गया 31 मई 2023 तारीख बढ़वालो फिर तारीख 31 मई बढ़वाई गई कोर्ट में ही टीआई एवं विवेचक ने कहा कि हम 31 मई को चालान प्रस्तुत कर देते है कुछ नही होगा मामला समाप्त हो जायेगा अब आगे शिकायत नही करना और 31 मई को न्यायालय अजय नागेश जी के यहां ड्राइवर को बुलाकर जुर्म स्वीकार करा दिया गया इस तरह से थाना प्रभारी प्रवीण उपाध्याय आरक्षक अतुल पाण्डेय 1178 आरक्षक अंकित द्विवेदी 1132 एवं प्रधान आरक्षक राकेश वर्मा 892 ने मिलकर आपस में षडयंत्र कर झूठा मामला पंजीबद्ध कराये है जिसकी टेलीफोनिक वार्तालाप की आडियो क्लिप मौजूद है जो पेन ड्राइव के साथ सौंप दी गई है तथा फरियादी रोहित पाण्डेय ने दिनांक 29 मई को इस आशय का शपथ पत्र नोटरी के समक्ष तस्दीक कराकर दिया है कि घटना पूरी तरह झूठी है तथा अन्य साक्ष्य के संबंध में थाना का फुटेज एवं मोहनिया टनल कर फुटेज रोहित पाण्डेय की उपस्थित के संबंध में देखा जा सकता है तथा एफआईआर की प्रति भी संलग्न है इस आधार पर दोषियों के खिलाफ प्रशासनिक एवं दण्डात्मक कार्यवाही किए जाने मांग की गई है दौरान शिकायत रोहित पांडे एवं उसका दोस्त भूपेंद्र पटेल भी मौजूद रहे जिन्होंने यह स्वीकार किया कि उनके साथ एक्सीडेंट की कोई घटना नहीं घटी उनसे पुलिस ने दबाव बस झूठी कार्यवाही कराई है

Administrative and punitive action has been demanded. During the complaint, Rohit Pandey and his friend Bhupendra Patel were also present, who accepted that no incident of accident happened to them, the police just forced them to take false action.
