निगम परिषद की छठवीं बैठक हंगामेदार रही महापौर ने किया बाइकाट रीवा नगर निगम की परिषद की बैठक बनी अखाड़ा अभी तक जितनी भी बैठकें हुई हैं सब की सब हंगामेदार रही काफी अर्से बाद रीवा नगर निगम को महापौर कांग्रेसी मिला है अभी तक भारतीय जनता पार्टी का महापौर होता था पार्षद भी उसके ज्यादा होते थे जिसके चलते परिषद एमआईसी सब भाजपा की बगैर किसी विवाद के एमआईसी और परिषद की बैठक संचालित हो जाती थी जब से नगर निगम रीवा के महापौर अजय मिश्रा बाबा बने हैं तभी से बात बात पर विवाद की स्थिति निर्मित हो रही है अगर विवाद की स्थिति निर्मित नहीं हुई तो केवल एक मुद्दे पर पार्षद महापौर परिषद अध्यक्ष के वेतन बढ़ाने की बात को लेकर उसके लिए सब एक रहें परिषद की छठवीं बैठक ठीक-ठाक चल रही थी

उसी दौरान रीवा शहर के टैक्स को लेकर महापौर ने एक प्रस्ताव रखा टैक्स ना बढ़ाया जाए बस यही से चली जुबानी जंग धीरे-धीरे तेज होने लगी परिषद में कांग्रेस के महापौर अजय मिश्रा बाबा व कांग्रेस पार्षद टैक्स का बोझ जनता पर कम करने की बात पर परिषद के सदन पर चर्चा कर रहे थे इसी पर बहस शुरू हो गई भाजपा पार्षद दीनानाथ वर्मा ने महापौर पर कई आरोप लगाए  और कहा वह  अपना वचन पत्र निभाने के लिये नगर निगम के पैसे का दुरुपयोग कर रहे है महापौर व कांग्रेसी पार्षदो ने इसका विरोध किया । इसी दौरान परिषद की बैठक में जय श्री राम बजरंग बली की एंट्री हो गई जमकर नारेबाजी हुई दीनानाथ वर्मा का कहना था परिषद नियम से चलेगी महापौर दिल्ली जाएं मंत्री मुख्यमंत्री से मिले वित्तीय मामले अलग मामले होते हैं हम इस मामले में ना तो हां कह रहे हैं ना तो ना जबकि महापौर का कहना था सतना में भाजपा का महापौर है उन्होंने इसी आधार पर शहर पर टैक्स को लेकर बात कही है लेकिन महापौर की सुनने के बजाय सदन में भाजपा के पार्षदो ने जय श्री राम के नारे लगाए । जिस पर कांग्रेसी पार्षदो ने पलटवार किया बजरंगबली के नारे लगाए और कहा कनार्टक में देख लिया। परिषद में निगम अध्यक्ष वेंकटेश पांडेय एक-एक करके बोलने की बात कहते रहे लेकिन हंगामा बढ़ता गया नतीजे के रूप में कांग्रेसी पार्षदो ने जनता पर टैक्स का बोझ कम करने का नारा लगाते हुये परिषद से वाकआउट कर दिया
