रीवा  जिले के शहरी और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में 10 मई से 31 मई तक मुख्यमंत्री जनसेवा अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। अभियान के तहत शासन की विभिन्न 67 सेवाओं से संबंधित पात्र हितग्राहियों के आवेदन पत्र भरवाए जाएंगे। इसके लिए सभी ग्राम पंचायतों तथा नगर निकाय के सभी वार्डों में शिविर लगाए जा रहे हैं। इस संबंध में कलेक्टर श्रीमती प्रतिभा पाल ने बताया कि शासन द्वारा चिन्हित 67 सेवाओं में आवेदन पत्रों की दो श्रेणियाँ बनाई गई हैं। प्रथम श्रेणी ऐसे आवेदन पत्रों की है जो पूर्व से दर्ज हैं। दूसरी श्रेणी ऐसे आवेदन पत्रों की हैं जो नवीन रूप से दर्ज किए जा रहे हैं। इन सभी आवेदन पत्रों को नगरीय निकायों तथा जनपद पंचायतों द्वारा सीएम हेल्पलाइन पोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन दर्ज किया जा रहा है। इन आवेदन पत्रों को 25 मई तक ऑनलाइन दर्ज किया जाएगा। इसके बाद इनका 31 मई तक शत-प्रतिशत निराकरण किया जाएगा। आमजनता को पुन: शिविर लगाकर पात्रता के अनुसार हितलाभ का वितरण किया जाएगा। जो आवेदन पत्र नवीन रूप में दर्ज किए जा रहे हैं उनके पात्रता निर्धारण तथा परीक्षण में कुछ समय लग सकता है। इन आवेदन पत्रों का निराकरण 15 जुलाई तक किया जाएगा।

  कलेक्टर ने बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री जनसेवा अभियान में शासन द्वारा निर्धारित 67 सेवाओं के अतिरिक्त भी यदि कोई आवेदन पत्र प्राप्त होगा तो उसे भी ऑनलाइन दर्ज किया जाएगा। संबंधित अधिकारी आवेदन का निराकरण करके आवेदक को अवगत कराएंगे। अभियान के दौरान सीएम हेल्पलाइन में दर्ज शिकायतों का भी निराकरण किया जाएगा। बजट संबंधी कारणों, नीतिगत कारणों तथा न्यायालयों में दर्ज प्रकरणों से संबंधित सीएम हेल्पलाइन आवेदनों को छोड़कर शेष सभी आवेदन पत्रों का शत-प्रतिशत निराकरण किया जाएगा। अभियान की मॉनीटरिंग के लिए जिला और विकासखण्ड स्तर पर अधिकारी तैनात किए गए हैं। कलेक्टर ने आमजनता से मुख्यमंत्री जनसेवा अभियान शिविर में शामिल होकर पात्रता के अनुसार आवेदन पत्र दर्ज कराने का अनुरोध किया है।

Chief Minister’s public service campaign is being run from May 10 to May 31 in urban and rural areas of Rewa district. Under the campaign, applications of eligible beneficiaries related to various 67 services of the government will be filled. For this, camps are being organized in all the gram panchayats and all the wards of the municipal body. In this regard, Collector Pratibha Pal said that two categories of applications have been made in 67 services identified by the government. The first category is of such applications which are already registered. The second category is of such applications which are being filed afresh. All these applications are being registered online by the urban bodies and district panchayats on the CM Helpline portal. These applications will be filed online till May 25. After this, they will be resolved 100 percent by May 31. The benefits will be distributed according to the eligibility by setting up camps again to the general public. It may take some time for the eligibility determination and testing of the applications which are being entered in the new form. These applications will be resolved by July 15.

  The collector said that in addition to the 67 services prescribed by the government in the Chief Minister’s public service campaign, if any application is received, it will also be registered online. The concerned officer will dispose of the application and inform the applicant. During the campaign, the complaints lodged in the CM Helpline will also be resolved. 100% disposal of all remaining applications will be done except for budget related reasons, policy reasons and CM helpline applications related to cases registered in courts. Officers have been deployed at district and development block level for monitoring the campaign. The Collector has requested the general public to join the Chief Minister’s public service campaign camp and register the application as per eligibility.
