Mauganj Collectorate कार्यालय में 161 आवेदन पत्रो पर कलेक्टर अजय श्रीवास्तव ने की सुनवाई

Rewa Today Desk : अभी हाल ही में नया बना जिला मऊगंज धीरे-धीरे लेकिन मजबूती से जिले की तरह काम करने लगा है जनसुनवाई में यहां पर नया ही नजारा देखने में नजर आया कलेक्टर अजय श्रीवास्तव ने दिव्यांग , वृद्ध एवं आवेदको को कुर्सी पर बैठाकर की सुनवाई कलेक्टर के सामने कुर्सी पर बैठकर शिकायतकर्ता ने अपनी बात कही कलेक्टर ने सुनी उचित कार्रवाई का दिया आश्वासन कलेक्टर अजय श्रीवास्तव ने आज मऊगंज कलेक्टर कार्यालय में जनसुनवाई करते हुए, 161 आवेदन पत्र शिकायत के रूप में प्राप्त किया।

कलेक्टर अजय श्रीवास्तव ने आवेदन पत्रों पर संज्ञान लेते हुए तत्काल संबंधित विभाग के अधिकारियों को समस्या के निदान के लिए निर्देशित किया। कलेक्टर अजय श्रीवास्तव के समक्ष जब एक दिव्यांग पहुंचा तो उन्होंने उसे देखकर कुर्सी मंगवा कर उसे बैठाया और उसकी समस्याओं को सुना वही वृद्ध जनों एवं महिलाओं के साथ-साथ आवेदको को भी सामने बैठाकर उनकी समस्याओं को सुना ।अक्सर यह देखा जाता है कि जनसुनवाई में आवेदक गणों को इस तरह का महत्व नहीं दिया जाता लेकिन मऊगंज कलेक्टर ने पूरे सम्मान के साथ उन्हें सामने बिठाकर उनकी बातों को सुना और संबंधित अधिकारियों को निराकरण के लिए निर्देश दिया। जन समस्या निवारण में राजस्व विभाग ,बिजली विभाग एवं जनपद पंचायत के ज्यादातर मामले सामने आए

Collector Ajay Srivastava heard 161 applications in Mauganj Collectorate office

Rewa Today Desk : Recently, the newly formed district Mauganj has slowly but steadily started functioning like a district. A new sight was seen in the public hearing here. Collector Ajay Srivastava made the disabled, old people and applicants sit on chairs and conducted the hearing in front of the Collector. Sitting on the chair, the complainant expressed his views, the Collector listened and assured of appropriate action.

Collector Ajay Srivastava, while holding a public hearing at the Mauganj Collectorate office today, received 161 applications as complaints. Collector Ajay Srivastava, taking cognizance of the application forms, immediately directed the officials of the concerned department to solve the problem. When a disabled person came before Collector Ajay Srivastava, he asked for a chair and made him sit and listened to his problems. He also made the old people and women as well as the applicants sit in front and listened to their problems. It is often seen that in public hearings The applicant groups are not given such importance but the Mauganj Collector made them sit in front with full respect and listened to their views and directed the concerned officers to resolve the issue. Most of the cases of Revenue Department, Electricity Department and District Panchayat came to the fore in solving public problems.
