Rewa Today Desk : कलेक्टर श्रीमती प्रतिभा पाल की अध्यक्षता में जिला शहरी विकास अभिकरण की समीक्षा बैठक संपन्न हुई। बैठक में नगरीय निकायों में निर्माण कार्यों के साथ ही आवासी पट्टे दिये जाने, लाडली बहनों के आधार लिंक व डीबीटी कराने सहित सीएम हेल्पलाइन की शिकायतों के निराकरण की विस्तार से समीक्षा की गई।

बैठक में कलेक्टर ने निर्देशित किया कि नगरीय निकायों में चल रहे सभी निर्माण कार्य समय सीमा में पूरे कराये जाय तथा अप्रारंभ कार्यों को तत्काल प्रारंभ करते हुए पूरी गुणवत्ता के साथ पूर्ण करें। उन्होंने कहा कि ठेकेदारों का भुगतान नियमित हो तथा वर्षाकाल में कराये जाने वाले कार्यों को प्रारंभ रखें शेष ऐसे कार्य जो वर्षाकाल में प्रभावित हों उन्हें वर्षा से पूर्व पूर्ण कराने। कलेक्टर ने नगर परिषदों में कायाकल्प अभियान व डीएमएफ मद से संचालित कार्यों को शीघ्र पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने नईगढ़ी में बस स्टैण्ड व प्रतीक्षालय कार्य को पूरा करने के लिये निर्देशित किया। कलेक्टर ने चाकघाट में कार्य प्रारंभ न होने पर अप्रसन्नता व्यक्त की तथा सीएमओ को तत्काल कार्य प्रारंभ कराने के निर्देश दिये।

समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान मऊगंज में निर्माण कार्यों की अत्यन्न धीमी प्रगति पर कलेक्टर ने नाराजगी व्यक्त की तथा मऊगंज नगर परिषद के सीएमओ को नोटिस देने तथा उपयंत्री को अटैच कर नईगढ़ी के उपयंत्री को चार्ज देने तथा मऊगंज उपयंत्री के विरूद्ध कार्यवाही प्रस्तावित किये जाने के निर्देश बैठक में दिये। प्रधानमंत्री आवास (शहरी) की समीक्षा के दौरान कलेक्टर ने कहा कि आवास हेतु नियमित किश्त दी जाय तथा जियो टेगिंग कराने। अप्रारंभ आवास निर्माण कार्य प्रारंभ करायें तथा आवास निर्माण न करने वालों से वसूली की कार्यवाही करें। उन्होंने मनगवां के सीएमओ को न्यून प्रगति पर नोटिस जारी करने के निर्देश दिये। भूमिहीन व्यक्तियों को आवासीय पट्टे दिये जाने के कार्य को दल बनाकर सर्वे करने के निर्देश बैठक में दिये गये। उन्होंने लाडली बहना योजना के तहत पात्र हितग्राहियों के आधार पर लिंक व डीबीटी कार्यकल तक पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिये तथा आगाह किया कि बिना अनुमति नगरीय निकाय के अधिकारी मुख्यालय के बाहर न जायें। कलेक्टर ने सीएम हेल्पलाइन की शिकायतों का शत-प्रतिशत निराकरण करने तथा पीएम स्वनिधि के प्रकरणों को बैंक में प्रेषित करने के निर्देश समीक्षा बैठक में दिये। इस दौरान संयुक्त कलेक्टर संजीव पाण्डेय सहित नगर परिषदों के सीएमओ व उपयंत्री उपस्थित रहे।

The review meeting of District Urban Development Agency was concluded under the chairmanship of Collector Mrs. Pratibha Pal. In the meeting, along with the construction works in the urban bodies, residential leases were given, Aadhaar link and DBT of dear sisters and redressal of complaints of CM helpline were reviewed in detail.

In the meeting, the Collector directed that all the construction works going on in the urban bodies should be completed within the time limit and the unfinished works should be started immediately and completed with full quality. He said that the payment to the contractors should be regular and the works to be done during the rainy season should be started and the remaining works which are affected during the rainy season should be completed before the rains. The collector instructed to complete the rejuvenation campaign in the city councils and the works conducted under the DMF head. He directed to complete the work of bus stand and waiting room in Naigarhi. The Collector expressed displeasure over non-commencement of work in Chakghat and instructed the CMO to start the work immediately.

During the review meeting, the Collector expressed his displeasure over the extremely slow progress of construction works in Mauganj and directed to give notice to the CMO of Mauganj Municipal Council and charge the Deputy Engineer of Naigarhi by attaching the Deputy Engineer and proposed action against the Deputy Engineer of Mauganj. I gave During the review of Pradhan Mantri Awas (Urban), the collector said that regular installment should be given for the house and geo-tagging should be done. Start the work of non-commencement housing construction and take recovery action from those who do not construct houses. He instructed the CMO of Mangawan to issue notice on the low progress. Instructions were given in the meeting to form a team and survey the work of giving residential pattas to the landless persons. He instructed to complete the link and DBT work on the basis of eligible beneficiaries under the Ladli Bahna Yojana and warned that the officers of the urban body should not go outside the headquarters without permission. The Collector gave instructions in the review meeting to resolve 100 percent complaints of the CM Helpline and to send the cases of PM Swanidhi to the bank. During this, CMOs and Deputy Engineers of Municipal Councils along with Joint Collector Sanjeev Pandey were present.
