मुंबई जहां कहा जाता है रात ही नहीं होती तमाम अच्छी बुरी चीजें यहीं से पनपती फैलती फूलती हैं आमतौर पर ऐसा ही माना जाता है मुंबई सपनों की नगरी सपना पूरा करने के लिए देश का नौजवान इस और टकटकी लगाकर देखता है और पहुंच जाता है मुंबई पिछले दिनों इसी मुंबई में डीआरआई के अधिकारियों ने 24 करोड़ की विदेशी सिगरेट पकड़ी है जो देश में प्रतिबंधित है मुंबई की डीआरआई को शक हुआ जवाहरलाल नेहरू बंदरगाह पर आए हुए एक कंटेनर पर डीआरआई की टीम ने उस कंटेनर पर नजर रखी और कंटेनर पर बराबर नजर बनाए हुए उसे जाने दिया जहां के लिए वह आया था कंटेनर पहुंच गया एशिया फ्री ट्रेड वेयरहाउसिंग जोन में जहां पर उसे  ट्रांस शिप किया जाना था यहां से वह कंटेनर एक निजी गोदाम में ले जाया गया

 जैसे ही कंटेनर निजी गोदाम में पहुंचा अधिकारियों ने उसे तुरंत रोक लिया कंटेनर की तलाशी ली गई कंटेनर पूरे 40 फीट का था जिसमें ऊपर से लेकर नीचे तक सिगरेट ही सिगरेट भरी हुई थी विदेशी सिगरेट जो देश में सिगरेट के लिए निर्धारित मापदंड को पूरी नहीं करती बस फिर क्या था डीआरआई ने सिगरेट को जप्त किया कंटेनर के अंदर से निकली सिगरेट  पूरे 24 करोड़ की थी डीआरआई ने सिगरेट समेत पांच लोगों को गिरफ्तार करने में सफलता पाई माना जा सकता है देश में अब धीरे-धीरे नशीले पदार्थों में सिगरेट का नाम भी जोड़ रहा है आमतौर पर देश का नौजवान कफ सिरप अवैध शराब पर ही टिका हुआ था अब जब नशीली टेबलेट के बाद सिगरेट मिली है यह काफी चौंकाने वाली बात है बेहतर बात यह रही 24 करोड़ की विदेशी नशीली सिगरेट बाजार में आने के पहले ही डीआरआई के अधिकारियों ने पकड़ ली
