धान एवं मोटे अनाजों के उपार्जन के लिए पंजीयन जारी अंतिम तारीख का हुआ एलान

Rewa Today Desk : किसानों को उनकी उपज का अधिकतम मूल्य देने के लिए शासन द्वारा किसानों से निर्धारित समर्थन मूल्य पर धान, मक्का तथा अन्य मोटे अनाजों का उपार्जन किया जाएगा। उपार्जन के लिए किसानों का ऑनलाइन पंजीयन होना आवश्यक है। ऑनलाइन पंजीयन 5 अक्टूबर तक किया जा रहा है। कलेक्टर श्रीमती प्रतिभा पाल ने बताया कि किसान ग्राम पंचायत कार्यालय के सुविधा केन्द्र, जनपद पंचायत, तहसील कार्यालय, सहकारी समितियों एवं खरीदी केन्द्रों में नि:शुल्क पंजीयन करा सकते हैं।

एमपी किसान एप अपने एन्ड्रायड मोबाइल पर डाउनलोड करके किसान स्वयं पंजीयन कर सकते हैं। इसके अलावा किसान एमपी ऑनलाइन कियोस्क सेंटर, कॉमन सर्विस सेंटर, लोक सेवा केन्द्र एवं निजी व्यक्तियों द्वारा संचालित साइबर कैफे में 50 रुपए का शुल्क तथा आवश्यक दस्तावेज देकर उपार्जन के लिए पंजीयन करा सकते हैं।

कलेक्टर ने बताया कि धान तथा मोटे अनाजों के उपार्जन के लिए पंजीयन कराने के लिए किसानों को अपने आधार कार्ड, बोये गए अनाज के रकबे की जानकारी के लिए ऋण पुस्तिका की प्रति, आधार सीडेड बैंक खाते तथा बैंक खाते से जुड़े मोबाइल नम्बर की जानकारी देना आवश्यक होगा।

जिला आपूर्ति नियंत्रक ओपी पाण्डेय ने बताया कि बैंक खाते के साथ-साथ बैंक का आईएफएससी कोड भी किसान अवश्य प्रस्तुत करें। उपार्जन से भुगतान के लिए जनधन खाते, अक्रिय बैंक खाते, संयुक्त बैंक खाते एवं फिनो, एयरटेल, पेटीएम बैंक खाते पंजीयन में मान्य नहीं होंगे।

उपार्जन का भुगतान आधार संख्या तथा फोन नम्बर से जुड़े बैंक खाते से किया जाएगा। किसानों का पंजीयन गिरदावरी के आधार पर किया जाएगा। पूर्व से पंजीकृत किसानों एवं नवीन किसानों की भूमि का रकबा, फसल एवं फसल की किस्म की जानकारी गिरदावरी से ली जायेगी। पंजीयन ओटीपी आधारित व्यवस्था से होगा। खरीफ विपणन वर्ष 2022-23 में किसान पंजीयन सिकमी/बटाईदार अनुबंध ही मान्य होंगे।

Collector Mrs. Pratibha Pal said that farmers can register free of cost in the convenience center of Gram Panchayat office, District Panchayat, Tehsil office, cooperative societies and purchase centers. Farmers can register themselves by downloading MP Kisan App on their Android mobile. Apart from this, farmers can register for procurement by paying a fee of Rs 50 and necessary documents in MP Online Kiosk Centre, Common Service Centre, Public Service Center and cyber café run by private individuals.

The Collector said that to register for the procurement of paddy and coarse grains, farmers should provide information about their Aadhar card, copy of loan book for information about the area of sown grains, Aadhar seeded bank account and mobile number linked to the bank account. Will be necessary. District Supply Controller OP Pandey said that along with the bank account, farmers must also present the IFSC code of the bank.

Jan Dhan accounts, inactive bank accounts, joint bank accounts and Fino, Airtel, Paytm bank accounts will not be valid for registration for payment from earnings. Payment of earnings will be made from the bank account linked to Aadhaar number and phone number. Registration of farmers will be done on the basis of Girdawari. Information about land area, crop and crop variety of already registered farmers and new farmers will be taken from Girdawari. Registration will be done through OTP based system. In the Kharif marketing year 2022-23, only farmer registration Sikmi/Bataidar contracts will be valid.
