राहुल गांधी को पासपोर्ट के लिए मिली हरी झंडी कोर्ट से
कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी विदेश जाना चाह रहे थे इसके लिए उनको पासपोर्ट की जरूरत थी दिल्ली के साउथ एवेन्यू कोर्ट में इसके लिए उन्होंने एप्लीकेशन दायर की थी कोर्ट ने नया पासपोर्ट जारी करने की मंजूरी सशर्त दी है कोर्ट ने केवल 3 साल के लिए उनको पासपोर्ट बनाने की मंजूरी दी है हालांकि राहुल गांधी के पास पहले से ही डिप्लोमेटिक पासपोर्ट मौजूद था लेकिन जब उनको कोर्ट ने सजा सुनाई 2 साल की उसके बाद उन्होंने अपना पासपोर्ट सरेंडर कर दिया था अब जब उनको विदेश जाना है उन्होंने नए पासपोर्ट के लिए अप्लाई किया जिसका विरोध करने एक बार फिर पहुंच गए सुब्रमण्यम स्वामी स्वामी का कहना था
जब वह लंदन गए थे तो वहां उन्हें पता चला राहुल गांधी को ब्रिटिश सिटीजन घोषित कर चुके हैं उनकी भारतीय नागरिकता खत्म कर देनी चाहिए स्वामी की दलील को अनसुना करके कोर्ट ने राहुल गांधी को परमिशन दी राहुल अब 28 को जाएंगे अमेरिका पासपोर्ट बनाने के लिए अदालत से अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र राहुल गांधी को चाहिए था जो उनको मिल चुका है राहुल गांधी का अब साधारण पासपोर्ट बनेगा राहुल नेशनल हेराल्ड मामले में भी आरोपी हैं जिसके चलते उन्हें कोर्ट के एनओसी की जरूरत थी स्वामी का यह भी कहना था राहुल विदेश गए तो नेशनल हेराल्ड मामले में जांच प्रभावित हो सकती है वहीं राहुल के वकील कोर्ट में कह रहे थे राहुल के खिलाफ कोई भी आपराधिक मामला फिलहाल दर्ज नहीं है इसलिए उन्हें एनओसी मिलनी चाहिए हम आपको बता दें राहुल गांधी के पास डिप्लोमेटिक पासपोर्ट था मानहानि के एक मामले में उन्हें 2 साल की सजा गुजरात के सूरत कोर्ट ने सुनाई उसके बाद उन्होंने अपना डिप्लोमेटिक पासपोर्ट सरेंडर कर दिया था अब जब उनको दोबारा विदेश जाना था तो उन्होंने साधारण पासपोर्ट के लिए अप्लाई किया था जो अब उनको मिल जाएगा जिसकी वजह से अब राहुल विदेश जा सकते हैं

Swamy also said that if Rahul goes abroad, the investigation in the National Herald case may be affected, while Rahul’s lawyer was saying in the court that no criminal case is currently registered against Rahul.
