देवतालाब शिव मन्दिर प्रबंध समिति की बैठक संपन्न लिए कई निर्णय

विधानसभा अध्यक्ष की मौजूदगी में देवतालाब शिव मंदिर प्रबंधन समिति की बैठक हुई श्रावण मास एवं अधिमास मेले की तैयारियों के लिए विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने दिए आवश्यक निर्देश विधानसभा अध्यक्ष गिरीश गौतम की अध्यक्षता में गत दिवस शनिवार को शिव मंदिर परिसर देवतालाब में मंदिर प्रबंध समिति की बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में देवतालाब मंदिर परिसर में आयोजित होने वाले श्रावण मास मेला एवं अधिमास मेला के तैयारियों के संबंध में प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों व मंदिर प्रबंधन समिति के सदस्यों के साथ चर्चा की गई।

बैठक में विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित करते हुए कहा कि देवतालाब शिव मंदिर में लोगों की अपार श्रद्धा है। इस कारण श्रावण मास और अधिमास मेले के अवसर पर दूर-दूर से भारी संख्या में भक्तगण देवतालाब शिव मंदिर में पहुंचेंगे। मेले में श्रद्धालुओं की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था एवं उन्हें किसी भी प्रकार की समस्या का सामना न करना पड़े इसके लिए मंदिर परिसर तक पहुंचने के लिए यातायात व्यवस्था दुरुस्त करते हुए अलग-अलग स्टॉपर एवं बैरिकेट्स लगवाए जायें। मेले में अतिरिक्त पुलिस बल की व्यवस्था कराई जाए। महिला श्रृद्धालुओं की सुरक्षा के लिए महिला सुरक्षाकर्मी नियुक्त किए जाएं। मंदिर परिसर में पानी की व्यवस्था हेतु पर्याप्त टैंकर की व्यवस्था की जाए। मेला परिसर में सफाई के लिए 2 दिन पूर्व से तथा मेला समाप्ति के एक दिन बाद तक सफाई कर्मचारियों की व्यवस्था कराना सुनिश्चित की जाए। मंदिर परिसर में वॉलेंटियर की व्यवस्था रहे जिससे श्रद्धालुओं को सुगमता से दर्शन करवाया जा सके एवं व्यवस्था में सहयोग मिल सके। कचरा कलेक्शन के लिए उचित स्थानों पर डस्टबिन की व्यवस्था की जानी चाहिए। यात्रियों के वाहन पार्किंग की व्यवस्था हेतु अलग-अलग स्थान चिन्हित कर पार्किंग व्यवस्था दुरुस्त की जाए। श्रद्धालुओं को आकस्मिक चिकित्सा के लिए मेडिकल टीम की तैनाती पर्याप्त रहे। विद्युत व्यवस्था के सुचारू रूप से संचालन के लिए विद्युत मंडल का स्टाफ मेला परिसर में उपस्थित रहे। मेला परिसर में अस्थाई रूप से पर्याप्त महिला एवं पुरुष शौचालय बनवाए जाएं। मेला परिसर में फायर बिग्रेड, सीसीटीवी कैमरा, बैरिकेडिंग की पर्याप्त व्यवस्था रहे। विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि मेला व्यवस्था के लिए राजस्व विभाग तथा पुलिस प्रशासन के आधिकारी-कर्माचारी उपस्थित रहकर सहयोग प्रदान करें। बैठक में अनुविभागीय आधिकारी राजस्व एपी द्विवेदी, नायब तहसीलदार मानसिंह आर्मो, पुलिस एवं पीडब्लूडी के अधिकारीगण सहित मंदिर प्रबंध समिति के सदस्य शिवपूजन शुक्ला, सुरेंद्र सिंह चंदेल, सुरेंद्र कुसमाकर, भैयालाल पटेल, जनसंपर्क सहायक मप्र विधानसभा पुष्पेंद्र गौतम सहित पुजारीगण, जनप्रतिनिधिगण उपस्थित रहे।

Several decisions were taken in the meeting of Devtalab Shiv Temple Management Committee

Devtalab Shiv Temple Management Committee meeting was held in the presence of Vidhansabha Speaker Assembly Speaker gave necessary instructions for preparations for Shravan month and Adhimas fair done. In the meeting, preparations for the Shravan month fair and Adhimas fair to be held in the Devtalab temple premises were discussed with the administrative officials and members of the temple management committee.

In the meeting, the assembly speaker directed the concerned officials that the Devtalab Shiva temple People have immense faith in me. For this reason, on the occasion of Shravan month and Adhimas fair, a large number of devotees from far and wide reach the Devtalab Shiva temple. Separate stoppers and barricades should be installed while improving the traffic system to reach the temple premises, for the safety of the devotees in the fair and they do not have to face any kind of problem. Additional police force should be arranged in the fair. Women security personnel should be appointed for the safety of women devotees. Adequate tanker should be arranged for water arrangement in the temple premises. It should be ensured to arrange cleaning staff for cleaning in the fair premises from 2 days before and till one day after the end of the fair. There should be an arrangement of volunteers in the temple premises so that the devotees can be given darshan easily and cooperation can be provided in the arrangements. Dustbins should be arranged at appropriate places for garbage collection. The parking system should be improved by marking different places for the arrangement of vehicle parking for the passengers. The deployment of the medical team should be sufficient for emergency treatment of the devotees. For the smooth operation of the electricity system, the staff of the Electricity Board remained present in the fair premises. Adequate women and men toilets should be made temporarily in the fair premises. There should be adequate arrangements for fire brigade, CCTV cameras, barricading in the fair premises. The Assembly Speaker said that the officers and employees of the Revenue Department and Police Administration should be present and provide cooperation for the arrangement of the fair. Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue AP Dwivedi, Naib Tehsildar Mansingh Armo, Police and PWD officials including temple management committee members Shivpujan Shukla, Surendra Singh Chandel, Surendra Kusmakar, Bhaiyalal Patel, Public Relations Assistant MP Assembly Pushpendra Gautam, priests and public representatives were present in the meeting.
