Rewa Today Desk : रीवा शहर के एजी कॉलेज के पास अनोखा नजारा नजर आया जब कभी कहीं पर पुल बनता है तो उसके अगल-बगल से आने जाने वालों के लिए रास्ता बनाया जाता है जिससे इमरजेंसी में कोई भी आ जा सके लेकिन वर्तमान सरकार में कहीं किसी की कोई सुनवाई नहीं हो रही मनमाना काम हो रहा है मध्य प्रदेश की भारतीय जनता पार्टी सरकार में भ्रष्टाचार चरम पर है सत्ता सरकार से जुड़े लोग भ्रष्टाचार के इरादे से प्रत्येक वर्ष नई नई योजनाएं लाकर उन्हीं स्थानों पर स्थापित पुरानी योजनाओं को जमींदोज कराकर शासन को क्षति पहुंचाते हुए माल कमाने में जुटे हुए हैं एसकेएम संयोजक समाजवादी नेता शिव सिंह एजी कॉलेज रोड के नवीन निर्माण को लेकर कुछ इस तरीके का आरोप लगाते हैं कुछ यही कहना है अधिवक्ता बालमीक द्विवेदी समाजसेवी आर के पटेल का उन्होंने  शिवराज सरकार एवं उनके स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों के ऊपर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा की सरकार के विकास का कोई भी दूरगामी एजेंडा नहीं है इसी सरकार में एजी कॉलेज से पडरा तिराहा तक स्टॉर्म वाटर प्रोजेक्ट के तहत 2 करोड रुपए की लागत से नाले का निर्माण कराया गया था जो दर्जनों बार गुणवत्ता विहीन निर्माण के चलते जमींदोज हो गया था सैमसंग कहते हैं मेरी उपस्थिति पर प्रमुख सचिव नगरीय प्रशासन भोपाल ने निरीक्षण भी किया था ठेकेदार को ब्लैक लिस्टेड करने अधिकारियों को आदेशित किया था

इसी तरह कुछ वर्ष पूर्व एजी कॉलेज रोड का निर्माण कार्य घटिया तरीके से कराया जा रहा था जिसका विरोध आम जनता की उपस्थित पर किया गया था विरोध उपरांत तीन बार उक्त सड़क का निर्माण कार्य कराया गया था जो अभी प्रचलन पर थी इसी सड़क के दोनों किनारे ग्रीन प्रोजेक्ट के तहत अंकुर वृक्षारोपण अभियान के माध्यम से वृक्षारोपण कराया गया था वृक्षारोपण दौरान स्थानीय पूर्व मंत्री से लेकर संभाग एवं जिले भर के आला अधिकारी मौजूद रहे और सभी वृक्षों पर नेताओं से लेकर अधिकारियों तक के नाम के कट आउट बोर्ड लगाए गए थे उनमें आधे वृक्ष बिना परवरिश ट्री गार्ड के पहले ही सूख गए थे वर्तमान में नवीन प्रोजेक्ट के तहत डिवाइडर सहित 13 मीटर चौड़ी सड़क का निर्माण कार्य किया जा रहा है निर्माण कार्य चालू होने के पूर्व बिना बाईपास बनाएं निर्माण एजेंसी द्वारा सड़क में पूर्व निर्मित पुलों को जमींदोज कर दिया गया है जिसके चलते आवागमन बाधित हो रहा है यहां तक की सीधे संजय गांधी अस्पताल से सीरियस मरीजों को जो एंबुलेंस लेकर जाती हैं उनको बीच से ही वापस होना पड़ता है नवीन सडकीकरण निर्माण के चलते पूर्व में रोपित किए गए वृक्षों को काटा जा रहा है तथा सैकड़ों वर्ष पुराने वृक्षों को काटने का भी खाका तैयार किया जा चुका है इसी तरह स्टॉर्म वाटर प्रोजेक्ट भी जमींदोज की कगार पर है ऐसे में शिवराज सरकार के नुमाइंदों द्वारा करोड़ों रुपए का सीधा भ्रष्टाचार किया जा रहा है उन्होंने भ्रष्टाचार की बड़े स्तर पर जांच कार्यवाही की मांग की है तथा शीघ्र आवागमन व्यवस्थित करने बाईपास बनाए जाने की मांग की है

But in such a situation direct corruption of crores of rupees is being done by the representatives of Shivraj government.
