हत्या के मामले में आजीवन कारावास 7 साल बाद आया फैसला मऊगंज थाने का मामला

मऊगंज थाना अंतर्गत एक युवक को लगभग 8 साल पहले 7 मई 15 को पीट पीट कर मार डाला गया था उसी के गांव मऊगंज थाना अंतर्गत महूगड़ा में जिसका प्रकरण विशेष अदालत में पिछले 8 साल से चल रहा था जहां आज इस मामले की सुनवाई करते हुए विशेष न्यायाधीश सीएम उपाध्याय की अदालत ने अपना फैसला सुनाते हुए आरोपी को विभिन्न धाराओं में सजा सुनाते हुए आजन्म कारावास की सजा भी सुनाई साथ ही जुर्माना भी किया गया इस बारे में जानकारी देते हुए शासकीय लोक अभियोजक राकेश निगम से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार कहानी कुछ इस तरीके से निकल कर आई थाना मऊगंज के महूगुड़ा गांव के निलेश बसोर पिता मोतीलाल बसोर 7 मई की सुबह अपने घर से निकला था

लकड़ी बिनने के लिए गांव में आमतौर से आसपास के जंगल से लकड़ी बिन कर लाई जाती है और उसी से खाना बनाया जाता है लेकिन रास्ते में गांव के ही यज्ञपाल पटेल पिता बैजनाथ पटेल ने किसी बात पर निलेश बसोर को लात घूंसे से जमकर पीटा तब तक पीटता रहा जब तक उसकी मौत नहीं हो गई इस बात की शिकायत नीलेश बसोर के पिता मोतीलाल बसोर ने तत्काल ही 7 मई की सुबह ही मऊगंज थाने में दर्ज कराई मामला एक युवक की हत्या का था पुलिस तेजी से सक्रिय हुई मौके पर पहुंची पंचनामा की कार्रवाई के बाद शव को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज कर जांच में जुट गई पुलिस ने मऊगंज थाने में अपराध क्रमांक 110 बटे 15 के तहत प्रकरण पंजीबद्ध करते हुए मामले की जांच प्रारंभ की पुलिस ने यज्ञ पाल पटेल की गिरफ्तारी भी कर ली प्रकरण कोर्ट में आया लगभग 8 साल तक दोनों तरफ से गवाही का सिलसिला चलने के बाद आज सीएम उपाध्याय की विशेष अदालत ने मामले का फैसला सुनाते हुए आरोपी को 302 एससी एसटी अत्याचार निवारण अधिनियम (3)(2)(5) अधिनियम 325 के तहत धारा 304 दो भारतीय दंड विधान के तहत 7 साल कैद की सजा सुनाई है साथ ही सो ₹100 का जुर्माना भी किया है वहीं दूसरी ओर धारा 325 अत्याचार निवारण अधिनियम के तहत आजन्म कारावास की सजा सुनाते हुए ₹100 का जुर्माना भी किया है दोनों सजाएं साथ-साथ चलेंगी अदालत में पीट-पीटकर मारने को बड़ा अपराध मानते हुए इस तरीके की सजा सुनाई है
