रीवा संभाग के आईजी वेंकटेश्वर राव ने सीमावर्ती इलाके उत्तर प्रदेश और छत्तीसगढ़ के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के साथ निकट भविष्य में होने वाले चुनाव को लेकर बॉर्डर मीटिंग की मीटिंग के दौरान कानून व्यवस्था इलाके के वारंटी को लेकर गहन विचार विमर्श किया इलाके के अपराधियों की एक दूसरे को लिस्ट दी रीवा संभाग से लगे सभी सीमावर्ती इलाके के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी एसपी कलेक्टर इस बैठक में मौजूद रहे से बैठक के दौरान कहा गया आगामी विधानसभा चुनाव को लेकर पुलिस प्रशासन अलर्ट है बैठक के दौरान चुस्त सुरक्षा व्यवस्था रखने की बात कही गई जिससे किसी भी तरीके की अप्रिय स्थिति समय रहते टाला जा सके विधानसभा को देखते हुए एडीजी के पी वेंकटेश्वर राव कि यह बैठक काफी महत्वपूर्ण साबित होगी उत्तर प्रदेश- छत्तीसगढ़ के लगें जिलो के आईजी डीआईजी के साथ बॉर्डर मीटिंग के दौरान तमाम मुद्दों पर विचार विमर्श हुआ आने वाली चुनौतियां को कैसे सामना करना है, रीवा संभाग से जुड़े हुए सभी जिले के अधिकारियों के साथ इस पर चर्चा की गई, बैठक में पुलिस अधिकारियों के साथ-साथ जिला कलेक्टर भी मौजूद रहे, सभी अधिकारियों के साथ एडीजी के.पी वेंकटेश्वर राव ने शांतिपूर्ण मतदान संपन्न कराने और किसी भी प्रकार की विषम परिस्थिति से निपटने के संबंध में चर्चा की, साथ ही वांटेड अपराधियों पर प्रतिबंधात्मक कार्यवाही के साथ-साथ नशीली मादक पदार्थों की बिक्री पर प्रतिबंध लगाने और आरोपियों की लिस्ट बॉर्डर के जिला पुलिस अधीक्षकों को सौंपी गई है। माना जा रहा है इस बैठक के बाद वारंटी ओं की धरपकड़ तेज होगी वहीं दूसरी ओर अपराधियों पर नजर रहेगी पुलिस की जिसके चलते शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से चुनाव संपन्न हो सकेंगे
