इको पार्क एक दिन बंद होगा, शहर में कहीं जमीन बची नहीं, 1 साल में एक अरब 19 करोड़ 58 लाख 84 हजार की निविदा निकाल दी, यह है मेरी उपलब्धि अजय मिश्रा महापौर रीवा ने कहा.

Rewa Today Desk : रीवा शहर के महापौर अजय मिश्रा ने 30 जुलाई 2022 से अब तक के कार्यों का हिसाब किताब रखते हुए कहा रीवा में बना इको पार्क बगैर मंजूरी के बना है, हमारी सरकार आई तो हम इसे बंद कर देंगे. मैं नहीं चाहता गुजरात के मोरबी जैसा हादसा यहां भी हो. एक सवाल के जवाब में महापौर का कहना था. रीवा शहर में एक भी जमीन बची नहीं. किसी जमाने में यहां एक पार्क हुआ करता था, मानस भवन के सामने पारिजात के नाम से जिसे 126 करोड़ में बेच डाला गया.

रीवा की सारी भूमि बड़े उद्योगपतियों को भेज दी गई. महापौर का कहना था सिस्टमैटिक तरीके से किया गया यह एक घोटाला नहीं महा घोटाला है. जमीन के कम दाम कम बताए गए. ऐसी अनियमित की गई जिससे ठेकेदार को करोड़ों का फायदा हो. महापौर का कहना था ,शहर के प्रत्येक वार्ड में रोड नाली पुलिया निर्माण के साथ वार्ड पार्षदों के सुझाव पर तत्काल कराए जाने वाले पीस वर्क सड़क मरम्मत और सुधार कार्य हेतु 11 करोड़ 87 लाख 24 हजार के कार्य स्वीकृत उपरांत कराए जा रहे हैं. महापौर ने कहा रीवा शहर के 17 पार्कों में झूले लगाने के लिए 80 लाख रुपए की निविदा बुला ली गई है. स्टैचू चौराहे से शिल्पी प्लाजा तक डेकोरेटिव लाइट्स लगाई जा रही है. स्वच्छ भारत मिशन अंतर्गत 9 करोड़ 68 लाख 65 हजार स्वास्थ्य शाखा में 65 लाख 80 हजार 14 लाख 16 शौचालय निर्माण हेतु 3 करोड़ 55 लाख 41 हजार के कार्य स्वीकृत किए गए हैं

हमने एक छोटी फायर गाड़ी 24 लाख में खरीदी .दो पानी के टैंकर 39 लाख में खरीदें. एक जेटर वाहन 29 लाख में खरीदा,एक सेक्सन कम जेटिंग बड़ी मशीन 38 लाख में खरीदी, ट्रैक्टर खरीदा 8:30 लाख में .एक स्काई लिफ्ट 13 लाख की लागत से खरीदी. 2 शव वाहन खरीदे, जल प्रदाय के लिए एक करोड़ 70 लाख 45 हजार के कार्यों की स्वीकृति, संजीवनी क्लिनिक हेतु एक करोड़ 61 लाख 71 हजार की स्वीकृति .महाराजा मार्तंड सिंह जूदेव की प्रतिमा चोरहटा बाईपास मे श्री युत श्रीनिवास तिवारी की प्रतिमा एस ए एफ चौराहे के पास स्थापित होगी, 53 लाख ₹30 हजार रुपए की लागत से 1 साल में हमने एक अरब 19 करोड़ 58 लाख 84 हजार से अधिक की निविदा जारी की है, जो पिछले 20 सालों से ज्यादा है.

वहीं दूसरी और एक अरब 22 करोड़ 75 लाख की लागत से अमृत योजना के तहत सीवरेज के कार्य जारी हैं. महापौर ने कहा जनता का पैसा भूमि पूजन और लोकार्पण से हमने बचाया ,वहीं दूसरी और स्थानीय विधायक के इशारे पर मुख्यमंत्री के मांगलिक कार्य का कार्यक्रम का सीधा प्रसारण जनता द्वारा दी गई टैक्स की राशि से होता है. इस पैसे से दूसरे काम भी हो सकते हैं. महापौर ने कहा 1 साल में हमने शहर की तस्वीर बदलने का काम किया है .ऐतिहासिक पद्मधर पार्क के जीर्णोद्धार का कार्य प्रारंभ है. जल्दी ऋतुराज पार्क और महाराजा वेंकट रमन सिंह की स्टेचू का भी सौंदर्य करण प्रारंभ कर दिया जाएगा.

महापौर रीवा ने 45 वार्ड में किए गए कार्यों का लेखा-जोखा पेश किया .वही पत्रकारों के सवाल पर उन्होंने सर्वाधिक चर्चित इको पार्क को भी बंद करने का ऐलान कर डाला. उन्होंने कृष्णा राज कपूर ऑडिटोरियम पर भी सवाल उठाते हुए कहा नगर निगम की प्रॉपर्टी मुफ्त में दी गई. यह कैसा विकास है. कलेक्ट्रेट बनाओ एक पैसे से, उसमें कुर्सी लगाओ दूसरे पैसे से, उसमें पर्दा लगाओ तीसरे पैसे से, एक प्रॉपर्टी बनाने के लिए कई प्रॉपर्टी को बेच डालो, यह है भारतीय जनता पार्टी के रीवा के विधायक का विकास.

Land prices were understated. Such irregularities were done due to which the contractor got benefit worth crores. The Mayor said that works worth Rs. 11 crore 87 lakh 24 thousand are being done after approval for the construction of road drain culverts in every ward of the city along with piece work, road repair and improvement work to be done immediately on the suggestion of the ward councilors. The Mayor said that a tender worth Rs 80 lakh has been called for installing swings in 17 parks of Rewa city. Decorative lights are being installed from Statue Square to Shilpi Plaza. Under the Swachh Bharat Mission, works worth Rs 3 crore 55 lakh 41 thousand have been approved for the construction of 65 lakh 80 thousand 14 lakh 16 toilets in 9 crore 68 lakh 65 thousand health branches. We bought a small fire engine for 24 lakhs.

Bought two water tankers for 39 lakhs. Bought a jeter vehicle for 29 lakhs,
