मुख्यमंत्री सीखो कमाओ योजना में युवाओं को स्वरोजगार का दें प्रशिक्षण – कलेक्टर

रीवा के कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में आयोजित बैठक में कलेक्टर श्रीमती प्रतिभा पाल ने मुख्यमंत्री जनसेवा अभियान के संबंध में अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए। कलेक्टर ने कहा कि सभी अधिकारी जनसेवा अभियान में प्राप्त सभी आवेदन पत्रों का आज ही निराकरण कर जानकारी ऑनलाइन दर्ज कराएं। आवेदन पत्र में स्वीकृत तथा अस्वीकृत का स्पष्ट उल्लेख करें। अभियान में जो हितग्राही पात्र पाए गए हैं उन्हें विभिन्न योजनाओं के हितलाभ का वितरण कराएं। किसी भी स्थिति में आवेदन पत्र लंबित नहीं रहना चाहिए। सभी राजस्व अधिकारी भी अभियान के दौरान दर्ज किए गए राजस्व प्रकरणों का निराकरण करके उसे जनसेवा अभियान के पोर्टल तथा आरसीएमएस पोर्टल में दर्ज कराएं। जनसेवा अभियान में पीएचई, पूर्व क्षेत्र विद्युत वितरण कंपनी, स्वास्थ्य विभाग, श्रम विभाग तथा अन्य विभागों के आवेदन पत्र लंबित हैं। इनका अनिवार्य रूप से निराकरण सुनिश्चित करें।

बैठक में कलेक्टर ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री सीखो कमाओ योजना आरंभ की गई है। इस योजना के तहत विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा युवाओं को प्रशिक्षण देकर स्वरोजगार का अवसर देना है। इस संबंध में 31 मई को कृष्णा राज कपूर ऑडिटोरियम में कार्यशाला आयोजित की जा रही है। कार्यपालन यंत्री लोक निर्माण विभाग, कार्यपालन यंत्री पीएचई, महाप्रबंधक जिला उद्योग तथा व्यापार केंद्र, अग्रणी बैंक प्रबंधक तथा अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी इसके लिए विभागीय कार्य योजना तैयार कर लें। अधिक से अधिक पात्र युवाओं को प्रशिक्षण देकर रोजगार का अवसर देना है। चुने गए युवाओं को प्रशिक्षण अवधि में निर्धारित राशि भी दी जाएगी।

बैठक में कलेक्टर ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री लाड़ली बहना योजना के शेष बचे आवेदन पत्रों में दावे और आपत्तियों का आज ही निराकरण कर दें। साथ ही जिन प्रकरणों में आधार सीडिंग तथा डीबीटी की सुविधा नहीं है उनमें विशेष प्रयास करके 31 मई तक आधार सीडिंग और खाते को डीबीटी करने की कार्यवाही करें।अग्रणी बैंक प्रबंधक इस संबंध में विशेष प्रयास करें। जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी महिला एवं बाल विकास लाड़ली बहना योजना की स्वीकृति पत्रों के वितरण की तैयारियां सुनिश्चित करें। जिले भर में एकजून से स्वीकृति पत्रों का वितरण किया जाएगा।

In the meeting held at Collectorate Auditorium of Rewa, Collector Mrs. Pratibha Pal gave instructions to the officials regarding Chief Minister’s public service campaign. The collector said that all the officers should settle all the applications received in the public service campaign and register the information online today itself. Clearly mention accepted and rejected in the application form. Distribute the benefits of various schemes to the beneficiaries who have been found eligible in the campaign. Under no circumstances should the application be kept pending. All revenue officers should also solve the revenue cases registered during the campaign and get them registered in the portal of public service campaign and RCMS portal. In the public service campaign, applications of PHE, Eastern Region Power Distribution Company, Health Department, Labor Department and other departments are pending. Make sure to resolve them compulsorily.

In the meeting, the Collector said that the Chief Minister’s Learn Earn Scheme has been started. Under this scheme, various departments have to provide self-employment opportunities to the youth by training them. In this regard, a workshop is being organized on May 31 at the Krishna Raj Kapoor Auditorium. Executive Engineer Public Works Department, Executive Engineer PHE, General Manager District Industries and Trade Center, Lead Bank Manager and other concerned officers should prepare a departmental action plan for this. To provide employment opportunities to maximum eligible youth by training them. The selected youth will also be given a fixed amount during the training period.

In the meeting, the Collector said that the Chief Minister should resolve the claims and objections in the remaining applications of Ladli Bahna Yojana today itself. Along with this, in the cases where there is no facility of Aadhaar seeding and DBT, make special efforts to take action for Aadhaar seeding and DBT of the account by May 31. Leading bank managers should make special efforts in this regard. District Program Officer should ensure preparations for distribution of approval letters of Women and Child Development Ladli Bahna Yojana. Approval letters will be distributed across the district from June.
