कलेक्टर ने आमजनों के 169 आवेदन पत्रों में की जन सुनवाई

रीवा 06 जून को आमजनता के आवेदन पत्रों पर सुनवाई तथा समस्याओं के निराकरण के लिए कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में जन सुनवाई का आयोजन किया गया। जन सुनवाई में कलेक्टर श्रीमती प्रतिभा पाल ने आमजनता के 169 आवेदन पत्रों में सुनवाई की। जन सुनवाई में जिला पंचायत के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी सौरभ सोनवणे, अपर कलेक्टर नीलमणि अग्निहोत्री, संयुक्त कलेक्टर संजीव पाण्डेय ने भी जन सुनवाई के आवेदन पत्रों का निराकरण किया। जन सुनवाई में सीमांकन, बंटवारा, नामांतरण, उपचार सहायता, पेंशन तथा शासकीय भूमि से अवैध कब्जा हटाने तथा अन्य आवेदन पत्रों की सुनवाई की गई। कलेक्टर ने कहा कि जन सुनवाई और सीएम हेल्पलाइन में प्राप्त सीमांकन तथा बंटवारे के सभी प्रकरणों का अपर कलेक्टर 7 दिवस में निराकरण सुनिश्चित करें। जन सुनवाई में पीरबानो निवासी घोघर रीवा ने आवासीय पट्टे के लिए आवेदन दिया। कलेक्टर ने एसडीएम हुजूर को प्रकरण में कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए। बृजेश द्विवेदी निवासी भौखरी ने ग्राम सगरा में उनकी भूमि का सीमांकन के लिए आवेदन दिया। कलेक्टर ने एसडीएम हुजूर को प्रकरण में कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए। अनूप तिवारी निवासी रीवा ने शहर के 55 एकड़ के लखौरीबाग तालाब में भू माफियाओं द्वारा किए जा रहे अवैध कब्जे को रोकने के लिए आवेदन दिया। कलेक्टर ने एसडीएम हुजूर को आवेदन में कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए। वीरेन्द्र सिंह निवासी तिघरा हुब्बलाल निवास ग्राम अगडाल श्यामबिहारी दुबे निवासी देवरा फरेदा तथा मोहम्मद निजामुद्दीन निवासी खौर ने सीमांकन के लिए आवेदन दिया। कलेक्टर ने संबंधित तहसीलदारों को प्रकरणों के निराकरण के निर्देश दिए। जन सुनवाई में लल्लू प्रसाद त्रिपाठी अध्यक्ष पुजारी महासंघ ने लक्ष्मणबाग संस्थान के पुजारियों को बढ़े हुए मानदेय के भुगतान के लिए आवेदन दिया। कलेक्टर ने एसडीएम हुजूर तथा कार्यपालन अधिकारी लक्ष्मणबाग संस्थान को आवेदन में कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए। लल्लू प्रसाद तिवारी निवासी सेमरिया ने नगर के शासकीय तालाब में पानी की आवक की व्यवस्था के लिए आवेदन दिया। कलेक्टर ने सीएमओ सेमरिया को इस संबंध में कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए। श्यामसुंदर साकेत निवासी गढ़वा ने शासकीय जमीन से अवैध कब्जा हटाने के लिए आवेदन दिया। कलेक्टर ने तहसीलदार हुजूर को मौके पर जाकर कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए। रामलल्लू प्रजापति निवासी जोरौट ने शासकीय हैण्डपंप को अवैध कब्जे से मुक्त कराने के लिए आवेदन दिया। कलेक्टर ने एसडीएम मऊगंज तथा कार्यपालन यंत्री पीएचई को प्रकरण में कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए। राशिदा परवीन निवासी अर्जुन नगर रीवा ने नक्शा तरमीम के लिए आवेदन दिया। कलेक्टर ने तहसीलदार हुजूर को तत्काल कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए। जन सुनवाई में सभी संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

Rewa On June 06, a public hearing was organized in the Collectorate Auditorium for the hearing on the applications of the general public and for redressal of the problems. Collector Smt. Pratibha Pal heard 169 applications of the general public in the public hearing. District Panchayat Chief Executive Officer Saurabh Sonawane, Additional Collector Neelmani Agnihotri, Joint Collector Sanjeev Pandey also resolved the applications for the public hearing in the public hearing. Demarcation, partition, renaming, treatment assistance, pension and removal of illegal possession from government land and other applications were heard in the public hearing. The Collector said that the Additional Collector should ensure the disposal of all the demarcation and partition cases received in the public hearing and CM helpline in 7 days.In the public hearing, Ghoghar Rewa, a resident of Pirbano, applied for a residential lease. The Collector instructed SDM Huzoor to take action in the matter. Brijesh Dwivedi resident Bhaukhari applied for demarcation of his land in village Sagra. The Collector instructed SDM Huzoor to take action in the matter. Anoop Tiwari resident Riva filed an application to stop the illegal encroachment by the land mafia in the 55-acre Lakhauribagh pond of the city. The Collector instructed SDM Huzur to take action in the application. Virendra Singh resident of Tighra Hubbalal Niwas village Agdal Shyambihari Dubey resident Devra Fareda and Mohammad Nizamuddin resident Khaur applied for demarcation. The Collector instructed the Tehsildars concerned to resolve the cases.In the public hearing, Lallu Prasad Tripathi, President of the Pujari Mahasangh, applied for payment of increased honorarium to the priests of Laxmanbagh Sansthan. The Collector instructed SDM Huzoor and Executive Officer Laxmanbagh Institute to take action in the application. Semaria, a resident of Lallu Prasad Tiwari, gave an application for arrangement of incoming water in the government pond of the city. The Collector instructed CMO Semaria to take action in this regard. Garhwa, a resident of Shyamsundar Saket, gave an application to remove illegal encroachment from the government land. The collector visited Tehsildar Huzoor on the spot and instructed to take action. Joraut resident of Ramlallu Prajapati gave an application to free the government hand pump from illegal occupation. The Collector instructed SDM Mauganj and Executive Engineer PHE to take action in the matter. Arjun Nagar Rewa, resident of Rashida Parveen, applied for map modification. The Collector instructed Tehsildar Huzur to take immediate action. All concerned officers were present in the public hearing.
