नई लोकसभा की इमारत बनकर तैयार हो गई उद्घाटन की तारीख भी 28 मई को तय कर दी गई है देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी नई संसद का उद्घाटन करेंगे इसी के साथ तमाम विपक्षी दल प्रधानमंत्री से संसद के उद्घाटन का विरोध दर्ज करा रहे हैं आइए सिलसिलेवार तरीके से समझते हैं पूरा मामला क्या है

आखिर क्यों पड़ी नई बिल्डिंग बनाने की जरूरत

वर्तमान मे पुराने संसद भवन में बैठने के लिए 545 लोगों का ही इंतजाम था 1971 की जनगणना के हिसाब से जो भी परिसीमन किया गया था उसके अनुसार इन सीटों को निर्धारित किया गया था 2026 में लोकसभा की सीटों का परिसीमन होना है जिसके चलते संसद के पुराने भवन में सदस्यों के बैठने की संख्या कम पड़ जाती पुराना संसद भवन लगभग 95 साल पुराना था नए संसद भवन की जरूरत थी जब 26 में नया परिसीमन हो तब सारे सदस्य यहां एक साथ बैठते हैं फिलहाल नए संसद भवन में 888 लोकसभा सदस्य और 384 राज्यसभा सदस्यों के बैठने की व्यवस्था की गई है लोकसभा और राज्यसभा जहां पर लगती थी जिस इमारत में लगती थी वहां पर बहुत सारी नई सुविधाओं की जरूरत जिसको देखते हुए मोदी सरकार ने 5 अगस्त 2019 को नए संसद भवन बनाने का निर्णय लिया था जिसके बाद देश के प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने 10 दिसंबर 2020 को नए भवन का शिलान्यास कर दिया

नए भवन में क्या है खास

नई संसद भवन की डिजाइन विमल पटेल ने की है यह पूरी तरीके से भूकंप रोधी है इस इमारत को बनाने का टेंडर टाटा प्रोजेक्ट को मिला था पुरानी और नई संसद भवन की तुलना की जाए तो सबसे बड़ा अंतर उसके आकार को लेकर है पुरानी बिल्डिंग गोलाकार थी जबकि नई बिल्डिंग त्रिकोणी है पुरानी बिल्डिंग में 590 लोकसभा 280 राज्य सभा सदस्यों के बैठने का इंतजाम है जबकि नई इमारत में 888 लोकसभा सदस्य 384 राज्य सभा सदस्य बैठ सकते हैं दर्शक दीर्घा में भी सीटों की संख्या में काफी इजाफा किया गया है यहां पर 336 लोग बैठ सकते हैं जब कभी लोकसभा और राज्यसभा का संयुक्त अधिवेशन बुलाया जाएगा उस समय 1272 से ज्यादा संसद सदस्य एक साथ बैठ सकते हैं यही नहीं नई इमारत में कैफे डायनिंग एरिया कमेटी मीटिंग जैसी जगहों में अत्याधुनिक सामान लगाए गए हैं साथ ही तमाम जिम्मेदार लोगों के लिए अलग-अलग बैठने का इंतजाम किया गया है
