पिछले दिनों उत्तर प्रदेश के नगरी निकाय के तमाम चुनाव हुए थे जिसके चलते अब प्रदेश के अलग-अलग हिस्सों में शपथ ग्रहण की तैयारी की जा रही है कुछ जगह विवाद की स्थिति निर्मित है कुछ जगह बेहतर माहौल में शपथ ग्रहण हो रहा है शुक्रवार को उत्तर प्रदेश के मेरठ में चौधरी चरणसिंह विश्वविद्यालय के नेताजी सुभाष चंद बोस हाल में नवनिर्वाचित महापौर और पार्षदों के शपथ ग्रहण समारोह में  जमकर विवाद हुआ। शपथ ग्रहण समारोह के शुरू होने पर वंदे मातरम गाने  को लेकर विवाद शुरू हो गया।

ओवैसी की पार्टी ऑल इंडिया मजलिस-ए-इत्तेहादुल मुस्लिमीन के पार्षदों और भाजपा के पार्षदों में जमकर मारपीट हुई। आशा उद्दीन ओवैसी की पार्टी के पार्षद ने वंदे मातरम का विरोध किया तो भाजपा पार्षदों ने उसे जमकर पीट दिया। शपथ ग्रहण समारोह के शुभारंभ करने के दौरान वंदे मातरम जैसे ही प्रारंभ हुआ  एआईएमआईएम के पार्षदों ने वंदे मातरम नहीं गाया। जिसके चलते भाजपा के पार्षदों ने उनके साथ कार्यक्रम के बीच में ही मार पीट शुरू कर दी ।इतना ही नहीं मौके पर डीएम,एसपी सिटी और सीओ सिविल लाइन सहित भारी पुलिस बल की मौजूदगी में भाजपा कार्यकर्ता एआईएमआईएम के पार्षदों को जमकर पीटते नजर आए । मामला बढ़ता देख कर मौके पर भारी पुलिस बल और आरएएफ को भी बुलाना पड़ा।एआईएमआईएम के पार्षदों को कार्यक्रम से बाहर निकाल दिया गया। बाद में एसपी सिटी और सीओ सिविल लाइन ने मारपीट में घायल पार्षदों और उनके समर्थकों को कार्यक्रम में अंदर बुलाने की अपील की। और इस बात का आश्वासन भी दिया किसी के साथ कोई भी बदतमीजी मारपीट नहीं होगी । शपथ ग्रहण के दौरान जो भी हुआ उसको लेकर काफी गहमागहमी का माहौल रहा मेरठ में । एआईएमआईएम के महानगर अध्यक्ष इमरान अंसारी ने बताया कि एआईएमआईएम के चार पार्षद फजल करीम वार्ड 71, ताहिर वार्ड 82 साहिद वार्ड 72 गुड्डी पत्नी अफजाल वार्ड  81 और एक अन्य पार्टी के रिजवान अंसारी वार्ड 73 की शपथ नहीं हुई है। इन पांच पार्षदों की शपथ शनिवार को नगर निगम में होगी। एआईएमआईएम के सभी पार्षद 11 पार्षद और मुस्लिम लीग और आजाद समाज पार्टी के पार्षद और कार्यकर्ता मेडिकल थाने में भाजपा कार्यकर्ताओं के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज कराने के लिए पहुंचे। मारपीट करने वाले पार्षदों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कराया गया। हम आपको बता दें मेरठ महापौर हरिकांत अहलूवालिया और 90 पार्षद के शपथ का आयोजन  सीसीएसयू के सभागार में रखा गया था। फिलहाल शपथ ग्रहण के दौरान का यह नजारा कोई नया नहीं इस तरह के  मामले गाहे-बगाहे देखने में नजर आ ही जाते हैं

In the past, all the elections of the urban bodies of Uttar Pradesh were held, due to which now preparations are being made for swearing in different parts of the state, in some places a situation of dispute has arisen, in some places swearing is being done in a better atmosphere. There was fierce controversy at the swearing-in ceremony of the newly elected mayor and councilors at Netaji Subhash Chand Bose Hall of Chaudhary Charan Singh University in Meerut, state. At the start of the swearing-in ceremony, a brawl broke out over the singing of Vande Mataram. A scuffle broke out between councilors of Owaisi’s party All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen and BJP councillors. When the councilor of Asha Uddin Owaisi’s party opposed Vande Mataram, the BJP councilors thrashed him fiercely. AIMIM councilors did not sing Vande Mataram as soon as Vande Mataram started during the inauguration of the swearing-in ceremony.

Due to which BJP councilors started fighting with them in the middle of the program. Not only this, in the presence of heavy police force including DM, SP City and CO Civil Line, BJP workers were seen thrashing AIMIM councilors fiercely. Seeing the matter escalating, heavy police force and RAF had to be called on the spot. AIMIM councilors were thrown out of the program. Later SP City and CO Civil Line appealed to invite the injured councilors and their supporters inside the program. And also assured that there will be no misbehavior with anyone. There was a lot of uproar in Meerut regarding what happened during the swearing-in. AIMIM’s metropolitan president Imran Ansari said that four councilors of AIMIM, Fazal Karim ward 71, Tahir ward 82, Sahid ward 72, Guddi wife Afzal ward 81 and another party’s Rizwan Ansari ward 73 have not been sworn in. The oath of these five councilors will be held in the Municipal Corporation on Saturday. All 11 councilors of AIMIM and councilors and workers of Muslim League and Azad Samaj Party reached the medical station to register an FIR against BJP workers. A case was registered against the councilors who assaulted. Let us tell you that the oath ceremony of Meerut Mayor Harikant Ahluwalia and 90 councilors was held in the auditorium of CCSU. At present, this scene during the swearing-in is not new, such cases are seen here and there.
