देश में बनी नई संसद के इन दिनों चर्चाओं में है 28 मई दोपहर 12:00 देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी नई संसद का उद्घाटन करेंगे जैसे ही यह खबर मीडिया में आई इसका विरोध प्रारंभ हो गया कई राजनीतिक दलों ने उद्घाटन कार्यक्रम के बहिष्कार करने तक की बात कर डाली वहीं दूसरी ओर सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में एक जनहित याचिका दायर कर दी गई जिसमें कहां गया है राष्ट्रपति को नई संसद का उद्घाटन करना चाहिए राष्ट्रपति को उद्घाटन से बाहर करके सरकार ने भारतीय संविधान का उल्लंघन किया है संविधान का सम्मान नहीं किया जा रहा जनहित याचिका में मांग की गई है संसद के नए भवन का उद्घाटन राष्ट्रपति को करना चाहिए कई राजनीतिक पार्टियां भी इसी मांग को लेकर उद्घाटन समारोह के बहिष्कार की बात  कह रही हैं

वहीं दूसरी ओर कई पार्टियां उद्घाटन समारोह मैं शामिल भी होना चाहती हैं जिसमें प्रमुख है तेलुगु देशम शिरोमणि अकाली दल बीजू जनता दल वहीं दूसरी ओर बहिष्कार करने वालों की लंबी फेहरिस्त है राष्ट्रीय जनता दल जनता दल यू एनसीपी डीएमके ए आई एम आई एम असादुद्दीन ओवैसी की पार्टी है ओवैसी का कहना है लोकसभा अध्यक्ष करें नए भवन का उद्घाटन  ममता बनर्जी की पार्टी भी समारोह में शामिल नहीं होगी आम आदमी पार्टी भी समारोह से दूरी बनाने की बात कह रही है  माकपा और समाजवादी पार्टी भी नई संसद के उद्घाटन समारोह के बहिष्कार करने की बात कह रही है देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के द्वारा उद्घाटन की बात सामने आते ही पक्ष और विपक्ष के स्वर गूंजने लगे कुछ दलों का कहना गर्व की बात है नए संसद भवन का उद्घाटन हो रहा है इसमें राजनीति नहीं होनी चाहिए तो कुछ का कहना है राष्ट्रपति उद्घाटन करें तो बेहतर होगा बीजू जनता दल की उड़ीसा में सरकार है वह समारोह में शामिल होगी उनका कहना है संवैधानिक संस्थाओं को ऐसे किसी भी विवाद से अलग रखा जाना चाहिए जिससे उनकी प्रतिष्ठा और सम्मान प्रभावित होता हो आंध्र प्रदेश में सत्तारूढ़ वाईएसआर कांग्रेस पार्टी संसद भवन के उद्घाटन समारोह में शामिल होगी देश को भव्य और विशाल संसद भवन मिल रहा है प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को बधाई दी नए संसद भवन के उद्घाटन समारोह में राष्ट्रपति को नहीं बुलाने पर सवाल उठा रहे तमाम विपक्षी दल साफ तौर से कह रहे हैं उद्घाटन राष्ट्रपति के द्वारा होना चाहिए पीएम मोदी से कराना राष्ट्रपति का अपमान है फिलहाल पक्ष और विपक्ष आमने-सामने हैं संसद भवन के उद्घाटन को लेकर अब देखना है सर्वोच्च अदालत क्या इस मामले में कोई फैसला सुनाएगी या फिर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी विपक्ष के विरोध के बावजूद नई संसद का उद्घाटन करेंगे
