जिला सहकारी बैंक के समस्त संविदा कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर को सरकार उच्च कुशल का वेतन दें

Rewa Today Desk : जिला सहकारी बैंक के समस्त संविदा कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर को सरकार उच्च कुशल का वेतन दें सरकारी बैंक संविदा लिपिक कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर कर्मचारी महासंघ ने बैंक प्रशासक एवं कलेक्टर जिला सहकारी केंद्रीय बैंक मर्यादित जिला रीवा को ज्ञापन सौंप कर मांग की है कि उनकी 20 शाखाओ में संविदा कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर पिछले 11 सालों से लगातार कम कर रहे हैं. यह कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर 2012 में भर्ती हुए थे. लगातार कार्य कर रहे हैं. इन्हें कुशल कर्मी का वेतनमान दिया जा रहा है .

जबकि अन्य जिलों में समक्ष कर्मचारियों को उच्च कुशल का वेतनमान दिया जा रहा है. वर्तमान समय में प्रधान कार्यालय रीवा में पदस्त दो संविदा कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर को उच्च कुशल का मानदेय 2016 से दिया जा रहा है. जिसके चलते समस्त शाखा के संविदा कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर को भी उच्च कुशल ऑपरेटर का मानदेय मिलना चाहिए. कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर का कहना है नियम सबके लिए एक बराबर होना चाहिए. जब अन्य जिलों में यह नियम लागू है. रीवा में भी दो कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर के ऊपर यह नियम लागू है .

तो बाकी लोगों पर क्यों नहीं लागू हो सकता. जिला सहकारी बैंक में फिलहाल तमाम लोग वैसे भी हड़ताल पर हैं अपनी मांगों को लेकर लेकिन शासन प्रशासन ने उनकी मांगों पर अभी तक कोई भी सुनवाई नहीं की है. कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर कर्मचारी महासंघ का कहना है कि अगर हमारी मांगे पूरी न हुई तो हम निकट भविष्य में अपनी मांग पूरी करने के लिए अन्य कदम उठाने के बारे में भी सोच विचार कर रहे थे .फिलहाल हमने ज्ञापन सौंप कर उचित कार्यवाही की मांग की है

The government should give high skilled salaries to all the contract computer operators of the District Cooperative Bank

Government Bank Contract Clerical Computer Operator Employees Federation has submitted a memorandum to the Bank Administrator and Collector District Cooperative Central Bank Maryadit District Rewa demanding that contract computer operators be appointed in their 20 branches. This computer operator was recruited in 2012. Working continuously. They are being given the pay scale of skilled workers, whereas in other districts the employees are being given the pay scale of highly skilled workers. At present, high skilled honorarium is being given to two contract computer operators posted in the head office, Rewa since 2016. Due to which the contract computer operator of the entire branch should also get the honorarium of a highly skilled operator.

The computer operator says that the rules should be equal for everyone. When this rule is applicable in other districts. This rule is applicable on two computer operators in Rewa also. So why can’t it be applicable on other people? At present, many people are on strike in the District Co-operative Bank regarding their demands, but the government administration has not yet heard any of their demands.

Computer Operator Employees Federation says that if our demands are not met then we are also thinking about taking other steps to fulfill our demands in the near future. At present we have submitted a memorandum demanding appropriate action.
