 रेत खदान की नीलामी अब कलेक्टर नहीं कर पाएंगे जानिए क्या है वजह 

अभी तक मध्य प्रदेश में रेत खदानों की नीलामी जिलेवार जिले होती थी जिसे जिला स्तर पर कलेक्टर ही किया करते थे लेकिन आप रेत खदानों की नीलामी मध्य प्रदेश राज्य खनिज निगम करेगा जिसको लेकर मध्य प्रदेश सरकार ने मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान की अध्यक्षता में बैठक के दौरान निर्णय किया है मुख्यमंत्री की अध्यक्षता में हुई बैठक में रेत को लेकर खनन परिवहन भंडारण वा व्यापार नियम 201 मैं प्रस्तावित संशोधनों को मंजूरी दे दी है अबे खतौनी 3 साल के लिए नीलाम की जाएंगी नीलामी ई टेंडर के माध्यम से होगी इसमें खास बात यह है ठेके की समय अवधि एक बार पूरी होने पर खदान को 3 साल के लिए विस्तारित भी किया जा सकता है

 अब ठेकेदारों को खदान संचालन के लिए अनुमति लेने के लिए सरकारी कार्यालय मैं इधर उधर भटकने की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी खनिज विभाग सारी अनुमति स्वयं प्रदान करेगा अगर कोई ठेकेदार खदान को सरेंडर करना चाहता है तो इसके लिए भी प्रावधान बनाए गए हैं ठेकेदार को 3 महीने पहले इस संबंध में प्रस्ताव देना पड़ेगा अगर वह प्रस्ताव नहीं देता तो उसके खिलाफ जुर्माने की कार्यवाही भी होगी वहीं दूसरी ओर ठेकेदारों को थोड़ी राहत और मिली है ठेकेदारों को 10% की राशि जो जुलाई में जमा करनी पड़ती थी उसे बढ़ाते हुए दिसंबर अंत तक जमा करने की बात कही गई है सरकार का यह फैसला निश्चित रूप से छोटे ठेकेदारों के हित में होता हुआ नजर नहीं आ रहा अब जब बड़े लेवल पर बड़े फैसले होंगे उसमें खनिज निगम अनुमति देगा ठेकेदारों की खदानों को 3 साल के लिए और भी एक्सटेंशन मिलेगा ऐसे में खदानों में ठेकेदार का एकछत्र राज भी कायम हो सकता है फिलहाल मुख्यमंत्री की अध्यक्षता में हुई कैबिनेट की बैठक में राज्य सरकार ने निर्णय ले लिया है देखिए इस निर्णय का निकट भविष्य क्या असर पड़ता है आम आदमी का तो एक ही सपना है रेत के दाम कम हो जाएं क्या यह हो पाएंगे यही बड़ा सवाल है

till now the auction of sand mines in Madhya Pradesh used to be district-wise, which was done by the collector at the district level, but Madhya Pradesh State Mineral Corporation will auction the sand mines. The state government has decided during the meeting chaired by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. In the meeting chaired by the Chief Minister, the proposed amendments have been approved in the Mining Transport Storage or Trade Rule 201 regarding sand. Abe Khatauni will be auctioned for 3 years. The auction will be done through e-tender, the special thing is that once the time period of the contract is over, the mine can also be extended for 3 years, now the contractors will not have to wander here and there in the government office to get permission to operate the mine. There will be no need for Mineral Department, it will give all the permissions itself, if any contractor wants to surrender the mine, provisions have also been made for this. 

On the other hand, the contractors have got some more relief, increasing the amount of 10% which the contractors had to deposit in July, it has been said to deposit it till the end of December. This decision of the government is certainly in the interest of small contractors. It doesn’t seem to be happening, now when big decisions will be taken at the big level, the Mineral Corporation will give permission to the mines of the contractors, they will get extension for 3 years, in such a situation, the sole rule of the contractor can also be established in the mines. The state government has taken a decision in the cabinet meeting, see what is the effect of this decision in the near future. The common man has only one dream, that the price of sand should come down, will it be possible, this is the big question.
