 सफारी की पहली सफेद बाघिन विंध्या की मौत पर उठे सवाल 

रीवा ने पूरी दुनिया को सफेद शेर दिया था बदलते वक्त के साथ सफेद शेर रिवर से खत्म हो गए एक बार फिर से सफेद शेर की बसाहट के लिए सतना जिले के मुकुंदपुर मैं वाइट टाइगर सफारी बनाई गई और यह तय किया गया था रीवा में एक बार फिर से सफेद शेरों के प्रजनन का इंतजाम किया जाएगा जिसके चलते चार सफेद शेरों को रीवा के चिड़ियाघर लाया गया जिसमें से एक शेर गोपी की मौत आज से लगभग 3 साल पहले हो गई थी वही विंध्या की मौत भी हो गई अब चिड़ियाघर में केवल दो सफेद शेर बचे हैं रघु व सोनम विंध्या को लगभग 8 साल पहले नवंबर 15 में लाया गया था 

जब उसकी उम्र लगभग 8 साल रही होगी शेरों की उम्र को माना जाता है 12 से 14 साल के बीच की होती है विंध्या की उम्र 8 साल पहले ही थी अब उसकी उम्र लगभग 16 साल हो गई थी विंध्या ने अपनी पूरी उम्र गुजारी उम्र से ज्यादा ही जी लेकिन यह समय बीतने के साथ पहले ही तय हो गया था विंध्या अब मां नहीं बन सकती वाइट टाइगर सफारी का नाम रखा गया था दुनिया में पहले सफेद शेर को पकड़ने वाले प्रात कालीन रीवा महाराजा मार्तंड सिंह के नाम पर उन्होंने ही पहला सफेद शेर पकड़ा था उसका नाम रखा था मोहन आज दुनिया में जितने भी सफेद शेर हैं सब के सब मोहन के वंशज है सफारी बनाते समय यही सोच थी हम यहां पर सफेद शेरों को रखेंगे उनकी वंशावली को आगे बढ़ाएंगे लेकिन आज तक एक भी सफेद शेर सफारी के अंदर नहीं पैदा हुआ सफारी महज एक चिड़िया घर बन कर रह गए यही सबसे बड़ा सवाल है आखिर सफेद शेरों की वंशावली की सोच कब साकार होगी रीवा के मार्तंड सिंह जूदेव सफारी में
