सीएम हेल्पलाइन की शिकायतों का संतुष्टिपूर्वक निराकरण करें कलेक्टर ने बैठक लेकर दिए निर्देश कलेक्टर श्रीमती प्रतिभा पाल ने समय सीमा बैठक में सीएम हेल्पलाइन की शिकायतों की अद्यतन स्थिति की विभागवार समीक्षा की। उन्होंने विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि शिकायतों का समाधानकारक निराकरण करायें साथ ही समाधान की शिकायतों को शत-प्रतिशत संतुष्टिपूर्वक निराकृत करें। कलेक्टर ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिये कि कोई भी विभाग डी या सी श्रेणी में न रहे। जिन विभागों की रैंकिंग नीचे होगी

उनके विभाग प्रमुख का वेतन तब तक आहरित नहीं होगा जब तक कि उनकी श्रेणी सुधर न जाय।कलेक्ट्रेट के मोहन सभागार में आयोजित बैठक में कलेक्टर ने 50 दिवस से अधिक लंबित विभिन्न विभागों की शिकायतों को निराकृत करने के निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने कहा कि 20 जून को प्रदेश स्तर पर जिलों की रैंकिंग जारी होती है अत: अभियान चलाकर सभी शिकायतों को संतुष्टिपूर्वक निराकृत कराकर बंद करायें। कलेक्टर ने बैठक में अनुपस्थित रहने पर कार्यपालन यंत्री पीडब्ल्यूडी को कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी करने के निर्देश दिये।बैठक में स्वरोजगार योजनाओं की विभागवार प्रेषित प्रकरणों की जानकारी लेते हुए कलेक्टर ने कहा कि सभी विभाग बैंकों में लक्ष्य के विरूद्ध 120 प्रतिशत प्रकरण 15 जुलाई तक प्रेषित करें तथा बैंकों से समन्वयक बनाकर इनको स्वीकृत कराने की कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित करायें। उन्होंने उद्योग विभाग के अधिकारियों को जनपद स्तर पर जाकर बैंकों में प्रकरणों के प्रेषण व स्वीकृत की कार्यवाही कराने के निर्देश दिये। बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री सीखों योजना की अद्यतन स्थिति की समीक्षा की गई।जिला स्तरीय सलाहकार समिति फूड एण्ड सेफ्टी की बैठक में कलेक्टर ने कहा कि फूड सेफ्टी के प्रकरणों की जांच करें तथा खाद्य विक्रय के लायसेंस का वेंडर से नवीनीकरण करायें। उन्होंने प्रायवेट अस्पतालों व आंगनवाड़ी केन्द्रों में फूड सेफ्टी की गुणवत्ता जांच किये जाने के निर्देश विभागीय अधिकारी को दिये। ईट राइट के मापदण्ड अनुसार विद्यालयों का प्रमाणन करने तथा फूड सेफ्टी संबंधी प्रशिक्षण स्ट्रीट वेंडर को दिलाये जाने की बात कलेक्टर ने बैठक में कही। इस दौरान आयुक्त नगर निगम श्रीमती संस्कृति जैन, अपर कलेक्टर नीलमणि अग्निहोत्री, संयुक्त कलेक्टर संजीव पाण्डेय सहित समस्त एसडीएम व विभागीय जिला अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे। 01, 02 संलग्न हैं।

Redress the complaints of CM Helpline satisfactorily, the collector gave instructions after taking a meeting. He directed the departmental officers to get the complaints redressed satisfactorily, as well as to resolve the complaints satisfactorily 100 percent. The collector gave clear instructions that no department should remain in D or C category. The salary of the head of the department whose ranking is lower will not be withdrawn until his rank improves.

In the meeting held at Collectorate’s Mohan Auditorium, the Collector gave instructions to redress the complaints of various departments pending for more than 50 days. He said that on June 20, the ranking of the districts at the state level is issued, so by running a campaign, get all the complaints resolved satisfactorily and closed. The Collector instructed the Executive Engineer PWD to issue a show cause notice for his absence in the meeting.
Taking information about the department-wise cases sent for self-employment schemes in the meeting, the Collector said that all departments should send 120 percent cases to the banks against the target by July 15 and make sure that the bank’s coordinators take action to get them approved. He instructed the officers of the Industries Department to go to the district level and get the cases sent and accepted in the banks. The updated status of Mukhyamantri Seekhon Yojana was reviewed in the meeting.
In the meeting of District Level Advisory Committee Food and Safety, the Collector said to investigate the cases of food safety and get the license of food sale renewed from the vendor. He gave instructions to the departmental officer to check the quality of food safety in private hospitals and Anganwadi centers. The collector said in the meeting that schools should be certified according to the criteria of Eat Right and food safety related training should be given to street vendors. During this, Commissioner Municipal Corporation Smt. Sanskriti Jain, Additional Collector Neelmani Agnihotri, Joint Collector Sanjeev Pandey along with all SDM and departmental district officers were present. 01, 02 are attached.
