रीवा में पहड़िया ग्राम में कचरा शोधन प्लांट स्थापित किया गया है। इसमें रीवा नगर निगम सहित 35 नगर पंचायतों से कचरे का संग्रहण किया गया है। इस कचरे से 6 मेगावाट बिजली का उत्पादन किया जाएगा। कचरे से बिजली बनाने के संयंत्र का निर्माण कार्य अंतिम चरण में है। कलेक्टर श्रीमती प्रतिभा पाल तथा आयुक्त नगर निगम श्रीमती संस्कृति जैन ने पहड़िया कचरा शोधन संयंत्र का निरीक्षण किया। कलेक्टर ने निर्माणाधीन बिजली बनाने के संयंत्र का कार्य 15 अगस्त तक पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए। निरीक्षण के समय कार्यपालन यंत्री एसके चतुर्वेदी तथा निर्माण एजेंसी के प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित रहे।
कलेक्टर ने कहा कि कचरे को संग्रहीत करने से लेकर उससे बिजली बनाने तक की प्रक्रिया पूरी तरह से मशीनीकृत करें। इसमें मानव श्रम का किसी भी तरह से उपयोग नहीं किया जाएगा। इसके लिए आवश्यक उपकरणों की तत्काल खरीदी करें। बिजली संयंत्र का निर्माण कार्य देरी से चल रहा है। इसके शेष बचे निर्माण कार्य को 15 जुलाई तक पूरा करके इसमें 15 अगस्त से बिजली का उत्पादन शुरू कराएं। निर्माण कार्य समय पर पूरा कराने के लिए अतिरिक्त मजदूर तैनात करें। बिजली बनाने के लिए प्रतिदिन 60 टन कचरे की आवश्यकता होगी। परिसर में वर्तमान में भण्डारित कचरे का सुरक्षित भण्डारण कराएं। शेष बचे कचरे के निष्पादन वैज्ञानिक तरीके से कराएं। बिजली संयंत्र से निकलने वाली कार्बनडाई ऑक्साइड तथा अन्य गैसों के सुरक्षित उत्सर्जन की व्यवस्था करें। कलेक्टर ने निर्माणाधीन बिजली संयंत्र, कचरा भण्डारण केन्द्र तथा कचरा शोधन केन्द्र का निरीक्षण किया।
कलेक्टर ने कहा कि कचरा संग्रहण करने वाली एजेंसी डंपिंग साइट में कचरे के तौल की व्यवस्था कराएं। इसे 15 दिवस की समय सीमा में पूरा न करने पर आयुक्त नगर निगम जुर्माने की कार्यवाही करें। संयंत्र से निकलने वाले पानी का समुचित उपचार करें। कलेक्टर ने अधीक्षण यंत्री विद्युत मण्डल को पहड़िया प्लांट में 33 केव्ही का कनेक्शन तत्काल देने के निर्देश दिए। निरीक्षण के समय उपस्थित निर्माण एजेंसी के प्रतिनिधि ने बताया कि पहड़िया प्लांट 45 एकड़ में बनाया गया है। इसमें कचरा वाहनों से अलग-अलग प्राप्त गीले और सूखे कचरे का शोधन किया जाता है। प्लास्टिक धातु तथा अन्य पदार्थ अलग करके कचरे को बिजली बनाने के संयंत्र में भेजा जाएगा। बिजली संयंत्र का केवल 10 प्रतिशत कार्य शेष है। इसे 15 जुलाई तक हर हाल में पूरा कर लिया जाएगा। संयंत्र से संबंधित सभी उपकरण स्थापित किए जा चुके हैं। केवल सिविल वर्क शेष है। वायलर, टरबाइन आदि लगाए जा चुके हैं।
6 MW electricity will be made from the waste of 36 urban bodies
Garbage treatment plant has been set up in Pahadiya village in Rewa. In this, waste has been collected from 35 Nagar Panchayats including Rewa Municipal Corporation. 6 MW of electricity will be produced from this waste. The construction work of the waste to electricity plant is in the final stage. Collector Mrs. Pratibha Pal and Commissioner Municipal Corporation Mrs. Sanskriti Jain inspected the Pahadiya Garbage Treatment Plant. The Collector directed to complete the work of the under-construction power generation plant by August 15.
Executive Engineer SK Chaturvedi and representatives of the construction agency were present at the time of inspection. The collector said that the process from collecting waste to generating electricity should be completely mechanised. In this, human labor will not be used in any way. Immediately buy the necessary equipment for this. The construction work of the power plant is running late. After completing the remaining construction work by July 15, start generating electricity from August 15. Deploy additional laborers to complete the construction work on time. To generate electricity, 60 tons of waste would be needed per day. Provide safe storage of the waste currently stored in the premises. Get the remaining waste executed in a scientific way. Make arrangements for the safe emission of carbon dioxide and other gases coming out of the power plant. The Collector inspected the under-construction power plant, garbage storage center and garbage treatment center.
The collector said that the garbage collection agency should arrange for the weighing of the waste in the dumping site. If it is not completed within the time limit of 15 days, the Commissioner Municipal Corporation should take action for fine. Properly treat the water coming out of the plant. The Collector directed the Superintending Engineer Electricity Board to give 33 KV connection to the Pahadiya Plant immediately. The representative of the construction agency present at the time of inspection said that the Paharia plant has been built on 45 acres. In this, wet and dry waste received separately from garbage vehicles are treated. Plastic, metal and other substances will be separated and the waste will be sent to the power generation plant. Only 10 percent work of the power plant is left. It will be completed by July 15 in any case. All the equipment related to the plant has been installed. Only civil work is left. Boiler, turbine etc. have been installed.
