अतीक अहमद प्रयागराज का ऐसा नाम जिसका नाम ही दहशत का पर्याय था अतीक अहमद ने ना जाने कितनी जमीन है कब्जा कर रखी थी ऐसी ही एक जमीन थी इलाहाबाद के लूकरगंज में जिसमें प्रयागराज विकास प्राधिकरण ने अब मकान बना दिया है उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने दिसंबर 2021 में फ्लैटों के निर्माण के लिए भूमि पूजन किया था प्रयागराज विकास प्राधिकरण ने 1731 वर्ग मीटर में 76 फ्लैट बना दिए हैं इन फ्लैटों की नीलामी होगी जिसके लिए 6071 लोगों ने आवेदन किया है प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत बने यह मकान 6 जून को लॉटरी के द्वारा आम आदमी को सौंप दिए जाएंगे कमजोर परिवार के लोग जिनकी आर्थिक स्थिति बेहतर नहीं है उनके घर का सपना यह जमीन पूरा करने जा रही है अतीक अहमद के द्वारा जो जमीन खाली कराई गई उसमें अब 76 मकान बन गए हैं इन मकानों की नीलामी होगी जिसके लिए फॉर्म भरने की अंतिम तारीख बीत चुकी है 6071 लोग मकान 76 इसका सीधा सा अर्थ एक मकान के पीछे लगभग 80 के आसपास दावेदार खड़े दिखाई दे रहे हैं जिसके चलते अब प्रयागराज विकास प्राधिकरण ने लॉटरी का सिस्टम अपनाने का निर्णय किया है लॉटरी किसके नाम निकलेगी यह देखना भी दिलचस्प होगा किस गरीब की किस्मत चमकेगी लॉटरी निकलने के बाद यह तय हो जाएगा लूकरगंज में बनी इस बिल्डिंग में इमारत तीन मंजिला बनाई गई है एक फ्लैट का कवर एरिया 22.77 वर्ग मीटर है इस योजना के अंतर्गत मकान जिसको भी मिलेगा उसके लिए उसको 3 लाख 50 हजार रुपए करने होंगे इसमें ₹45000 आवंटन के समय बाकी बचे ₹3 लाख रुपए प्रयागराज विकास प्राधिकरण को 6 महीने के अंदर जमा करने होंगे प्रयागराज विकास प्राधिकरण में प्रशासन द्वारा अतीक अहमद के कब्जे से खाली कराई गई जमीन में मकान बनाने का निर्णय लिया यह निर्णय सीधे मुख्यमंत्री ने लिया था तत्काल ही इस पर कार्रवाई हुई आज पूरी बिल्डिंग बंद कर तैयार हो गई है बस बहुत जल्द ही लॉटरी की प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ होने वाली है उसके बाद 76 लोगों के अपने मकान का सपना पूरा होने वाला है

Whoever gets a house under this scheme will have to pay Rs 3 lakh 50 thousand, out of which Rs 45000 will be given at the time of allotment and the remaining Rs 3 lakh will be given to the Prayagraj Development Authority within 6 months.
