 जिला चिकित्सालय में नि:शुल्क ह्रदय स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण शिविर 23 मई को

मुख्यमंत्री जनसेवा अभियान के तहत राष्ट्रीय बाल स्वास्थ्य कार्यक्रम अंतर्गत मुख्यमंत्री बाल ह्मदय उपचार योजना के तहत शून्य से 18 वर्ष के जन्मजात ह्मदय से पीड़ित बच्चों का निःशुल्क जिला स्तरीय स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण शिविर कुशाभाऊ ठाकरे जिला चिकित्सालय में 23 मई को सुबह 10 बजे से किया जाएगा। इस अवसर पर मेट्रो हॉस्पिटल जबलपुर के ह्मदय रोग विशेषज्ञ के सहयोग से निःशुल्क ईको टेस्ट होगा। 

आर बी एस के अंतर्गत शून्य से 18 वर्ष के बच्चे लाभान्वित होंगे। मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ. केपी गुप्ता ने बताया कि ह्मदय रोग से पीड़ित बच्चों का निःशुल्क उपचार होगा। अधिक से अधिक मरीजो को रेफर करें। उन्होंने कहा है कि मरीज के साथ पुरानी जांच रिपोर्ट एव बच्चे का जन्म प्रमाण पत्र माता-पिता का आधार कार्ड सहित बच्चे की तीन पासपोर्ट साइज की फोटो लाएं। जो भी बच्चे पीड़ित पा जाएंगे उनका समुचित उपचार कराया जाएगा वह भी निशुल्क अभिभावक को विशेष रूप से यह ध्यान रखना है इसके पहले जो भी जांच जहां भी कराई थी उसकी रिपोर्ट डॉक्टर को जरूर दिखाएं

Free Heart Health Check-up Camp at District Hospital on May 23

Under the Chief Minister’s Public Service Campaign, under the National Child Health Program, under the Chief Minister Child Heart Treatment Scheme, a free district level health check-up camp for children suffering from congenital heart disease of zero to 18 years will be held at Kushabhau Thakre District Hospital on May 23 from 10 am. On this occasion free echo test will be done with the help of cardiologist of Metro Hospital Jabalpur. Children of zero to 18 years will be benefited under RBS.

 Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. KP Gupta said that children suffering from heart disease would be treated free of cost. Refer as many patients as possible. He has said that along with the patient, bring three passport size photographs of the child along with the old test report and the birth certificate of the child along with the Aadhaar card of the parents. Those children who are found suffering will be given proper treatment, that too free of cost. Parents have to keep in mind that they must show the doctor the report of whatever test was done earlier.
