घूस लेकर नौकरी देना सुनने में आता था सरकारी नौकरी जब भी लगती है रिश्वत देनी पड़ती है लेकिन यह काम प्राइवेट स्कूल में भी होने लगेगा ऐसा किसी ने नहीं सोचा था प्राइवेट इंस्टिट्यूट आपकी योग्यता के आधार पर आपको रखता है और उसी के हिसाब से पेमेंट करता है लेकिन देश की सबसे बड़ी आईटी कंपनी टाटा कंसल्टेंसी सर्विसेज में रिश्वत देकर नौकरी पाने वालों के कई नाम उजागर हुए हैं टीसीएस के कुछ आला दर्जे के अधिकारी अपने कैंडिडेट को नौकरी देने के बदले स्टाफिंग फर्म से रिश्वत ले रहे थे यह सब पिछले कई सालों से चल रहा था जैसे ही इस बात की जानकारी प्रबंधन को हुई उसने तेजी से कार्यवाही करते हुए अपने रिसोर्स मैनेजमेंट ग्रुप से 4 अधिकारियों को बर्खास्त कर दिया यही नहीं तीन स्टाफिंग फर्मों पर प्रतिबंध भी लगा दिया इस बात की हिडन वर्ग की तरह एक विसलब्लोअर ने सी ई ओ और सीईओ को पत्र लिखकर दावा किया कंपनी के ग्लोबल प्रमुख पीएस चक्रवर्ती कैंडिडेट को नौकरी देने के लिए उन स्टाफिंग समोसे रिश्वत ले रहे थे इस बात का खुलासा होते ही टाटा के मैनेजमेंट में हड़कंप मच गया तुरंत ही जिम्मेदारों ने जांच कमेटी बैठा दी सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी पिछले 3 सालों में कंपनी ने कांटेक्टर सहित 3 लाख लोगों को रखा है माना जा रहा है 300000 लोगों से लगभग 100 करोड़ से ज्यादा उगाही की गई होगी फिलहाल सरकारी कंपनियों में नौकरी के लिए लोगों को रिश्वत देते सुना था लेकिन अब प्राइवेट कंपनियां भी जॉब देने के लिए उनके जिम्मेदार रिश्वत ले रहे हैं यह काफी गंभीर मामला
