जानकारी के अनुसार मामला आज से 7 साल पुराना है जब महसावँ के रहने वाले रावेंद्र सिंह उर्फ लल्लू सिंह ने अपने घर के पास ही रहने वाले सुखी लाल पटेल पर एयर गन से हमला करके उसके गले और सीने में चोट पहुंचा दी थी सुखी लाल को इलाज के लिए उसके बड़े भाई रामानुज पटेल भतीजे प्रदीप 108 की मदद से संजय गांधी अस्पताल इलाज के लिए ले गए थे इस मामले में सुखी लाल पटेल ने गुढ़ थाने में मामला दर्ज कराया था पुलिस ने मामले की जांच की उसके उपरांत मामले को न्यायालय में पेश किया गया जहां पर 7 साल तक दोनों पक्षों के बीच सुनवाई हुई सुनवाई के बाद आज फैसला चतुर्थ अपर सत्र न्यायाधीश की अदालत में सुनाते हुए रावेंद्र सिंह को हत्या का प्रयास का दोषी मानते हुए 10 साल सश्रम कारावास के साथ ₹30000 के अर्थदंड से धारा 307 और 326 के तहत सजा सुनाई है जी हां एयर गन से हत्या के प्रयास के आरोपी को न्यायालय ने दस साल की सजा सुनाई है। चतुर्थ अपर सत्र न्यायाधीश ने प्रकरण की सुनवाई करते हुए आरोपी रावेंद्र सिंह उर्फ लल्लू पुत्र कृष्णपाल सिंह निवासी सिकरवारन टोला महसाव गुढ़ को दस साल की सजा व तीस हजार रुपए का जुर्माना किया है। लोक अभियोजक डीएन मिश्रा ने जानकारी में बताया कि गुढ़ थाना क्षेत्र के महसाव सिकरवारन टोला में 13 अप्रैल 2016 को सुखीलाल पटेल के ऊपर एयर गन से फायर किया गया था, जिससे उसे गंभीर चोट पहुंची थी। मामले में पुलिस ने हत्या के प्रयास सहित धाराओं में मामला पंजीबद्ध किया था। मामले में आज फैसला आया है
