Rewa Today Desk : त्योथर एडीजे कोर्ट ने आज एक बड़ा फैसला सुनाया हत्या के आरोपियों को आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाई गई है. मामला सुहागी थाने के अंतर्गत दर्ज था .थाना सोहागी जिला रीवा मैं अपराध क्र 91/ 20 धारा 294,323,506,302, 34 IPC के तहत दर्ज था दोनों पक्षों की सुनवाई के बाद एडीजे न्यायालय त्यौथर योगराज की अदालत ने न्यायालय में दर्ज प्रकरण क्रमांक ST/ 37/2020 के मामले में फैसला सुनाते हुए सजा का ऐलान किया है. न्यायालय द्वारा आरोपी रघुनंदन प्रसाद तिवारी और उसके साथियों के विरूद्ध निर्णय आदेश पारित कर 02 आरोपियो को अजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाई है। न्यायालय ने यह फैसला दोनों पक्षों के वकीलों की बहस जरा सुनने के बाद किया है. मामला अदालत में पिछले तीन साल से चल रहा था .प्रकरण में हत्या और मारपीट जैसी गंभीर धाराओं में मामला दर्ज था. न्यायालय ने पुलिस की दलील को सही मानते हुए अपराधियों को दोषी माना है. और यह सजा सुनाई है.

ADJ Court Tyothar sentenced life imprisonment to the accused of assault and murder.

Rewa Today Desk :Tyothar ADJ Court today gave a big verdict. The accused of murder have been sentenced to life imprisonment. The case was registered under Suhagi police station. Crime number 91/20 was registered under section 294,323,506,302, 34 IPC in Sohagi police station, Rewa police station. After hearing both the parties, the court of ADJ Tyothar Yograj registered the case number ST/ 37/2020 in the court. While giving the verdict in the case, the punishment has been announced. The court has passed judgment order against accused Raghunandan Prasad Tiwari and his associates and sentenced two accused to life imprisonment. The court has taken this decision after listening to the arguments of the lawyers of both the parties. The case was going on in the court for the last three years. A case was registered under serious sections like murder and assault. The court accepted the police’s argument as correct and found the criminals guilty. And this is the sentence.
