सेन्ट्रल लाइब्रोरी परिसर में 290.28 लाख रुपए से होगा नवीन भवन का निर्माण

रीवा में आधुनिक सुविधाओं से युक्त ई लाइब्रोरी का होगा निर्माणपूर्व मंत्री एवं रीवा विधायक राजेन्द्र शुक्ल ने किया भूमिपूजन रीवा 23 जून 2023. मध्यप्रदेश शासन की पुनर्घनत्वीकरण योजना के तहत रीवा के प्राचीनतम सेंट्रल लाइब्रोरी परिसर में 290.28 लाख रुपए से नवीन भवन का निर्माण किया जाएगा। नवीन भवन में ई लाइब्रोरी की भी सुविधा होगी। पूर्व मंत्री एवं रीवा विधायक राजेन्द्र शुक्ल ने मध्यप्रदेश हाउसिंग बोर्ड द्वारा बनाए जाने वाले लाइब्रोरी भवन का विधि विधान से भूमि पूजन किया। इस अवसर पर मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में अपने उद्बोधन में राजेन्द्र शुक्ल ने कहा कि केन्द्रीय लाइब्रोरी का कायाकल्प होगा।

रीवा में वर्ष 1956 से स्थापित सेंट्रल लाइब्रोरी आधुनिक सुविधाओं से युक्त होगी साथ ही इसमें ई लाइब्रोरी भी बनाई जाएगी। ई लाईब्रेरी आज के समय की मांग है जो विद्यार्थियों को शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में नवीनतम जानकारियों को देने में सक्षम होगी। और हमारे रीवा के विद्यार्थी दुनिया में हो रहे रिसर्च व अन्य शैक्षिक गतिविधियों से अवगत होंगे और कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर आगे बढ़ेंगे। श्री शुक्ल ने कहा कि तेजी से बदलते परिवेश में आज के जमाने के अनुसार अधोसरंचना का निर्माण किया जाना आवश्यक है ताकि आने वाली पीढ़ी को किसी भी प्रकार की कमी महसूस न हो। इसी क्रम में ई लाइब्रोरी भी रीवा के लिए एक सौगात है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस परिसर में आकर मुझे अपना बाल्यकाल व युवा दिनों की याद तरोताजा हो जाती हैं

जब हमारे दिल और दिमाग में रचनात्मक भाव आ जाते थे। श्री शुक्ल ने कहा कि आप सभी के सहयोग से रीवा की पुरानी पहचान को संरक्षित करते हुए आधुनिक का निर्माण करके रीवा की तस्वीर बदलने का कार्य कर रहा हूं। राजनीति त्याग, तपस्या व सेवाभाव का माध्यम है। राजनीति पवित्र धर्म है जो लाखों लोगों के जीवन में खुशियाँ लाने का साधन भी है। उन्होंने कहा कि रीवा में ऐसे सभी कार्य कराए जा रहे हैं जो रीवा को महानगर बनाने के लिए आवश्यक हैं। जब यह सभी कार्य पूरे हो जाएंगे तो हमारा रीवा किसी अन्य महानगर से कम नहीं दिखेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि शीघ्र ही रीवा में 175 करोड़ की लागत से फ्लाई ओवर बनाया जाएगा जो कलेक्ट्रेट से प्रारंभ होकर ढेकहा तिराहा तक जाएगा। श्री शुक्ल ने कहा कि रीवा की पहचान व्यंकट भवन व बैजू धर्मशाला के जीणोद्धार का कार्य भी शीघ्र ही किया जाएगा। उन्होंने रीवा के विकास के लिए अपने संकल्प को दोहराया। इस अवसर पर नगर निगम के अध्यक्ष व्यंकटेश पाण्डेय ने कहा कि प्राचीनतम पुस्तकालय अब अत्याधुनिक होगा जो रीवा के लिए एक सौगात है। इस पुस्तकालय में विद्यार्थियों को अध्ययन की सुविधा मिलेगी। वहीं शहरवासियों को लाइब्रेरी की सुविधा भी प्राप्त होगी। उन्होंने रीवा के विकास के लिए कृत संकल्पित रीवा विधायक श्री शुक्ल को साधुवाद दिया। कार्यक्रम में जिला भाजपा अध्यक्ष डॉ अजय सिंह ने कहा कि अध्ययन करने वाले छात्र-छात्राओं के लिए ई लाइब्रोरी एक अनुपम सौगात है। महानगर एवं बड़े शैक्षणिक संस्थानों की तर्ज पर रीवा में भी ई लाइब्रोरी की सुविधा से शिक्षक व छात्र लाभ ले सकेंगे। उन्होंने रीवा के लिए दिए जा रहे अनुपम सौगातों के लिए विधायक श्री शुक्ल को साधुवाद दिया। कार्यक्रम में क्षेत्रीय ग्रंथपाल विनय कुमार सोनी एवं पार्षद अम्बुज रजक ने भी अपने विचार व्यक्त किए। हाउसिंग बोर्ड के कार्यपालन यंत्री अनुज प्रताप सिंह ने तकनीकी प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत करते हुए बताया कि 290.28 लाख रुपए की लागत से अत्याधुनिक लाइब्रोरी का निर्माण किया जाएगा। जिसमें ई लाइब्रोरी एवं इंटीरियर सहित आधुनिक सुविधाएं उपलब्ध रहेंगी। कार्यक्रम का संचालन विवेक नामदेव ने किया। सहायक यंत्री हिमांशु वर्मा के आभार प्रदर्शन के साथ ही कार्यक्रम का समापन हुआ। इस अवसर पर पार्षद दीनानाथ वर्मा, समीर शुक्ला, दारा सिंह, श्रीमती ज्योति सिंह, राजगोपाल मिश्रचारी, वरिष्ठ समाजसेवी राजेश पाण्डेय, कमलेश सचदेवा, सोनल शर्मा एवं डीजेव्हीएम इन्फ्रा प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के प्रतिनिधि राजेन्द्र सिंह सहित बड़ी संख्या में शहरवासी, शिक्षक व विद्यार्थी उपस्थित रहे।

Under the Madhya Pradesh government’s re-densification plan, a new building will be constructed in Rewa’s oldest central library premises at a cost of Rs 290.28 lakh.

There will also be facility of e-library in the new building. Former Minister and Rewa MLA Rajendra Shukla performed Bhoomi Pujan of the library building to be constructed by the Madhya Pradesh Housing Board. In his speech as the chief guest on this occasion, Rajendra Shukla said that the Central Library will be rejuvenated. The Central Library established in Rewa since the year 1956 will be equipped with modern facilities and an e-library will also be made in it. E-library is the demand of today’s time, which will be able to provide the latest information in the field of education to the students. And the students of our Rewa will be aware of the research and other educational activities happening in the world and will move forward shoulder to shoulder. Shri Shukla said that in the rapidly changing environment,

it is necessary to build infrastructure according to today’s era so that the coming generation does not feel any kind of shortage. In this sequence, e-library is also a gift for Rewa. He said that coming to this campus refreshes my memory of my childhood and youth days when our hearts and minds were filled with creative spirit. Shri Shukla said that with the cooperation of all of you, I am working to change the picture of Rewa by building a modern one while preserving the old identity of Rewa. Politics is the medium of sacrifice, austerity and service. Politics is a sacred religion which is also a means to bring happiness in the lives of millions of people. He said that all such works are being done in Rewa which are necessary to make Rewa a metropolis. When all these works are completed, our Rewa will look no less than any other metropolis. He said that soon a flyover would be made in Rewa at a cost of Rs 175 crore, which would start from the Collectorate and reach Dhekha Tiraha. Mr. Shukla said that Rewa’s identity Vyankat Bhavan and Baiju Dharamshala’s renovation work will also be done soon. He reiterated his resolve for the development of Rewa. On this occasion Municipal Corporation President Venkatesh Pandey said that the oldest library will now be state-of-the-art which is a gift for Rewa. Students will get the facility of study in this library. At the same time, the residents of the city will also get the facility of library. He thanked Rewa MLA Mr. Shukla for the development of Rewa. District BJP President Dr. Ajay Singh said in the program that e-library is a unique gift for the students studying. On the lines of metropolitan and big educational institutions, teachers and students will be able to take advantage of the facility of e-library in Rewa. He thanked MLA Mr. Shukla for the unique gifts being given for Rewa. Regional Librarian Vinay Kumar Soni and Councilor Ambuj Rajak also expressed their views in the programme. While presenting the technical report, Executive Engineer of the Housing Board, Anuj Pratap Singh said that a state-of-the-art library would be constructed at a cost of Rs 290.28 lakh. In which modern facilities including e-library and interior will be available. The program was coordinated by Vivek Namdev. The program ended with a vote of thanks by Assistant Engineer Himanshu Verma.
