REWA TODAY चुनाव आदर्श आचार संहिता लगते ही कलेक्टर ने आठ आदतन अपराधियों को किया जिला बदर

Rewa Today Desk : कानून व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के लिए आठ अपराधियों को हुए जिला बदर के आदेशकलेक्टर एवं जिला दण्डाधिकारी श्रीमती प्रतिभा पाल ने आठ आदतन अपराधियों को जिला बदर के आदेश दिए हैं। विधानसभा चुनाव के समय कानून और व्यवस्था बनाए रखने तथा आमजनता की सुरक्षा को ध्यान में रखकर यह कार्यवाही की गई है। कलेक्टर ने मध्यप्रदेश राज्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम 1990 की धारा 5 ख के तहत जिला बदर के आदेश दिए हैं। इन आठ आदतन अपराधियों द्वारा लगातार आपराधिक गतिविधियों में लिप्त रहने, मारपीट, गुण्डागर्दी, गाली गलौज, अवैध शस्त्रों के उपयोग, लोगों को डराने-धमकाने तथा अन्य आपराधिक कृत्यों के कारण यह कार्यवाही की गई है।

इन अपराधियों के विरूद्ध विभिन्न थाना क्षेत्रों में धारा 294, धारा 323, धारा 506, धारा 341, धारा 323, धारा 34, 110 जाप्ता फौजदारी तथा अन्य धाराओं में आपराधिक प्रकरण दर्ज हैं। बार-बार समझाइश के बावजूद इन अपराधियों के आचरण में किसी तरह का सुधार नहीं हो रहा है। इनके कृत्यों से जनमानस में आतंक एवं भय व्याप्त है। इनका स्वच्छंद रहना आमजनता के लिए हितकर नहीं है जिसके कारण कलेक्टर द्वारा पुलिस अधीक्षक विवेक सिंह के प्रतिवेदन के आधार पर जिला बदर की कार्यवाही की गई है। इन सभी आदतन अपराधियों को एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए रीवा जिले की राजस्व सीमाओं सहित मऊगंज, सिंगरौली, सीधी तथा सतना जिले की सीमाओं से बाहर रहने के आदेश दिए गए हैं। सक्षम अधिकारी के आदेश के बाद ही ये रीवा जिले की सीमाओं में प्रवेश कर सकेंगे। आदेश का उल्लंघन करने पर मध्यप्रदेश राज्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम 1990 की धारा 14 के तहत प्रकरण दर्ज कर कार्यवाही की जाएगी।

जारी अलग-अलग आदेशों के अनुसार कलेक्टर एवं जिला दण्डाधिकारी ने मोनू उर्फ ज्ञानेन्द्र सिंह पिता अरूणेन्द्र सिंह आयु 36 वर्ष निवासी पीटीएस चौराहा रीवा, मन्नू उर्फ मन्नूलाल प्रजापति पिता लहामन प्रजापति आयु 22 वर्ष निवासी अमरैया टोला निपनिया रीवा एवं भानू उर्फ भानूदेव पाण्डेय पिता इन्द्रपाल पाण्डेय आयु 25 वर्ष निवासी ग्राम गढ़वा जिला रीवा को जिला बदर के आदेश दिए हैं। इसी तरह आदतन अपराधी कैलाश उर्फ बाबा बंसल पिता मिठाईलाल बंसल आयु 22 वर्ष निवासी निपनिया रीवा, दिलीप साकेत पिता सुखलाल साकेत आयु 28 वर्ष निवासी ग्राम छिजवार जिला रीवा को भी जिला बदर के आदेश दिए गए हैं। अनूप कुशवाहा पिता शिवबालक कुशवाहा आयु 23 वर्ष निवासी ग्राम बैजनाथ, अजय पाण्डेय पिता बिहारीलाल पाण्डेय आयु 22 वर्ष निवासी ग्राम छिवला वर्तमान निवास द्वारिका नगर रीवा तथा दीपकमल उर्फ कंचू चतुर्वेदी पिता यज्ञनारायण चतुर्वेदी आयु 27 वर्ष निवासी ग्राम समुआर वर्तमान निवास समान जिला रीवा को भी जिला बदर के आदेश दिए गए हैं।

As soon as the election Model Code of Conduct was imposed, the Collector ordered eight habitual criminals to be in District Badar.

To maintain law and order, Collector and District Magistrate Mrs. Pratibha Pal has ordered eight habitual criminals to be in District Badar. This action has been taken keeping in mind the maintenance of law and order and the safety of the general public during the assembly elections. The Collector has given orders for district Badar under Section 5B of Madhya Pradesh State Security Act 1990. This action has been taken due to these eight habitual criminals continuously indulging in criminal activities, assault, hooliganism, abusing, use of illegal weapons, intimidating people and other criminal acts. Criminal cases are registered against these criminals under Section 294, Section 323, Section 506, Section 341, Section 323, Section 34, 110 of the Indian Penal Code and other sections in various police station areas.

Despite repeated warnings, there is no improvement in the behavior of these criminals. Their actions have spread terror and fear among the public. Their free-spiritedness is not beneficial for the general public, due to which action has been taken by the Collector of District Badar on the basis of the report of Superintendent of Police Vivek Singh. All these habitual criminals have been ordered to stay out of the revenue limits of Rewa district including Mauganj, Singrauli, Sidhi and Satna districts for a period of one year. They will be able to enter the boundaries of Rewa district only after the order of the competent officer. In case of violation of the order, action will be taken by registering a case under Section 14 of Madhya Pradesh State Security Act 1990.

According to the separate orders issued, the Collector and District Magistrate arrested Monu alias Gyanendra Singh, father Arunendra Singh, age 36 years, resident of PTS Chauraha Rewa, Mannu alias Mannulal Prajapati, father Lahaman Prajapati age 22 years, resident of Amraiya Tola Nipaniya Rewa and Bhanu alias Bhanudev Pandey, father Inderpal Pandey. Age 25 years, resident of village Garhwa, district Rewa, has been ordered to district Badar. Similarly, orders have been given to habitual criminal Kailash alias Baba Bansal, father Mithailal Bansal, age 22 years, resident of Nipania Rewa, Dilip Saket, father Sukhlal Saket, age 28 years, resident of village Chhijwar district Rewa, have also been given orders of district Badar. Anoop Kushwaha, father Shivbalak Kushwaha, age 23 years, resident of village Baijnath, Ajay Pandey, father Biharilal Pandey, age 22 years, resident of village Chhiwala, present residence Dwarka Nagar Rewa and Deepkamal alias Kanchu Chaturvedi, father Yagyanarayan Chaturvedi, age 27 years, resident of village Samuar, present residence same district, Rewa also. Badar has been ordered.
