Rewa Today Desk :चाकघाट पुलिस ने मध्य प्रदेश उत्तर प्रदेश की सीमा में भारी मात्रा में प्रचार सामग्री को जप्त किया है. यह प्रचार सामग्री उत्तर प्रदेश से लाई जा रही थी, जिसमें मुद्रक का नाम नहीं था.
चुनाव प्रचार का आगाज हो रहा. ऐसे में सीमावर्ती इलाके पर पुलिस की निगरानी बढ़ गई है. पिछले दिन पुलिस ने मध्य प्रदेश उत्तर प्रदेश की सीमा में चाकघाट के पास एक गाड़ी से आदर्श आचार संहिता के दौरान की गई कार्रवाई में प्रचार सामग्री को जप्त किया है. जिसमें मुद्क प्रकाशक का नाम नहीं है. इसे सीधा- सीधा चुनाव आचार संहिता से जुड़ा मामला माना जा सकता है. पुलिस इन दिनों आदर्श आचार संहिता लगने की वजह से कुछ ज्यादा ही सक्रिय नजर आ रही है. पुलिस नहीं चाहती निकट भविष्य में होने वाले विधानसभा चुनाव में किसी भी तरीके का कोई भी अवरोध उत्पन्न हो. जिसके चलते उसकी निगरानी कुछ ज्यादा ही बढ़ गई है.
कहां से आ रही थी, गाड़ी क्या था गाड़ी के अंदर मध्य प्रदेश उत्तर प्रदेश की सीमा में चाकघाट के पास पुलिस ने चेकिंग लगा रखी थी. इस चेकिंग में पुलिस थाना चाकघाट और उड़न दस्ता की टीम शामिल थी. चेकिंग के दौरान उत्तर प्रदेश की ओर से एक मारुति कंपनी की एक सुजुकी गाड़ी जिसका नंबर था. एमपी 17 जेडी 9722 उसको रोका तलाशी के दौरान गाड़ी के अंदर से पुलिस को भारी मात्रा में प्रचार सामग्री मिली. जिसमें कैलेंडर स्टीकर भरे हुए थे. कैलेंडर स्टीकर में राष्ट्रवादी भारत पार्टी चुनाव चिन्ह फुटबॉल अंकित था .इंजीनियर अविनाश शुक्ला विधानसभा सिरमौर क्रमांक 68 लिखा हुआ था. इस सामग्री में मुद्राक का नाम नहीं लिखा था ,जिसके चलते लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम भारतीय दंड संहिता अंतर्गत पुलिस ने जप्ती की कार्रवाई की है.
गाड़ी के अंदर से प्रचार सामग्री के अलावा पुलिस ने दो लोगों को भी पकड़ा था उत्तर प्रदेश की सीमा पर चाकघाट के पास पुलिस ने जब गाड़ी को रोका तो उसके अंदर दो लोग गाड़ी में सवार थे. पुलिस ने एक का नाम विजय केसरवानी पिता सत्य दास केसरवानी उम्र 21 साल बताया है .जो की जवा थाने का निवासी है. यह व्यक्ति गाड़ी चला रहा था, वही दूसरा व्यक्ति अजय वर्मा पिता गेंदालाल वर्मा उम्र 26 साल निवासी बडौली थाना जवा बताया गया है. पुलिस ने दोनों से पूछताछ प्रारंभ कर दी है. मामला पंजीबद्ध कर लिया है. पुलिस जानने का प्रयास कर रही है. यह लोग यह सामग्री कहां से लेकर आ रहे थे किसको देना था. तमाम ऐसी बातें हैं जिसको पता लगाने में पुलिस जुट गई है आदर्श आचार संहिता के दौरान बगैर मुद्रक प्रकाशक के कोई भी चीज प्रिंट नहीं कराई जा सकती है. जिसने भी ऐसा किया चुनाव आयोग सीधा उसके खिलाफ कार्रवाई करता है.

Where was it coming from, what was the vehicle inside the vehicle, the police had set up a check near Chakghat on the border of Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. Nationalist Bharat Party election symbol football was written in the calendar sticker. Engineer Avinash Shukla Assembly Sirmaur number 68 was written. The name of the sealer was not written in this material, due to which the police took seizure action under the Representation of the People Act and the Indian Penal Code.
Apart from the publicity material inside the vehicle, the police had also caught two people. When the police stopped the vehicle near Chakghat on the border of Uttar Pradesh, there were two people inside it. Police has given the name of one as Vijay Kesarwani, father Satya Das Kesarwani, age 21 years, who is a resident of Jawa police station. This person was driving the car, the other person has been described as Ajay Verma, father Gendalal Verma, age 26 years, resident of Badauli police station Jawa. Police have started interrogating both of them. The case has been registered. The police is trying to find out. Where were these people bringing this material from and to whom were they supposed to give it? There are many such things which the police has started trying to find out. During the Model Code of Conduct, nothing can be printed without a printer or publisher. Whoever did this, the Election Commission takes direct action against him.
