मुख्यमंत्री आएंगे 4 अक्टूबर को हनुमना – कमिश्नर ने समीक्षा बैठक की CM will come on 4th October at Hanumanana

Rewa Today Desk : मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान चार अक्टूबर को मऊगंज जिले के हनुमना का दौरा करेंगे। मुख्यमंत्री राज्य स्तरीय समारोह में आवासीय भू अधिकार पत्रों का वितरण करेंगे। मुख्यमंत्री के प्रस्तावित दौरे के तैयारियों की समीक्षा बैठक कमिश्नर कार्यालय सभागार में आयोजित की गई। कमिश्नर अनिल सुचारी ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री के दौरे के लिए सभी आवश्यक प्रबंध समय रहते पूरा कर लें। मुख्य कार्यक्रम स्थल अर्जुनपुर गांव में प्रस्तावित किया गया है। मैदान के समीप उचित स्थान पर हेलीपैड का निर्माण कराएं। कार्यपालन यंत्री लोक निर्माण विभाग हेलीपैड, कार्यक्रम स्थल तथा वाहनों के पार्किंग स्थल की समुचित व्यवस्था करें।

कमिश्नर ने कहा कि समारोह में बड़ी संख्या में हितग्राही तथा आमजन शामिल होंगे। उनके बैठने, पानी, छाया, साफ-सफाई आदि की उचित व्यवस्था करें। कलेक्टर मऊगंज मुख्यमंत्री के दौरे से जुड़ी व्यवस्थाओं से संबंधित सभी अधिकारियों के ड्यूटी आदेश जारी करा दें। कलेक्टर रीवा समारोह के लिए आवश्यक व्यवस्थाओं में समन्वय करेंगी। बैठक में कलेक्टर रीवा श्रीमती प्रतिभा पाल ने कहा कि समारोह के लिए समय पर समस्त व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित की जाएंगी। मऊगंज जिले को सभी आवश्यक सहयोग दिया जा रहा है। बैठक में कलेक्टर मऊगंज अजय श्रीवास्तव ने मुख्यमंत्री जी के दौरे के लिए की गई तैयारियों की जानकारी दी। बैठक में जिला पंचायत के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी डॉ सौरभ सोनवणे, सीएमएचओ डॉ केएल नामदेव, कार्यपालन यंत्री पीडब्ल्यूडी एएन द्विवेदी, परिवहन अधिकारी मनीष त्रिपाठी, अधीक्षण यंत्री एमपीईबी आईके त्रिपाठी तथा अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

Chief Minister will come on October 4 Hanumana – Commissioner held preparations review meeting

Rewa Today Desk : Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will visit Hanumana in Mauganj district on October 4. The Chief Minister will distribute residential land rights letters in the state level function. A review meeting of the preparations for the proposed visit of the Chief Minister was held in the Commissioner’s office auditorium. Commissioner Anil Suchari while instructing the officials said that all necessary arrangements for the Chief Minister’s visit should be completed in time. The main event venue has been proposed in Arjunpur village. Build a helipad at a suitable place near the field. Executive Engineer, Public Works Department should make proper arrangements for helipad, program venue and parking space for vehicles.

The Commissioner said that a large number of beneficiaries and general public will participate in the function. Make proper arrangements for their seating, water, shade, cleanliness etc. Collector Mauganj should issue duty orders to all the officers related to the arrangements related to the Chief Minister’s visit. Collector Rewa will coordinate the necessary arrangements for the function. In the meeting, Collector Rewa Mrs. Pratibha Pal said that all arrangements will be ensured on time for the function. All necessary support is being given to Mauganj district. In the meeting, Collector Mauganj Ajay Srivastava informed about the preparations made for the Chief Minister’s visit. District Panchayat Chief Executive Officer Dr. Saurabh Sonawane, CMHO Dr. KL Namdev, Executive Engineer PWD AN Dwivedi, Transport Officer Manish Tripathi, Superintending Engineer MPEB IK Tripathi and other concerned officers were present in the meeting.
